On April 21, 2025, the Second International Anti-Fascist Forum began in Moscow at the initiative of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and other left-wing patriotic organizations. From early morning, at the airports of the capital, the Moscow Communists met the delegations of foreign countries that had arrived to participate in the conference of progressive anti-imperialist forces. The Second International Anti-Fascist Forum began its work on the morning of April 21, 2025 with the RUSO forum dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin at the Gorki Leninskiye Museum-Reserve. 21 апреля 2025 года в Москве по инициативе КПРФ и других левопатриотических организаций началось проведение Второго Международного Антифашистского форума. С раннего утра в аэропортах столицы московские коммунисты встретили делегаций зарубежных стран, прибывших для участия в совещании прогрессивных антиимпериалистических сил. Второй Международный Антифашистский форум начал свою работу утром 21 апреля 2025 года с проведения в Музее-заповеднике «Горки Ленинские» форума РУСО, посвящённом 155-летию со Дня рождения В.И. Ленина. С основным докладом выступил депутат Государственной Думы, первый секретарь Московского областного комитета КПРФ Н.И. Васильев. На форуме выступили депутат Государственной Думы, секретарь МГК КПРФ Д.А. Парфенов, заместитель председателя Центрального совета РУСО А.Г. Селезнёв, заведующий Отделом ЦК КПРФ по молодёжной политике, член Президиума ЦС РУСО Я.И. Листов.

Д.А. Парфенов в своём выступлении подчеркнул значимость деятельности В.И. Ленина и его политического наследия. По словам Дениса Парфенова, облик Владимира Ленина «напоминает нам, что идеи, за которые боролись партия большевиков и весь трудовой народ России, а затем и СССР, не ушли в небытие – они продолжают жить в борьбе трудящихся, в поисках справедливости, в русском правдоискательстве, в сопротивлении доморощенному и мировому империализму».
