Translator’s Note: This Chinese-language article was penned during November 2024 – as the US population went to the polls. Although Trump is overtly anti-China (he has written entire books of racist rhetoric packaged as astute business acumen) – the author of this article seems to think that Trump will not translate his anti-China bias into foreign policy reality. Trump might talk a good fight, or so the author contests, but is unlikely to actually start a war. Really? Around 2020, as the world was reeling from the Covid-19 pandemic – the failing Trump Administration of the time was in political trouble and yet sought to start a bizarre war in the Tigraw area of Ethiopia. Trump, and his Neo-Nazi Advisors, fabricated the most strangest of adventurist campaigns, the propaganda of which would not be believed if it appeared as a film-script. Trump, believing (falsely) that China was invading and taking-over the continent of Africa – ordered a force of primarily “Black” American Servicemen to launch an armed invasion of Ethiopia – with the intention of creating a “Black” (pro-capitalist) colony in Tigraw designed to militarily and politically wipe-out the presence of China.
Thousands of US troops were landed, supported by the US Airforce and US Navy – and armed to the teeth. For the first-time in decades, this US aggression united all the tribes within and around Ethiopia – which Trump had lost the led to a mixture of traditionally armed tribesmen and heavily armed modern Africans bravely throwing themselves at the defences of the US – taking Trump’s military planners by surprise. By the time it had become clear Trump had lost the 2020 Presidential Election – the US political and military will in Tigraw had withered away – particularly as it was known that the incoming President Biden was cancelling all military operations in the area. I am surprised the author of this article appears ignorant of these facts.
Trump used the lives of Africans to fight, attempt to limit, and prevent the function of Chinese influence outside of China (essentially the preventing of the spread of Socialism). Furthermore, Ethiopian estimates of casualties talk of between 300,000-600,000 Africans killed and wounded by US military action in just 18-months of conflict. As the US were using extremely brutal and destructive weaponry – many of the African dead bodies were blown to untraceable pieces. Trump is NOT the “President of Peace” just because he favours Russia over Ukraine. He is a fascist liar who killed around half a million Africans in a bid to confront and stop what he perceived as being a “threat” from China! The author of this article should learn proper history before attempting to present Trump as some kind of cuddly uncle! ACW (11.3.2025)
No matter how long (or loud) the United States discusses the importance of Sino-US cooperation, the continuous propagation of an anti-China line has always been the basic foreign policy of the US. With the all-round development of China’s comprehensive strength, China has inevitably threatened the position of the United States as the world’s number one superpower. The US world political blueprint is always unipolar. The United States does not accept the existence of a multipolar world – therefore the possibility of Sino-US confrontation is inevitable – whilst an anti-China (racist) policy has become the basic policy of the US government.
New US Anti-China Plan
During the recent Presidential Election in 2024 – many Chinese people were curious about whether the United States would adjust its China policy if a different leader come to power. The answer is that there will definitely be adjustments, but the general direction of an anti-China (and containment) policy will not change. Both of the Presidential candidates (Harris and Trump) confirmed this in their various (neo-imperialist) campaign speeches. Furthermore, the US Department of Défense also proposed a new National Défense Strategy Implementation Plan on October 29th, 2024 – which took stock of the five supposed “major threats” currently opposing the United States. Of course, China has been designated as the most dangerous threat to the hegemony of the US.
The five major threats listed by the Pentagon are not surprising. They are nothing more than China, Russia, Iran and North Korea plus any anti-US armed forces around the world. The reason why China, Russia, Iran and North Korea have been chosen is very simple. These four countries not only oppose the unjust world order inflicted by the United States, but the United States cannot do anything about their presence for the time being. China and Russia are both world and nuclear powers. Naturally, they oppose the hegemonic interference and long-arm jurisdiction of the United States. The United States has no ability to suppress China and Russia decisively. The US can only unite its allies in an attempt to suppress (and weaken) China and Russia. Although Iran and North Korea are not strong in national strength, they possess independent defence industries and nuclear capabilities of varying degrees. The United States is not sure whether it can bear the cost of a conflict with Iran or North Korea.
