Author’s Note: I am not taking sides in the Jason Arday debate – as I understand the situation is polarising, full of racial pitfalls, and is in a constant state of dialectical flux. The rise of the right in the US, and the UK and EU-support for Neo-Nazi Ukraine and the far-right Hong Kong Rioters – has led the UK population directly to this impasse. The far-left in the UK has failed the working-class – it is that simple. Aligning with the sympathies of the bourgeois-left has led to the clearing of the political landscape so that all opposition to the right has been removed. Trump II and a bourgeois Labour Party has ensured the forces of the right (and far-right) can enjoy unprecedented “free” movement throughout the political terrain – with the forces of the left so dispersed and spread-out that they are weak everywhere and strong nowhere. A for the privileged Arday – he would never have spoken to the likes of me as we inhabit to very different worlds. Black people today want material possessions – and not Revolution. Although Black people in America are attacking, raping, and killing Asians (primarily females) to breath-taking degrees – African-American “intellectuals” perpetuate the false (inverted) idea that it is “Asians” who are attacking Blacks (the so-called spurious “evidence” for this consists of video-footage of Asians trying desperately to fend-off Black attacks). Perhaps the greatest stumbling block in the Arday case is that “dishonesty” equals “victimhood”. I respect Dawn Butler, and have listened to her opinion over the years, but I was forwarded a video of a speech she made at a pro-Arday rally recently, where she firmly mounted the sentimentalist bandwagon and claimed that the act of “unmasking dishonesty” amounted to a “racist attack” – on the grounds that the right supported the exposure. Who cares what the right thinks? It is this kind of flawed logic that permits corruption to become normalised and whistle-blowers to live in fear. If this bourgeois game is all about “equality” – then surely “equality of accountability” is a part of this process? As you can see, the days of a united front between Black and non-Black people has not existed for sometime (Black people have allowed themselves to be distracted by White dog-whistles). Just as long as Black people align themselves with establishmentarian capitalism – then these sociological ruptures are bound to happen as Asian people will not follow Black people into the abyss. There is no point digging the hole you fall into – and then blaming “Whitey” for inventing the shovel. You are being manipulated by a ruthless class-system. It is designed to make us hate and fight one another. Toughen-up, sort your life out, and get your mind straight. Finally, despite the media frenzy, it has to be said that there is nothing special about the Arday case. The UK is riddled with contradictory and inconvenient narratives – this is just the latest in a long line (study the cases of “Fowzi Badavi Nejad” or the “Manchester Arena Bombing” – these are Wikipedia links that are bias and controlled by the US government – but it is a useful place to start. Both of these incidence involved various manifestations of Islamo-fascism supported by the US). As such – it will pass. ACW (21.8.2026)
Well, the brutal capitalist system is usually far more robust (and indifferent) to be dislodged from its preferred polar-opposite. Even the Church (CofE) has weighed-in – declaring Arday a saint regardless of whatever trespasses he may have committed as a man. Of course, the supposed left (led by Diane Abbott – who was suspended from the Labour Party in recent years – for “racism”) has taken the revisionist position of Canterbury. Arday has progressed (in little over a month) from being the greatest mnd (and body) the UK has ever produced (do not forget the ultra-marathons and the broken-leg) – to being one of the most corrupt individuals “positive discrimination” (the UK-equivalent of the US “DEI”) has produced (primarily the position of the right), to now being a Jesus-like figure freed of the incumbrance of his material body – after experiencing a huge injustice on the physical plane.
The British Establishmet made Arday – and the British Establishment betrayed Arday. The same British Establishment is now looking to rehabilitate Arday after it threw him under the bus – and all this in record-breaking time. Indeed, the sheer hypocrisy of it all is rather embarrassing for the average Englishman – many of the opinion that this “just isn’t cricket”. I do not know Jason Arday – and know nothing about his academic accruement. My work has nothing to do with the status he enjoined – from which I am ezcluded due to my far-left political views – and (White) working-class background. I have even been told that being from a family of mixed-ethnicity is “bad-optics” for a university – but here we all are. The difference is that although many of my friends have tenure – I feel that I achieve more acting from exactly where I happen to be. I want to inspire and assist the ordinary people that the conventional right, left, and centre ignore and forget about.
From where I am sitting, and regardless of political hue, I can see Black and White hypocrisy in equal measure (generally speaking, as Chinese people understand that they “cannot win” in this situation – they are keeping “quiet”). It is the same playbook being deployed because that is all the Bourgeois Establishment permits to be deployed. There is no point highlighting the errors and weaknrsses in this response – as the system anticipates this – and allows for the predictable mud-slinging to follow. I will remain dialectically aloof – rather Jacques Derrida (Spectres of Marx got me through the collapse of the USSR). The reality is that I “do not know” if anything said about Jason Arday is true or not – as I possess no ability to check it all for myself. All I can do is “react” to reactions – or try to trace echoes to their source.
Part of living in the modern world is that the young, whilst running to the nearest camera to have their say, invariably “forget” to help one another in the real world. Why was Arday allowed to suffer in isolation? Where were all these friends and so-called leftists (not to mention the Black leading lights – now pretending they were in his corner all along) when he desperately needed psychological and physical support? Ironically, all this navel-gazing might turn-out to be “academic” after-all – as the official narrative switches to condemning the reaction to Arday’s alleged dishonesty – so that the alleged dishonesty becomes “magicked” away as if it never existed. We will be left with yet another official “victim” of the White Establishment – which through its perceived guilt will heap all kinds of platitudes onto what it declares is the “victim” of its own corruption. Nothing will change, of course, as the White-controlled bourgeoisie will carry-on nonetheless and everything will settle-down into its usual and predictable groove of operation. I have seen the British State perform this trick on numerous occasions over my nearly 60-years on this planet.
