O our Arab peoples!
The heinous Nazi-Zionist massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza continue for the third week in a row, with the participation of the criminal Biden Administration and Nazi-style political propaganda coverage from the governments of France, Germany, Britain, Italy and Canada – the new Axis of Evil – which perpetuates the aggression that encourages the Nazi-Zionist entity to continue carrying out its crimes! This Axis of Evil even confronts those who demand a halt to the war and the introduction of Humanitarian aid to Gaza! A place which is besieged by land, sea, and air! This Axis of Evil criminalizes those who criticize these massacres and murders – unleashing their dogs of war to incite further killing in their best interests!
The goal of this war is clear – that is to annihilate the people of Gaza – while awaiting the annihilation and displacement of all the Palestinian people from their ancestral homeland! This action will complete the seizure of their land and will complete Nazi-Zionist “Judaization”- as a first step towards completing the “Greater Israel” Project! This is what makes today’s support for Gaza, Palestine, and the Resistance a burning mission – whilst this mission must be undertaken by the peoples through their national, Revolutionary, and progressive forces! To this day, the regimes of employment, betrayal, normalization, and collaboration have remained unable to supply even a single bottle of water to Gaza, let alone bring in weapons, medicine, and food. They are submitting to American and Zionist orders – and racing to offer their mediation to pressure the Resistance and release the Nazi-Zionist “hostages.” Or, at best, they are content with condemning statements without doing anything concrete!
O our Arab peoples!
Despite the difficult living and political conditions, you are suffering from, you took to the streets in thousands in support of Gaza and Palestine and their valiant Resistance, which changed the scales at dawn on October 7th, 2023, and inflicted a terrible military and moral defeat on the Nazi-Zionist entity! This has caused the Nazi-Zionist entity to go mad – so that it is now reacting with a war of extermination – that has been going on for more than two weeks! This is a Nazi-Zionist aggression encouraged and instigated by Biden, Macron, Schultz, Meloni, Sunak and Trudeau! Today, the matter requires more than traditional, routine protest and defamation. We are facing a major and detailed transformation that requires raising the ceiling of demands, initiatives, slogans, and the pace of field work – especially since the battle will be prolonged. All of this activity requires setting concrete goals and setting appropriate methods that respond to these exceptional circumstances, so that these protests actually help stop the aggression, isolate the Nazi Zionist criminals, and expose their imperialist partner, and form important political pressure on the Arab reactionary regimes – especially the normalized ones! This is the best way to support the steadfast, strong, and committed expanding Armed Resistance. Little by little, the Resistance to Nazi-Zionism is spreading to other arenas (including Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen and Syria…).
The Popular Support Movement is capable of dealing a painful blow to the colonial countries – as using oil as a weapon to punish supporters of aggression is capable of greatly influencing the equation. This weapon was used in the October War of 1973 in circumstances in which the conditions of the Arab countries were not more prosperous and financially and economically stronger than today. The difference is that there were political leaders who dared to take the decision, including Saudi King Faisal, who was neither a Revolutionary nor even a Democrat. He was an ally of the United States, but his moral fervour towards Egypt and Syria led him to be the first to implement the embargo, in which Algeria, Iraq, Kuwait, the Emirates, and Qatar participated. It lasted from October 1973 to March 1974 and taught the supporters of the usurping Nazi-Zionist entity an unforgettable lesson. Today, under the rule of regimes whose leaders lack independence of decision-making, boldness and magnanimity, the only Arab peoples who are calling for imposing such a ban – are doing so on the streets – during protests!
O our Arab peoples
The oil embargo on countries participating in (and supporting) the aggression should be directly linked to the closure of the Embassies of the Nazi-Zionist entity in the countries of normalization. This will not happen without a human flood storming these Embassies, closing them and expelling those inside. It should also be linked to legalizing the criminalization of normalization in other countries. Today, in the face of the horror of crime, the normalized systems of employment and betrayal manoeuvre through false calls for peace and holding suspicious summits to distract and deceive the Arab peoples. As for the rest of the regimes, some of them backed away from normalization or postponed it, while others remain silent or pretend to move toward preventing it. Let us impose the criminalization of normalization here and now! All Arab peoples are also required to actively support the Resistance, to expel the Ambassadors of the United States of America and the Ambassadors of the rest of the countries supporting the aggression – especially France. Macron, who today, during a visit to the Nazi-Zionist entity – called for the formation of an international coalition against the Resistance!
