When it became obvious Hitler was losing the war – the Finns wanted to avoid being invaded and liberated by the Soviets – and so made a separate peace. After the war, Finland faced NO WAR Crimes Trials and was re-packaged as a friendly and inviting country within which “Father Christmas” resides and all children can experience endless merriment and merth. Of course, as capitalism rules the roost – this scenario is an illusion that can be purchased for a price – with the stipulation that the “Buyer Beware”! These children have experienced the first crushing disappointment of their lives – capitalism will ensure that many more will follow!
