In the name of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea – I warmly congratulate you and the friendly Russian government and people – on this significant day marking when the Russian people achieved a brilliant Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945)!
The Russian people won a Great (and Just) Victory in the eradication of world fascism – which threatened the fate of Humanity – by displaying unprecedented heroism and sacrificial spirit!
Victory is Russia’s unique tradition – and the Glory of this Great Victory will shine for Russia throughout Eternity! Even as time passes and generations change – this Victory will be Remembered as one of Russia’s Greatest Achievements!
I am confident that the strong and just people of Russia will continue to win under your leadership in the journey to repel all challenges and threats posed by hostile forces – guaranteeing the sovereignty (and dignity) of the country and the stability of the region!
I would like to take this opportunity to once again send my warm martial greetings to yourself – the Russian Army and people – who have daringly stood-up in this sacred struggle to realize International Justice and defend World Peace against the high-handedness and arbitrariness of the imperialists!
