“Homo erectus is the first species of hominin that researchers broadly agree fits within our own genus Homo and is likely directly ancestral to us. Drimolen preserves evidence for the first appearance of this species 2 million years ago, however the original fossil, DNH 134, belonged to a child aged between two and four, and there was uncertainty about what the adult version may have looked like,” lead researcher Dr Jesse Martin said.

“This paper publishes a new adult fossil attributed to Homo erectus, DNH 127, providing further confirmation that this species first appeared in southern Africa 2 million years ago.”

The researchers have also been able to confirm that P. robustus underwent micro-evolution, and evolved larger teeth and chewing muscles between 2 million and 1.8 million years ago.

This meant that the nobility could do whatever they wanted to the peasants in different circumstances, and that the there was no set law that applied identically to everyone in every situation. This was fine just as long as the nobility showed proper respect to their superiors and guidance to their inferiors within the aristocracy. As for peasants, Confucius believed they should be treated with the harshest of draconian laws to keep them in-line. Peasants had no rights other than offering the highest deference toward the aristocracy. The Emperor retained the right to execute anyone (of any rank) at anytime, for any reason. Social order was the purpose of politicised Confucianism. On the other hand, some are of the opinion that as a personal philosophy (rather than a forced political ideology), Confucianism advocates self-discipline and a dedication toward a continuous academic study and character-refinement (modern China takes this position). Indeed, Confucius the man pursued this latter model as he possessed no political power during his lifetime. Behind the scenes, scholars argued whether humanity was inherently “good” or “bad’ – and whether people outside your own family (nepotism) should be treated with the same respect and consideration as people within your family. The First Emperor detested hierarchical Confucianism, banned it, and introduced “Legalism” – a unique idea in China at the time – an ideology which advocated that the same law applied everywhere, to everyone – at all times – without exception or deference to social status. Today, The CPC advocates the rule of law and defines Confucianism as pursuing the ability to “educate” in relation to the learning of the Chinese language (reading, writing and speaking). This approach removes the unsavoury aspects of politicised Confucianism (without suppressing Confucianism per se) and lifts its thinking out of the quagmire of a narcissistic philosophy.

The problem with this definition is that the concept of a modern “migrant” is not politically “neutral”. A migrant is displaced by war, famine, illness, and economic hardship – much of which stems from the disruptive foreign policies perpetuated by the political establishment. Migration is quite often heavily politicised – as the acceptance of the individual migrant is used by the government and the media – to equate to the acceptance (a priori) of the political cause associated with the migrant. Migrants from regimes the UK government prefers are welcomed with open-armed – whilst migrants from opposing regimes (or political) views are excluded. The UK has a long history of importing migrants from regimes that oppose Socialism. The government (and establishment) do not want the taxpayer to understand or grasp the real situation and reduces it instead to a simplistic “either-or” argument. The issue is twofold – rejecting the coercive political situation becomes conflated to rejecting the migrant. Rejecting the migrant is equated with an “immoral” decision.

Of course, the Royal Navy could deter Channel crossings by its presence and the RNLI does not need to risk the lives of its crews. Assisting criminals does not happen in any other area of society. Sanctions should be imposed on France if it continues to facilitate mass migration to the UK. These are just ideas on the ground – but all it would take is a change of policy at national level. The masked men you see in the video above are known as “Black Bloc” in the UK. I think this is Dover. Notice they are wearing black and there are no national flags. This is because these individuals are “anarchists” who have taken the side of the far-right in the migrant issue. They seek to intimate and attack migrants (and anyone who helps them) as they land.

As you can see from the content of the BMA (UK) website – there are plenty of comparisons to be had between Buddhism and Marxism. This is the correct dialectical position and we must not permit revisionism or Trotskyism to stand in our way. Others have perceived such a connection – but I have spent many years quietly travelling to Buddhist countries, studying the Buddhist texts, sat in meditation, and navigating the labyrinth that is Socialism and Communism. This is a journey we must all go on (in our own way) to develop this pristine view. It is not “religious” – but the result of the stripping away of religion. This has included bypassing all the dialectical errors that have occurred in the understanding and deployment of Marxist Thought throughout the years. There is “no blame” – but merely getting on with what needs to be done.

UK: “Soul” & “Psyche” (ψυχή) Are Not “Interchangeable” When Discussing Greek Philosophical Texts! (29.8.2026)

The term Tyndale translates as “soul” in English is the Greek term “psychas” (ψυχὰς) – is the “plural” the more familiar “psyche” (ψυχῇ) – which translates as “breath of life”, “to blow” and “to animate” (in Latin, the Greek term “psyche” is presented by the term “anima”). This probably represents the Hebrew term “Neshama” (נשמה) – meaning “breath”, “spirit”, or “essence” (inner self). The early Christians were radical Jews seeking to distinguish their thinking and practice from mainstream Judaism. The Gnostic Christians were content to use Greek philosophical terms and parallel many Greek paths of inner self-cultivation. Later, with the rise of the Catholic Church (empowered by the Roman State), the Gnostic Churches were suppressed and their scriptures outlawed. Catholic theologians, although continuing to use Greek terms (translated into Latin) – radically departed from the original philosophical meaning of those terms (the teaching and practice of Greek philosophy was banned). This process of moving away in meaning is particularly evident when it is understood that the Greek written form of “psyche” (ψυχῇ) has been replaced in translation by the Germanic (Pagan) term “soul”.
