Author’s Note: When the capitalist West blanket-bombs innocent civilians – the bodies of these people are quite often atomised or burnt to a crisp. Do we let our children die this way – or do we allow them to fight-back? Revolutionary war – such as that in Vietnam – required all people to fight. US soldiers would rape and torture Vietnamese children – before killing them – so why not fight back? I note that the UN includes “Israel” on the list of those nations which use child soldiers – but most other countries and regimes on the list are those who are ideologically in opposition to US hegemony in one form or another (Assad’s Syrian Army is included – but not the ISIS terrorists the US used to overthrow him). Furthermore, the UK routinely permits 16-year olds to join the British military (I know – I’ve met these recruits) – and has a strong presence in British schools via the various “Cadet” groups that operate amongst our children. Despite this, as a keen supporter of the US, the UK is NOT included on the UN list of those countries that employ soldiers beneath the age of 18-years old. Indeed, most civilised armies outside the US usually employ soldiers of 25-years old – or older. The UN is riddled with US-adjacent ideology and hypocrisy. If our homes and communities are being attacked by those who would harm and kill us – we must ALL fight back! Of course, corrupt warlords, drug-dealers, and Islamo-fascist terrorists under US domination exploit children from a capitalist (and profiteering) perspective. During WWII in Hong Kong and the New Territories, Hakka Chinese children were routinely raped and tortured by the Imperial Japanese soldiers. Hakka children were taught to fight as soon as they could walk – but the bourgeois UN would term them “child soldiers” – and demonise their culture. I thoroughly disagree. If you come for use – we will fight back. I agree that children should be protected and experience an idyllic childhood – but we do no live in a perfect world entirely due to predatory capitalism. We will not die in a passive manner simply because the UN thinks that is the way the world should be. ACW (12.2.2025)
Post-1865 US politicians, ideologies, and historians tend to exhibit the odd ability to “limit” human attitudes and destructive phenomena to distinct geographical locations – never to exceed these artificial limits in anyway. A prime example of this habit, for instance, involves the two atomic bombs the US Airforce dropped on Imperial Japan at the end of the Pacific War (1941-1945). My opposition to Imperial Japan is two-fold: 1) My Chinese family suffered terribly at the hands of brutal, racist, and inhuman Imperial Japanese soldiers who invaded and occupied the British colony of Hong Kong between 1941-1945. When the British Army surrendered the colony – the Hakka Chinese carried-on fighting with traditional weaponry (swords, spears, sticks, knives, and hatchets, etc), as well as the ancient unarmed Chinese martial arts (the local Chinese people had to do this because the British refused to give the ethnic Chinese population any modern fire-arms). In a relatively small area, the Imperial Japanese killed around 10,000 Hakka men, women, and children – and did so in quite often hideous ways. Members of my own family perished in this manner. 2) White, British (and European) people were rounded-up by the Imperial Japanese and were brutalised (raped and pillaged) in an equally barbaric manner. Of course, for sake of clarity, I am as much “White” as I am “Hakka”, and so on.
Suffice it to say, the Imperial Japanese possessed NO saving graces. I say this whilst fully respecting the bravery of the average (peasant) Imperial Japanese soldier and their unflinching ability to bayonet-charge Western machine guns when all their ammunition had run-out. Furthermore, the bravery of the “Kamikaze” pilots of the Imperial Japanese Airforce, and the sailors of the Imperial Japanese Navy is something to admire. Admiring is not the same as condoning. I also respect the fact that certain Imperial Japanese soldiers held to their posts and did not surrender until the 1970s. I am no friend of Imperial Japan – as it killed and wounded around 60 million men, women, and children in Mainland China and throughout Asia. Sometimes, the shocking treatment of White people by the Imperial Japanese is ignored – as if their suffering does not matter. I disagree. Whatever differences may exist between Europeans and non-Europeans – which can be substantial – this reality should not be used to negate the suffering of a fellow human-being. Exactly the same can be said about how some Confederate military units treated any free Black people they encountered in Union areas they had invaded (they were shockingly placed in chains and frog-marched to the South to work as slaves on the land). I make no excuse for any of it – whilst attempting to extract clear and distinct dialectical historical themes from the jumble of available information.
The Americans would have the world believe that two atomic bombs were required to be dropped on a non-White people to end WWII. The Soviet Red Army defeated Nazi Germany (and its allies) – and then entered North-East China to destroy the Imperial Japanese Kwantung Army – that had caused so much suffering to the Chinese people. Imperial Japan was finished – but the US wanted to “test” their new terror-weapon on the minds and bodies of a distant non-White population (just as they test their weapons today on Palestinians). This was at a time when what was left of Hitler’s forces was much more of a threat in Europe. The Americans were reluctant about testing this new terror-weapon on “White” Europeans – even Nazi Germans. Simultaneously, whilst Soviet Red Army soldiers were fighting and dying for US freedom – the US military (alongside Winston Churchill) was planning an allied attack on the USSR. Even with the atomic bomb it was thought that the Soviet Red Army might still prevail – so these insane plans were shelved – but its underlying thinking led to the US-derived “Cold War” – with only the level-headed thinking of Joseph Stalin preventing WWIII.
When I lecture, I often ask my students how many people died during the 1985 Chernobyl nuclear accident? Numbers vary from 1000, 10,000, and 100,000+, etc. There is a stunned silence when I state that only “31” people (mostly workers) died due to the self-sacrificing actions of the Soviet technicians and emergency workers. Why do Westerners think this only Soviet nuclear accident was far worse than the six known nuclear accidents that happened in the US between 1945-1991 (which unbelievably includes a “lost” nuclear missile)? The reason is the deliberate demonisation of Soviet history – and the fake eulogising of US history. Furthermore, US anti-intellectualism shockingly suggests that the two atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki only effected the geographical areas indicated, with the nuclear fall-out arbitrarily “stopping” at the geographical boundaries of the limits of each city. With the signing of the “Unconditional Surrender” by the Imperial Japanese during late 1945 – the US Authorities would have the world believe that ALL nuclear fall-out suddenly “stopped” operating in Japan as the ink dried on the surrender document. None of this is true – but even a defeated Japanese nation plays along with this ridiculous US attitude of White (racist) domination. Indeed, there are strict laws in effect in Japan that prevents the free movement and free marriage of Japanese people born in either Hiroshima or Nagasaki. These people are now social outcasts as it is understood that their DNA is permanently damaged through the continuous exposure to nuclear fall-out. Due to their cultural isolation and stigmatisation – many of these Japanese people have converted to Christianity – giving-up their own historical culture entirely. They can only marry one another. This is the legacy of US racism during WWII.
