Arguably, Socialist China has progressed much faster than any previous social system that has ever existed upon earth! Although the USSR only really existed prior to Khrushchev’s betrayal of Joseph Stalin – the foundation laid by Scientific Socialism (Marxist-Leninism) was so powerful that its fruits were gathered only after a genocidal war (1941-1945) – and the rise of Khrushchev! Yes – the scientific dialectics of Socialism was so powerful that even Khrushchev could not stand in its way! China has not suffered a genocidal war and despite ideological shifts in interpretation of Socialism post-1979 – Chinese Socialist Science has developed without hindrance! (ECNS) — China’s lunar spacesuit made its first public appearance on Saturday at a forum in southwest China’s Chongqing.
The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) also launched a naming campaign for the suit during the opening ceremony of the 3rd Space Suit Technology Forum on the same day.
Spacesuits are vital for spaceflight, providing life support and operational assistance during launches, re-entry, and extravehicular activities, the CMSA said at the forum.
According to the CMSA, spacesuits are designed for exposure to the harsh conditions of space, including vacuum, microgravity, radiation, and extreme temperatures, allowing for greater lower body mobility of astronauts to walk, climb, and conduct scientific activities on the moon’s surface.
Research and development of the spacesuit began in 2020, inspired by traditional Chinese culture.
The red decorative bands on the arms and legs were designed to resemble flowing “Feitian” ribbons — meaning flying deity in traditional Chinese culture. Its combination with the suit symbolizes traditional Chinese philosophy of harmonizing strength and softness. And the leg bands are shaped like the exhaust flames of a rocket, conveying the dynamic energy of space exploration.

“第三届航天服技术论坛”9月28日在重庆召开。开幕式上，中国载人航天工程办公室面向社会发布登月服征名活动，并首次公开中国登月服外观。记者在现场看到，登月服主体散发出科技感十足的金属光泽，上下肢红色装饰带增强了视觉上的力量感和修身效果。上肢装饰带设计成优雅飘逸的“飞天”飘带造型，下肢装饰带设计成火箭升空尾焰造型，上下呼应，形成一飞冲天的势态。
