The Littleborough United Reformed Church – situated on Victoria Street – was used as a Polling Station in Rochdale yesterday (5.7.2024) during the UK General Election. At 1130am the Police were called to the area following a report of a woman campaigning for the Workers’ Party being “assaulted” by a member of the general public. The woman in question is described as being a “Polling Station Attendant” – directly associated with George Galloway – the founder of the Workers’ Party and former MP for Rochdale. Although described as an “assault” – the newspaper article describing this incident fails to provide any further details. The attack is said to have been “brutal” – whilst bizarrely being reported as causing “no injuries” and leading to “no arrests”. However, despite these contradictions, the incident definitely seems to have occurred.
The Workers’ Party has stated that over the last few months – a growing number of its members have come under physical attack in public places whilst politically campaigning – and that the above-described assault is not an isolated incident. Perhaps a far more disturbing example of the Workers’ Party being targeted in the UK involves the Paliamentary Candidate – Wajad Burkey – of Sutton Coalfield who felt compelled to suspend his campaign following his son being attacked by a group of men with covered faces riding motorcycles. His son was beaten with baseball bats with a knife being used at one-point. I am not a supporter of the Workers’ Party and disagree with many of its Trotskyite policies and reactionary viewpoints – including the racial, homophobic and transphobic viewpoints expressed by its founder.
George Galloway has hijacked the Marxist-Leninist resistance to Zionist Israel’s persecution of the Palestinian people – and given the false impression that he is the only campaigner. Whilst rejecting Marxist-Leninism – Galloway associates his stance with the Islamic right-wing. His open transphobia and homophobia ia fascist and far-right and describes why Galloway continuously associates with Nigel Farage – always asserting that Farage not a racist – when it is obvious the opposite is true. My family were once stuck in a Tube carriage in London following a UKIP Conference attracting individuals from all over the UK – with one (White) father telling his child that people like “those” (pointing at us) were the problem with the UK today! Galloway is a liar and manipulator as far as I am concerned – whilst his viewpoints are not that different from those of the Nigel Farage he so admires.
When I have asked Muslims why it is they are happy for Galloway to support the obviously racist UKIP and REFORM, etc, I have been told that the Islamic community does care for – or follow – the minutiae of UK politics. All that is cared about is that a politician is seen as supporting Islamic cultural attitudes – and that such a politician can be rightwing or leftwing. Whereas Marxist-Leninists rejects all religiosity in the fight against Zionism (including the ignorance of Islamic theology) – Galloway advocates a rightwing Catholicism and general Islamacist attitude – often influenced by the attitudes of his current partner – who publishes rightwing and far-right attitudes against gay and trans people on her X channel. These fascist attitudes are unacceptable – but who is attacking Galloway’s Workers’ Party? As it is viewed as a pro-Muslim Party – rumour has it that members of Britain’s far-right (possibly within or outside of REFORM) have targeted Galloway’s movement.
Nigel Farage might well be a figure-head for the far-right – but he is not in-charge of the broader Neo-Nazi and fascist movement – which is international and highly organised – whilst often remaining hidden behind the scenes or hiding in plain sight. Nigel Farage will come and go – but the shadow of Adolf Hitler lingers. Many Muslims who support Galloway are quite happy to work with both the political left and right as the difference is irrelevant to their Qur’anic view of the world. Of course, this does not apply to all Muslims, but even a number of of “Independent” Muslim candidates express this viewpoint whilst not associating themselves with Galloway’s Trotskyism. The other side of the coin has to involve the possibility that Galloway’s supporters have been attacked by Zionist agitators – as the British far-right (associated with Nigel Farage) is intimately associated with the fascistic Zionist movement (indeed, rumour has it that Galloway did not attend the Declaration as there had been a threat on his life).
All this demonstrates how the Trotskyite left – and far-right in general – are in effect exactly the same political entity operating from different starting-points but both supporting predatory capitalism and the Bourgeoisie status quo. This keeps the working class disempowered and enslaved – and explains why Galloway dscribes his movement as being “socially conservative” – exactly the same description used by the Tories, REFORM UK and Islamic conservatist ideologues! Marxist-Leninism rejects all forms of racism – including anti-Semitism – but is expert in the anti-fascist ideology of anti-Zionism. Meanwhile, due to the confusing blend of anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism found on the Islamic right – otherwise righteous texts of protest are produced which the Zionists use to rhetorically attack the Pro-Palestinian movement – accusing it of “racism”!. This need NOT be the case – but how can religionists be expected to take a step-back from their own theological pre-occupations? George Galloway had the audacity to meet the current Pope Francis recently (who is closely associated with Operation Gladio) – apparently oblivious to the fact that the Catholic Church is not only behind the Neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine – but has supported fascism for decades including before and during WWII (not to mention the horrific child-abuse cases it has been involved in)! All this Trotskyite “Entyism” has facilitated REFORM UK to acquire 5 seats in the UK Parliament – whilst the Workers’ Party has won NO seats. Not all is lost for the Islamic vote – as a number of “Independent” MPs have been elected not associated with George Galloway.
