Author’s Note: I recently read an interesting book entitled ‘The Pink Swastika – Homosexuality in the Nazi Party’ by Scott Lively and Kevin Abrams (1995). Both authors are ‘White’ and hold far-right political viewpoints (the former is American whilst the latter is Israeli). Keith Abrams is a ‘Zionist’. In 1975 the UN declared Zionism to be a form of ‘White Supremacy’ practiced by ‘White’ (European) secular Jews. It is the founding ideology of Israel and has its historical roots in late 1800s Germany. Indeed, Zionism, as an intolerant and racist ideology, has much in common with Hitler’s far-right ideology which singled-out the Jews for extermination as a means to solve all the problems in the world. In Israel, ‘Zionism’ singles out the Palestinian people and is striving to eradicate this indigenous population as a means to create ‘living space’ for Israel’s growing population! Hitler referred to this policy as ‘Lebensraum’! These two authors are attempting to attack a) the ‘gays’, and b) the political ‘left’ – by presenting already known historical facts through a politically distorted lens. Gayness did exist within the Nazi movement – but this was a consequence of Hitler’s thinking and not its cause (this is the key ‘inverted’ epicentre of this text). Hitler was NOT a leftist and the Communists did NOT create a ‘myth’ about the degenerate nature of Hitler’s closest Bodyguard Units! Protecting ‘legal’ gay activity is NOT open to dispute – whilst exposing ‘illegal’ gay activity is NOT an attack upon the gay community! This book is a Zionist mess and reads more like a parody throughout large sections! The Nazi movement was full of contradictions. Jews were killed in their millions by the Nazis – and yet thousands of Jews collaborated with Hitler, joined his armies and worked in his factories and offices! Jewish Zionists were murdering British soldiers in Palestine throughout the 1930s and 1940s – whilst British soldiers fought their way across Europe (to the Death Camps) and rescued tens of thousands of Jews from a certain death! Although Nazi German troops (and their allies) murdered and maimed around 41 million men, women and children throughout the USSR between 1941-1945 – the 6 million Jews murdered in the Holocaust are considered to be more important than these losses (or even the 5 million non-Jews who died in the same gas chambers holding the hands of their Jewish friends). And then there are the poor Disabled children who did not even make it to the Death Camps before the lethal injections were administered. Gayness did NOT give rise to Nazism – but for some of its adherents – deficient homosexual behaviour was definitely a very really phenomenon but NOT exclusively so! As someone engaged in a longterm battle with the political right and far-right – I have received two historical (and contradictory) trends that suggest a) certain gay people were sent to the Death Camps, and b) some Nazi (Waffen) SS military formations encouraged a culture of male dominance, thuggery, bullying and sexual assault (rape)! In the latter case, these ‘SS’ (elite) Units were cut-off from mainstream society and inhabited a highly privileged lifestyle justified upon a bizarre Occultist ideology! These men were ‘selected’ from the general population because they passed all the stringent tests that assured they were true ‘Aryans’ – or members of what Hitler termed the ‘superior race’! These ‘SS’ recruits were quite literally ‘Supermen’ and everything about the highly militarised environment they inhabited reinforced this assumed reality! Part of this social structure involved the strict maintenance of a brutal hierarchy that could be relied upon never to give-up or quit regardless how tough or desperate a situation became! Part of this ‘macho’ environment involved dominant Officers sexually assaulting recruits – with recruits expected to show their psychological stoicism by detaching their sense of inner well-being from the outer reality of their body being violated!
This male dominance (which involved not only brutality but also acts of homosexual rape) was similar to the acts of homosexual rape that is seen within male prisons. In this case, dominant men who are considered tough attack men considered weak – with the former accusing the latter of being ‘effeminate’ and ‘weak’. Indeed, this relationship of hierarchical dominance is the entire justification for this act of homosexual rape in the first place – with the caveat that the perpetuator NEVER views his actions as being ‘homosexual’ in nature! Of course, the justification for these attacks is always premised upon the idea that the victims are ‘gay’ and deserve what they get! In the SS, however, homosexual action of this nature always seemed to be part of a religious rite and an act of initiation perhaps performed only once. The idea is that the dominant SS Officer is ‘sharing’ his physical and spiritual power through ‘penetrating’ the younger, weaker and more inexperienced body of the recruit so that the spiritual ‘essence’ is shared (through the act of ejaculation) and is ‘strengthened’ as a consequence.