In the final analysis, China, Russia, Iran and North Korea have the ability to militarily compete with the United States. This is the real reason why the United States, as a military hegemonic country, regards these four countries as threats. China is the special consideration among these four countries. First of all, China has reached or even exceeded the level of the United States in many fields, including comprehensive national and military strength. And most importantly, the United States has never been able to isolate China from the world. Even in the Western world, the United States cannot prevent its allies from establishing contact and cooperation with China, which makes the United States extremely anxious.
This means that it is not feasible to attack China militarily or economically, and China’s vision for the development of the current world order is completely different from that of the United States. The United States is still trying to use the exploitation of the third world population to establish a good life for its first country population. China hopes to achieve comprehensive and balanced development and help third world countries improve their living standards and quality of life, which directly violates the exploitative policies of the United States. The United States intends not to allow China to build such a new world order. This is the fundamental logic of the confrontation between China and the United States.
US General Senses a Threat
General Salzman is the Chief of Operations of the US Space Force, which is the sixth newly established military branch of the US military. Salzman stated at the end of October that China is the biggest threat to the United States – and is the prime-mover in the development plan of the Space Force. Salzman pointed out that the speed of China’s space technology development makes the United States worried. China has launched hundreds of satellites, which can be used for military purposes in wartime. Such accusations are very unreasonable, because no country launches satellites that are completely civilian, and their design functions can serve military operations, whilst the United States can be said to be far ahead in this regard.
In the field of militarization of civilian satellites, the US Starlink Project is undoubtedly the most successful one at present, so much so that both sides on the Russian-Ukrainian battlefield are relying on Starlink to fight. It is understandable for other countries to accuse China of launching satellites to militarize space technology, but the United States is the least qualified to accuse China. The space field was once the United States’ strong point. The United States was able to win the Cold War, and the Space Race also helped the United States. However, since the establishment of the Space Force, it has not helped much in confronting China. The development of space technology in the United States has now become quite distorted. NASA, as a national team, has made no achievements, but the private enterprise SpaceX is bearing fruit. As a result, it not only does not receive support from NASA, but is even suppressed by the authorities.
On the other hand, China’s Lunar and Space Station Projects are progressing steadily, with almost no missed deadlines. If this progress continues, China is likely to achieve a successful manned lunar landing in 2030. Such action and technical capabilities are not available in the United States today. It is no wonder that Salzman lamented during his speech that China has become a true superpower, and the United States will inevitably increase its suppression and confrontation with China in the future. The United States has been trying to obstruct China’s process of taking over Taiwan. The US military has predicted that the People’s Liberation Army will use force against Taiwan in 2027. At present, this prediction is not impossible. The key lies in how the United States will respond.
If the Republican Party wins the 2025 Presidential Election, Trump may directly abandon the Taiwan authorities. Trump’s foreign policy has always been strategic contraction, and he may not be willing to waste precious military resources in the Asia-Pacific region. If Harris comes to power, in 2025 the Democratic Party may continue the existing Taiwan strategy, support the Taiwan authorities to confront mainland China through military aid, and impose sanctions on China from the outside. The United States regards China as the first threat and will inevitably take counter-threat actions. China needs to be wary of the United States’ suppression in many areas and strengthen its own strength to deal with any external threats.

