Blogger’s Note: Since 1945, the US has applied its anti-intellectualism to misrepresent the history of the USSR, WWII and the development of the Socialist Movement in general! Of course, despite Russians being of North European stock – ‘racism’ has played an important part of this misinformation – as it does in the US propaganda against all non-White peoples in general. Despite humiliating military defeats in Korea and Vietnam – the US murder-machine rolls-on unabated! The US – as the dominant representative of today’s predatory capitalist system – makes extensive use of Nazi German (Goebbels-derived) propaganda to justify its ‘disinforming’ about the anti-imperialist movement – parroting the Hitlerite falsehood that it was ‘Communism’ which was the greatest threat during WWII!
As a consequence, the US continuously stocks the far-rght and keeps its embers burning from one generation to the next! This is why the work of Alexander Werth is difficult to find nowadays. This British Journalist could read, write and speak Russian, and was privileged in the USSR between 1941-1945 – being taken to the front-lines to see for himself what was happening. Furthermore, he was allowed completely free movement without NKVD supervision. His eye-witness information is an inconvenient contradiction to all the racist lies perpetuated by the US government and its pathetic lackeys! I include below two (2) anti-Soviet – and one (1) anti-Hitlerite – propaganda leaflets (compiled by the Nazi Germans and Soviets) which Werth acquired on the Soviet (Moscow) front-lines. The anti-Soviet leaflets are aimed at the average (ordinary) Red Army soldier and talk of ‘capitalist’ England and America being the greatest threat to world peace! The anti-Hitlerite leaflet informs the average Nazi German soldier that his leaders are hypocritical capitalists ‘pretending’ to be ‘Socialists’!
This anti-capitalist Nazi German perspective is one that we are not told about in the West today – as it cancels-out and undermines the US anti-Socialist premise that also fuels the far-right movement it supports and inspires! The leaflets state that if only the two regimes put aside their differences and worked ‘together’ – Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia could combat the West by combining their respective ‘Socialist’ Systems! The third (single) leaflet is an example of a Soviet-produced ‘anti-Hitler’ leaflet aimed at the average Nazi German soldier – which points-out that although Hitler controls much of Europe – the Nazi German people are ‘starving’ whilst their leaders eat well and get fat (just like the Western capitalists Hitler claims to be opposing)! They could bear to look on the senseless bloodshed. With disgust they watched their regiments and divisions being driven to the slaughter. During a lull, the which they had waited in hiding, they came over to us together with their men. They want to work together with us for the restoration for a better and happier Russia. They have confidence in us. This confidence will be justified.
Stalin and his hangmen, who have sold Russia the Capitalists of England and America, as Nicholas II already did in 1914-1917, will disappear, but a great brave Russia, saved by the Socialist armies of Germany, will live. He who wants to live come to us!