These are the minimum practical proposals of great urgency for a steadfast Gaza and Occupied Palestine. We are confident that if the Arab peoples move stronger and decisively, without fear or hesitation, in accordance with what is required to confront the war of extermination waged by the Nazi-Zionist entity against the Palestinian people and the people of Gaza in particular, they will create many forms of Struggle and Resistance. It is capable, if it has the will, awareness, and organization, to exceed this urgent minimum and sweep out its puppet rulers and those complicit in the aggression, thus supporting Palestine and liberating itself at the same time. Our grandfathers and grandmothers faced, in the most difficult and harsh conditions (and with primitive means), the most powerful colonial forces and paved the way to defeat them. Do not forget Emir Abdelkader Al-Jazairi (Algeria), Abdelkarim Al-Khattabi (Morocco), Mohamed Al-Daghbaji (Tunisia), Omar Al-Mukhtar (Libya), Ahmed Orabi (Egypt), Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam (Palestine), Djamila Bouhired (Algeria) and others. They are our guide in achieving our dignity and humanity, which requires us to bear great pain and sacrifices because the Nazi-Zionist (imperialist) colonial monster is ready to commit the most horrific massacres and murders to preserve its greedy interests that are hostile to the most basic human values.
Let us move forward and let the Popular (Self-Defence) Resistance Movement be at the level of Armed Resistance.

معا لوقف حرب الإبادة ورفع الحصار عن غزّة،
معا لإسقاط التطبيع وإغلاق سفارات الكيان النازي وطرد سفرائه،
معا من أجل تجريم التّطبيع،
معا من أجل طرد سفراء أمريكا وشركائها في العدوان،
معا لفرض حظر نفطي على الدول الداعمة للعدوان،
يا شعوبنا العربيّة،
تتواصل المذابح والمجازر الصهيونيّة النازيّة البشعة ضد الشّعب الفلسطيني في غزّة للأسبوع الثالث على التوالي بمشاركة من إدارة بايدن المُجرمة وتغطية سياسيّة ودعائيّة على الطريقة النازيّة من حكومات فرنسا وألمانيا وبريطانيا وإيطاليا وكندا التي التحقت بمحور العدوان الذي يشجّع الكيان النّازي على مواصلة تنفيذ جريمته ويتصدّى حتّى لمن يطالب بوقف الحرب وإدخال المعونات الإنسانيّة لغزّة المحاصرة برًّا وبحرا وجوّا ويجرّم من ينتقد المذابح والمجازر مطلقا كلابه للتحريض على قتله.
إنّ الهدف من هذه الحرب واضح وهو إبادة أهالي غزّة في انتظار إبادة كلّ الشّعب الفلسطيني وتهجيره والاستيلاء بالكامل على أرضه وتهويدها كخطوة أولى نحو تحقيق مشروع “إسرائيل الكبرى”. وهو ما يجعل اليوم من نصرة غزّة وفلسطين والمقاومة مهمّة حارقة، وهذه المهمّة ينبغي أن تتكفّل بها الشّعوب وقواها الوطنيّة والثوريّة والتقدميّة. إنّ أنظمة العمالة والخيانة والتّطبيع والخذلان ظلّت إلى حدّ اليوم عاجزة حتّى عن إدخال قارورة ماء إلى غزّة فما بالك بإدخال السّلاح والدواء والغذاء، وهي تذعن للأوامر الأمريكيّة والصهيونية، وتتسابق لعرض وساطتها للضّغط على المقاومة وإطلاق سراح “الرهائن” أو هي في أحسن الأحوال تكتفي بالتصريحات المندّدة دون فعل أيّ شيء ملموس.
يا شعوبنا العربيّة
لقد خرجتم، رغم ما تعانونه من ظروف معيشية وسياسية صعبة، بالآلاف إلى الشوارع نصرة لغزة وفلسطين ومقاومتها الباسلة التي عدّلت الموازين فجر 7 أكتوبر 2023 وألحقت هزيمة عسكرية ومعنوية نكراء بالكيان النازي الذي جنّ جنونه وهو يرد الفعل بحرب إبادة مستمرة منذ أكثر من أسبوعين بتحريض من بايدن وماكرون وشولتز وميلوني وسوناك وترودو. وقد بات الأمر يتطلّب اليوم أكثر من الاحتجاج والتشهير التقليديين، الروتينيين. فنحن أمام تحوّل كبير ومفصلي يفرض رفع سقف المطالب والمبادرات والشّعارات ووتيرة العمل الميداني خاصة أن المعركة ستطول. كل هذا يتطلّب تحديد أهداف ملموسة وضبط أساليب مناسبة تستجيب للّحظة الاستثنائية فتساعد فعليّا على إيقاف العدوان وعزل الصهيوني النازي وفضح شريكه الامبريالي وتشكّل ضغطا سياسيا مهمّا على الأنظمة الرجعية العربية وخاصّة المطبّعة منها وتكون، وهذا هو الأساس، خير سند للمقاومة المسلّحة الصامدة، الثابتة، التي تتّسع شيئا فشيئا لتشمل ساحات أخرى (لبنان، العراق، اليمن، سوريا…).
