Blogger’s Note: There is a spectre stalking Europe (and its dependencies) – and that spectre is Trotskyism! I would say the rot set-in around 1956 with the confusion caused by Khrushchev’s betrayal of Stalin – some say that the dissolution began with the US Communist Party leaving the Third International in 1940, whilst others say it started with the 1943 dissolving of the Third International by Stalin (I believe the US and UK demanded this in return for the USSR retaining political control of all the land it had liberated by the end of the war). If we move further back through history – other reasons can be found that cause ideological fragmentation, and the moving away from genuine Marxist thinking. After 1991, many revisionist European Communist Party splinters emerged as ideological bright lights – particularly in Greece and the UK – even though their ideology is more Trotsky than Lenin and Stalin.
Invariably, these groups are run by White, middle-class men who think that racism does not exist and that there is no reason to combat neo-imperialism (non-White victims of racism must remain quiet in the face of their oppression – and quietly align themselves with White dominance). The thinking of these groups is inverted. They ignore the Communist Party of Russia, a functioning party which has members regularly elected into the Russian Parliament, and refer to Russia’s fight against Neo-Nazi Ukraine as “imperialist”. Of course, this manifestation of so-called “Communism” will fall away and a new manifestation will take its take. However, the Palestinian Authority likes to align itself with this Eurocentrism regardless of the dialectical contradiction this represents. The American, Ukrainian, and Israeli neo-imperialists can bomb, murder, rape, and pillage – but the problem for these Trotskyites is not this reactionary aggression – but rather any attempt by the victims of this imperialism to defend themselves against it.
Israel and the US have just broken the MoU and bombed Iran (again). Bear in-mind the original attack against Iran by the US and Israel was “illegal”. The Palestinian Authority (PA) said “nothing” about this war crime committed by the West – but like the bourgeois UN – has condemned Iran for “defending itself”. Imagine that – these Trotskyites effectively outlawing self-defence. When I attended a Communist Party of Britain meeting in Croydon around 2008 – and the first question was “was it right for the USSR to fight Nazi Germany?” I could not believe this filthy revisionism (it still bothers me today) – and it took me a few years of hands-on research to work out what exactly the CB was doing (a pseudo-intellectual named Nigel Green misquoted and misused Marx by glibly telling me to “question everything”). It has high-level links with the Socialist Workers Party – Trotsky’s mouthpiece in the UK – which lies and lies again to deceive the public. Virtually no one ever turned up for protests – except me and Gee for a time – but whilst our presence was ignored, the CB would put out fake news bulletins stating 20-30 CB members had turned out.
All disgusting examples of “Entryism” – the mechanism the Trotskyites use to infiltrate and destroy Marxist-Leninist groups from within. I am not a supporter of theistic religions as political entities – and I do not support or oppose Iran with regards its actions in Gaza and Lebanon. Once, I used to support the Lebanese Communist Party on this blog until it issued a statement celebrating the other throw of Assad’s Arab Socialism – and referring to the take-over of the country by the US (and Israeli) controlled “ISIS” as the “liberation” of the Syrian people (this was said whilst ISIS was committing mass beheadings of Syrian people who disagreed with their presence)! This demonstrates the problem that exists in these pseudo-Communist Movements which have their ideological roots within the Communist splinter groups of Western Europe (there is a little clique of these splinter-cells that have assumed some kind of “imagined authority” in the post-Soviet space). Why are these “White” Trotskyite Communist groups allowed to ideologically dominate the non-White workers of the world?
Surely, this is nothing short of the continuation of Eurocentric dominance of “White” over “non-White”? (Men continue to dominate women – by the way). According to this warped thinking, the Koreans, Chinese, and Vietnamese were all “wrong” to fight the forces of imperialism arrayed against them (they should have aligned themselves with their own oppression). Extending this analogy further – it is-was wrong for Black people to fight White racism (instead, Blacks should allow Whites to dominate them). Trotskyism is an ever present danger which we must be on our guard against. PA ignoring the atrocities carried by Whites against the Iranians (irrespective of religion – or the situation on the ground – issues that can be argued elsewhere) is perverse in the extreme. We must no allow the Trotskyites to control the debate and hinder (genuine Marxist-Leninist) Anti-Fascist People’s Fronts. (We cut all ties with the CB when it took the side of the bourgeoise establisment and Neo-Nazi Ukraine against Russia in 2022. Presidency condemns Iranian attacks targeting Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain
RAMALLAH, July 9, 2026 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Presidency condemned Iranian attacks targeting the sovereignty, security and stability of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Presidency affirmed that the State of Palestine and its people stand with Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain in confronting these acts of aggression aimed at undermining the security and stability of the three countries.
The Presidency also expressed confidence in the ability of Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain to safeguard their security and stability, reaffirming the State of Palestine’s full support for any measures taken by the three Arab countries to preserve their sovereignty and protect their peoples.
