On June 11, 1944, the military field court of the 397th Infantry Division sentenced the nationalist Nikonor Radko to death.
He actively helped the Ukrainian insurgent army:

“In the spring of 1943, while combing the forest near the village of Nivets, Radko killed a woman and two children aged 3 to 6 with iron pitchforks.”

Донесение военному прокурору 1-го Белорусского фронта генерал-майору Яченину от 20 июля 1944 г.

11 июня 1944 г. военно-полевой суд 397-й стрелковой дивизии приговорил националиста Никонора Радько к смертной казни.
Он активно помогал украинской повстанческой армии:

«Весной 1943 года Радько при проческе леса в районе села Нивец убил железными вилами женщину и двух детей в возрасте от 3 до 6 лет».