إن حركة الإسناد الشعبيّة قادرة على توجيه ضربة موجعة إلى الدول الاستعماريّة. إن استخدام النفط سلاحا لمعاقبة داعمي العدوان قادر على التأثير في المعادلة بشكل كبير. لقد تمّ استعمال هذا السلاح في حرب أكتوبر 1973 في ظروف لم تكن فيها أوضاع الأقطار العربية أكثر رفاهيّة وقوة مالية واقتصادية من اليوم، إنّما الفارق أنه كان ثمة قيادات سياسية جرؤت على اتّخاذ القرار ومن بينهم الملك السعودي فيصل الذي لم يكن لا ثوريا ولا حتى ديمقراطيا بل كان حليفا للولايات المتحدة، وإنّما قادته الحَميّة الأخلاقية تجاه مصر وسوريا فكان البادئ بتنفيذ قرار الحظر الذي شاركت فيه كلّ من الجزائر والعراق والكويت والإمارات وقطر واستمرّ من أكتوبر 1973 إلى شهر مارس 1974 ولقّن مؤيّدي الكيان الغاصب درسا لا ينسى. ويُلْقى على الشعوب العربية اليوم، في ظلّ سيادة أنظمة يفتقر قادتها إلى استقلالية القرار والجرأة والشهامة، تولّي مسؤولية فرض هذا الحظر بالشارع.
يا شعوبنا العربيّة
إنّ حظر النّفط على الدّول المشاركة في العدوان والدّاعمة له، ينبغي أن يرتبط رأسا بإغلاق سفارات الكيان النازي في دول التطبيع. وهو ما لن يتمّ دون طوفانٍ بشريٍّ يقتحم هذه السفارات ويغلقها ويطرد من فيها. كما ينبغي أن يرتبط بتقنين تجريم التطبيع في الأقطار الأخرى. إنّ أنظمة العمالة والخيانة المطبّعة تناور اليوم، أمام هوْل الجريمة، عبْر الدعوات الكاذبة إلى السّلام وعقد القِمم المشبوهة لإلْهاء الشعوب العربيّة ومُغالطتها. أمّا بقية الأنظمة فبعضها تراجع عن التطبيع أو أجّله وبعضها الآخر يلازم الصّمت أو يتظاهر بالسّير نحو منعه، فلنفرض تجريم التطبيع الآن وهنا. كما أن كل الشعوب العربية مطالبة، دعما للمقاومة، بطرد سفراء الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وسفراء بقيّة الدّول الداعمة للعدوان خاصة منها فرنسا ماكرون الذي ينادي اليوم في زيارة للكيان بتكوين تحالف دولي ضدّ المقاومة.
هذه مقترحات الحدّ الأدنى العمليّة وذات الإلحاحيّة الكبيرة لغزّة الصّمود وفلسطين السليبة. ونحن واثقون بأن الشّعوب العربيّة إذا تحرّكت بصُورة أقوى وحاسمة، دون خوف أو تردّد، وفْق ما تقتضيه مواجهة حرْب الإبَادة التي يشنّها الكيان النّازي على الشّعب الفلسطيني وعلى أهالي غزّة بالخصوص ستُبْدِعُ أشكالا كثيرة للنّضال والمقاومة. وهي قادرة، إذا توفّرت لها الإرادة والوعي والتنظيم، على تجاوز هذا الحدّ الأدنى الملحّ إلى كنس حكاّمها العملاء والمتواطئين مع العدوان فتسند فلسطين وتحرّر نفسها في الوقت ذاته. إنّ أجدادّنا وجدّاتنا واجهوا في ظروف أصعب وأقسى وبوسائل بدائيّة أعتى قُوى الاستعمار وعبّدوا الطريق لهزمها. لا تنسوا الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري (الجزائر) وعبد الكريم الخطابي (المغرب) ومحمّد الدغباجي (تونس) وعمر المختار (ليبيا) وأحمد عرابي (مصر) وعز الدين القسّام (فلسطين) وجميلة بوحيرد (الجزائر) وغيرهم. إنّهم دليلنا في تحقيق كرامتنا وإنسانيّتنا التي تقتضي منّا أن نتحمّل أوجاعا وتضحيات كبيرة لأنّ الوحش الاستعماري الامبريالي الصهيوني مستعدّ لارتكاب أبشع المذابح والمجازر للحفَاظ على مصالحه الجشعة المعادية لأبسط القيم الإنسانية.
فلنمضِ إلى الأمام، ولْتكن حركة المقاومة الشعبيّة في مستوى المقاومة المسلّحة.