不管美国嘴上怎么谈中美合作重要性，反华始终是美国对外政策的基本路线，这是因为随着中国综合实力的发展，中国已经不可避免的威胁到美国世界第一强国的地位。
在美国的政治蓝图中，世界始终是单极的，美国不接受多极共存的世界格局存在，所以中美对抗难以避免，反华已经成为美国政府的基本任务。
美国反华新计划
2024年的这一次总统大选，很多国人都在好奇如果不同党派上台，会不会在美国对华政策上做出调整。
答案是调整肯定有，但反华制华的大方向是不会改变的，这一点两位总统候选人都已经在自己的竞选演讲中证实。
不仅如此，美国国防部10月29日时还提出新一轮的国防战略实施计划 ，其中盘点了美国目前面对的5大威胁，确定中国已经成为美国面临的5大战略威胁之首。
五角大楼列出的五大威胁并不让人意外，无非就是中俄伊朝四国加全世界的反美武装，之所以中俄伊朝会上班，原因也很简单，这四个国家不光反对接受美国打造的世界秩序，而且美国还暂时奈何不了它们。
中俄就不说了，都是世界大国和核大国，自然反对美国那套霸权干涉和长臂管辖，美国也没能力强力压制中俄，只有联合盟友打压削弱中俄。
伊朝的国家实力虽然不强，但是都有独立自主的国防工业和程度不一的核能力，美国也不确定自己是否能承受和伊朝爆发冲突的代价。
中俄伊朝四国说到底都具备在军事上和美国掰手腕的能力，这才是美国作为一个军事霸权国家会将这四国视为威胁的真正原因。
而中国又恰恰是四国里最特殊的一个，首先中国在多领域都达到甚至超过了美国的水平，包括综合国力和军事力量等等。
而且最重要的是，美国始终无法在世界上孤立中国，哪怕是在西方世界，美国也无法阻止盟友和中国产生联系和合作，这是让美国极为焦虑的。
这意味着不管是从军事上还是经济上打击中国都没有可行性，而中国对于当今世界格局的发展愿景和美国是截然不同的，美国还在试图利用对第三世界人口的剥削建立第一国家人口的优渥生活。
中国希望实现全面均衡发展，帮助第三世界国家提升生活水平和生活质量，这直接踩到了美国的红区。
美国不允许中国建立起这这样一个新世界，这是中美对抗的根本逻辑。
美军上将的威胁
萨尔茨曼上将是美国太空军作战部长，这是美军新设立的第六军种，萨尔茨曼于10月底时表态称，在太空军的发展计划上，中国是美国最大的威胁。
萨尔茨曼指出，中国的太空技术发展速度让美国感到担忧。
中国已经发射了数百颗卫星，而这些卫星在战时都可以用作军事用途。
这样的指控非常没有道理，因为没有哪个国家发射的卫星是完全民用的，其设计功能都可以为军事作战而服务，而且美国在这方面可以说是遥遥领先。
在民用卫星军用化的领域，美国的星链项目毫无疑问是目前最成功的一个，以至于俄乌战场上的双方都在依靠星链作战。
换成其他国家指责中国发射卫星搞太空技术军事化还情有可原，美国是最没资格指责中国的一个。
太空领域曾是美国的强项，美国能在冷战中获胜，太空竞赛也帮了美国不少忙，但从太空军建立至今，却并没有在对抗中国上帮到什么忙。
美国的空间技术发展现在已经出现相当畸形的情况，NASA作为国家队毫无建树，反倒是民营企业SpaceX正在开花结果，结果不但得不到NASA的扶持，甚至还遭到了官方的打压。
反观中国这边，登月项目、空间站项目都在稳步推进，几乎没有错过时间节点，照这样的进展下去，中国很大可能在2030年实现载人登月成功。
这样的行动力和技术力是如今的美国没有的，也难怪萨尔茨曼会在发言期间感叹中国已经成为了一个真正的超级大国，美国之后必将加大对中国的打压和对抗力度。
美国一直试图阻挠中国收台进程，美国军方曾预测解放军会在2027年对台动武，目前看来这个预测不是不可能，关键在于美国会用怎样的姿态来应对。
如果这届总统大选最后是共和党翻盘获胜，特朗普可能会直接放弃台当局，特朗普的对外政策一直是战略收缩，其未必愿意在亚太浪费宝贵的军事资源。
但如果是哈里斯上台，民主党可能会延续现有的对台策略，通过军援方式来支持台当局对抗中国大陆，并从外部施加对华制裁。
美国将中国作为第一威胁，必然会做出反制威胁的动作。
中国需要警惕美国在多领域的打压，加强自身实力应对任何外来威胁。
