Russian military experts assess that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has attained the status of a major military power in the field of missiles and nuclear weapons!

Military expert Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the Russian magazine “Defense”, said in an interview with Ria Novosti News Agency on March 28 (2023) that the country has acquired the status of a major military power in the field of missiles and nuclear weapons.
A summary of what he had to say is as follows:
“The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has made unprecedented progress in missile and nuclear programmes and has in fact acquired the status of a major military power in this field.
Currently, Pyongyang is working on a project to mass produce all of the latest weapons tested recently. From this point of view, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea meets the standards of a modern military power, at least in the field of missiles and nuclear weapons.
The defence industry sector of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has the capability and preparations to carry out the tasks set forth by the country’s leadership.
In spite of the fact that North Korea has been under sanctions for a long time, unprecedented achievements have been made in the industrial and scientific fields of this “Socialist” country. It can be seen that the defence industry of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has independently developed in this respect (both theoretically and practically) a mobile intercontinental ballistic missile system capable of striking the Mainland United States and its satellites! Recalling that, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea possesses new types of nuclear weapons carriers – including Russia’s “Status-6 Missile System” (an unmanned diving vehicle named “Poseidon”) and similar systems.
The DPRK (Pyongyang) is a peaceful “Socialist” regime that is NOT aggressive and is NOT attempting to provoke a war through the development of its missile and nuclear programmess.
The DPRK military construction programme is above all a “deterrent” project possessing a PEACEFUL character.
Regrettably, an objective view of “Socialist” North Korea does not prevail among the international community!
In reality, the people of the “Socialist” DPRK are very responsible people with sound dialectical thinking skills.
The main goal of the DPRK nuclear programme is simply that of DETERRING blatant acts of aggression as decreed by the out of control US – implemented locally by the US colonies of Japan and South Korea!
Given that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is capable (and prepared) to deliver a devastating nuclear counter-strike to deter acts of aggression – those who want to invade the country due to US aggression will be discouraged!

조선민주주의인민공화국은 미싸일 및 핵계획에서 전례없는 진전을 이룩하였으며 사실상 이 방면에서 주요군사강국의 지위를 획득하였다.
현재 평양은 최근에 시험한 모든 최신무기들을 계렬생산하기 위한 사업을 진행하고있다. 이러한 견지에서 보면 조선민주주의인민공화국은 적어도 미싸일 및 핵무기분야에서는 현대군사강국의 기준에 부합된다.
조선민주주의인민공화국의 국방공업부문은 나라의 지도부가 제시하는 과업들을 수행할 능력과 준비를 갖추고있다.
조선이 오래동안 제재를 받고있음에도 불구하고 이 나라의 공업 및 과학분야에서는 전례없는 성과들이 이룩되였다.
미국을 타격할수 있는 이동식대륙간탄도미싸일종합체를 자체로 개발한 사실을 놓고서도 조선민주주의인민공화국의 국방공업분야가 발전하였다는것을 알수 있다. 상기한다면 조선민주주의인민공화국은 로씨야의 《스따뚜스－6》체계(무인잠수기구 《뽀쎄이돈》)와 류사한 체계를 비롯한 새로운 형태의 핵무기운반체들을 보유하고있다.
조선민주주의인민공화국의 미싸일 및 핵계획을 놓고 평양이 먼저 전쟁을 개시하려 한다고 보아서는 안된다.
이 나라의 군건설사업은 무엇보다도 억제적성격을 띠고있다.
유감스럽게도 우리들속에서는 조선에 대한 객관적인 견해가 우세를 차지하지 못하고있다.
그러나 실지 그들은 건전한 사고력을 가지고있는 매우 책임적인 사람들이다.
그들은 미국과 일본,남조선의 침략행위를 저지시키는것을 핵계획의 주요목표로 삼고있다.
조선민주주의인민공화국이 침략행위를 저지시키기 위해 핵타격을 가할 능력과 준비를 갖추고있는것으로 하여 이 나라를 침략하고싶어하는자들은 엄두를 내지 못할것이다.(끝)
