Neo-Nazi Poland – Banning the ‘Communist Party’ – and the ‘Ukraine’ Connection! (6.12.2020) 

Translator’s Note: Although this may read like ‘satire’, I can assure you it is nothing of the kind! US anti-intellectualism runs through the core of ALL modern Neo-Nazi movements existing in Eastern Europe, because such movements are the product of the United States intelligence agencies and a consistent ‘anti-Russian’ foreign policy that sees no contradiction whatsoever in propagating the ideology of Hitler as a means to disempower Russia and forcibly instate a Rothschild-controlled central bank in Moscow! The US views this as ‘unfinished’ business that should have been taken care of in 1991! Therefore, the populations of the former USSR are to be ‘sacrificed’ upon the Hitlerite-altar of Neo-Nazism! Post-1945, the US pursued a highly effective strategy of simply blaming the USSR for every crime committed by the Nazi Germans! As most people lacked any real ability to check these facts, it has proven a highly effective propaganda tool which can be seen intrinsic to the discourse presented below. Most people, for instance, do not know that an international committee investigated the Katyn massacre in 1944 (led by the US) and found it to be a Nazi Germany atrocity similar (if not identical) to the many hundreds of others carried-out by that regime! However, following WWII, the US took a leaf out of Trotsky’s (and Goebbels’) anti-Soviet notebook and preceded to force-feed their own population a ‘pseudo-history’ which very few possessed the means to properly question! A crowning achievement of this approach (evident below) is that there is ‘no difference’ between the ideology of Hitler and the ideology of Marxist-Leninism! For any sane individual, of course, the main difference might well be the 41 million Soviet men, women and children ‘murdered’ by the Nazi German regime which followed exactly the same Hitlerite ideology that ‘Maidan’ Ukraine now follows (supported by the US, UK and EU), and the far-right ideology expressed below by the Polish non-thinkers who inspired this article! The spread of Neo-Nazism is a particular sickness originating in the American mind and spread through their ideology of predatory capitalism! America has turned-out to be the biggest enabler of Adolf Hitler! ACW (18.4.2022) 

The Prosecutor General of Poland appealed to the Constitutional Court of the country with a statement about the inconsistency of the Constitution with the goals and activities of the Communist Party of Poland (KPP) existing in the country, the Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reports. 

An analysis by the Prosecutor’s Office showed that members of the Polish Communist Party were undermining the democratic order in the country. 

“The goals of the KPP are identical to those of other Communist Parties that exercised totalitarian power in the Communist States of the twentieth century. Its members openly call for a Revolution similar to the October Revolution in Russia, after which the Bolsheviks came to power. The goal is not only to seize power, but also to pursue ‘coercive nationalization and collectivization’,” the Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office emphasizes. 

According to investigators, the Communist Party’s official programme states, among other things, that “the Proletariat cannot simply take control of the Bourgeois State apparatus, for example, through Parliamentary Elections”, “in order to eliminate class inequality, it is necessary to overthrow capitalist concept of private property and replace it with public ownership.” 

In addition, the Polish Prosecutor General’s Office criticized the fact that the KPP expresses admiration for the political system of the Soviet Union, Soviet leaders and the actions of the Red Army, and also does not condemn the Katyn tragedy. 

As recalled in the Polish Prosecutor General’s Office, according to the provisions of Article 13 of the Constitution of Poland, the existence of political parties (and other organizations) that use totalitarian methods and practices of Nazism, Fascism and Communism (which are considered ‘identical’ in ideology) in their programmes – is strictly prohibited. 

The existence of political parties whose programmes or activities that involves or permits racial and national hatred, the use of violence in order to gain power or to gain influence upon State policy, or ensure the structure and confidentiality of membership – is also strictly prohibited. 

Recall that the Association of Muslims of Poland published a calendar with the Crimea being part of “Russian”! The calendar depicts mosques in Simferopol, Feodosia, Bakhchisarai and Stary Krym with an inscription about the territory belonging to Russia. The Embassy of Ukraine (a country which, like Poland, has seen the indigenous population take control of their country’s direction) in Poland sent a note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland because of such a publication.

В Польше хотят запретить коммунистов 

Проведенный прокуратурой анализ показал, что члены Коммунистической партии Польши подрывают демократический порядок в стране. 

Генеральный прокурор Польши обратился в Конституционный суд страны с заявлением о несоответствии конституции целей и деятельности существующей в стране Коммунистической партии Польши (КПП), сообщает пресс-служба Генпрокуратуры. 

Проведенный прокуратурой анализ показал, что члены Коммунистической партии Польши подрывают демократический порядок в стране. 

“Цели КПП идентичны целям других коммунистических партий, осуществлявших тоталитарную власть в коммунистических государствах ХХ века. Ее члены открыто призывают к революции, подобной Октябрьской революции в России, после которой к власти пришли большевики. Цель не только в захвате власти, но и в “принудительной национализации и коллективизации”, – подчеркивает пресс-служба Генпрокуратуры. 

По данным следователей, в официальной программе партии утверждается, среди прочего, что “пролетариат не может просто взять под контроль буржуазный государственный аппарат, например, посредством парламентских выборов”, “чтобы устранить классовое неравенство, необходимо свергнуть капиталистическую собственность и заменить ее общественной собственностью”. 

Помимо этого, польская Генпрокуратура подвергла критике тот факт, что КПП выражает восхищение политической системой Советского Союза, советскими руководителями и действиями Красной армии, а также не осуждает Катынскую трагедию. 

Как напомнили в польской Генпрокуратуре, согласно положениям 13 статьи Конституции Польши, существование политических партий и других организаций, использующих тоталитарные методы и практики нацизма, фашизма и коммунизма в своих программах, запрещено. 

Запрещается также существование политических партий, программа или деятельность которых предполагает или допускает расовую и национальную ненависть, применение насилия с целью получения власти или влияния на политику государства или обеспечивает конфиденциальность структур или членства. 

Напомним, что объединение мусульман Польши издало календарь с “российским” Крымом. В календаре изображены мечети в Симферополе, Феодосии, Бахчисарае и Старом Крыму с надписью о территориальной принадлежности к России. Посольство Украины в Польше направило ноту в МИД Польша из-за такой публикации.