Even today the homoerotic traditions of the Waffen SS are preserved in the structure and function of all Neo-Nazi far-right groups – with the extent of the perversion varying in intensity depending upon circumstance and situation. Many far-right groups advocate young men should congregate around an older, more knowledgeable male from whom they learn how to get fit, build their body and learn martial arts for self-defence and more aggressive military activities. This Active Club mentality often expands into hiking cross country, rock climbing, swimming and diving, and even practicing archery and the use of firearms! This homoerotic bonding often leads to various types of criminality – anything from leafleting, putting stickers on lampposts, beating immigrants and non-White citizens, graffiti and participating in terrorist acts such as mass shootings and/or bombing campaigns! The history of the far-right is littered with this type of activity and there should be NO denial from the Bourgeois Establishment that an obvious degree of homoeroticism is involved in the bonding process of these groups.
The irony is that each and every one of these groups will espouse homophobic rhetoric (and will openly attack drag queens, transexuals and effeminate gay men) whilst engaging in a far-right homoerotic bonding themselves! Of course, the Bourgeois Establishment – which enjoys the freedom the Soviet Red Army secured for it AFTER its defeat of Hitler in 1945 – deceitfully REJECTS the acknowledgement of these material facts and even attempts to blame the political left for the perverted gayness that exists on the right! One scholar – H. Oosterhuis – asserts that during the 1930s (a vaguely defined time period) the Socialists and Communists (falsely) associated the rise of Hitler’s Nazism with the fact that a number of early Hitler followers were openly gay! In all the work I have read in the English, Russian and Chinese languages regarding the history of the USSR and the Communist movement during the early 20th century – I have NEVER encountered this absurd notion that contradicts the basic principle of Marxist dialectics and historical materialism! In other words, such an assertion contradicts the material facts and does not make sense! Hitler’s Nazism was a far-right ideology that grew out of Mussolini’s fascism – a process that had NOTHING to do with the left!
Whereas Mussolini was in power between 1922-1943 (21-years) – Adolf Hittler was only in power between 1933-1945 (just 12-years). A spanner often thrown into the academic works involves the place of the (non-White) Imperial Japanese in this entire affair. The left did NOT create the Japanese, and neither was it responsible for the contradictions that defined the ‘Axis’ powers! Whereas the Fascist Italian Army was not known for its militarism or effectiveness on the battlefield (outside of fighting African tribes) – the brutality of the Imperial Japanese certainly equalled that of the Waffen SS! My research in the Japanese language sources, however, does NOT suggest that there was a homoerotic element in the Japanese military set-up between Officer and Enlisted Recruit – despite the routine brutality the average Japanese soldier (usually a poorly educated peasant) manifested! Furthermore, many Japanese soldiers were married before enlisted and quite often were encouraged to have a child prior to going into combat and giving their life for the emperor! The issue for the Imperial Japanese lay in their capacity for the mass rape and murder of women and young girls (suggesting a paedophilic – but NOT homosexual – element in their fascism). This is probably another material fact that the Bourgeois Establishment does not like!
As regards the more extreme (contemporary) far-right groups that identify themselves in the US and Europe as being preservers of the traditions of the ‘Waffen SS’ – these groups make the active clubs of the regular Neo-Nazis seem like mainstream fitness centres by comparison! Having infiltrated and brought down a number of these disgusting entities – I can confirm that the pontifications of the Bourgeois academic Establishment are entirely ‘out of touch’ with reality and are obviously pursuing a political (capitalist-friendly) agenda. Many so-called ‘Waffen SS’ groups exist on-line (and never progress to real life entities) and simply ‘share’ extremist literature, photographs and videos. These individuals believe that they are participating in the psychological and physical freedom that Adolf Hitler promised through his Mein Kampf ideology! As many Western countries possess very strict anti-terrorist laws – these ‘Waffen SS’ groups are unable to progress beyond ‘meeting-up’ online through whatever social media platform will allow them to share their hideous content! The ‘Waffen SS’ groups routinely share content involving torture, maiming, rape, murder, terrorism, animal cruelty, accidents, disasters, extreme pornography, violence toward women and girls, male rape, bestiality and paedophilia! This ideology strikes me as being a ‘living tradition’ that stems entirely from the mind of Adolf Hitler and the traditions of the SS Units he created to apply his attitudes, concepts and opinions! It has survived from one generation to the next and has received a tremendous boost through the internet! The left did NOT create Hitlerism – but the left did fight Hitler – and eventually prevailed albeit at a terrible price!
