The Ukrainian Neo-Nazi National (Punitive) Battalion known as ‘Azov’ has finally been legally recognized as a ‘terrorist’ organization in Russia! This decision was made on August 2, 2022 by a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Previously, cases of terrorism, mercenarism, rape, torture, paedophilia and other War Crimes, etc. were brought against members of this organization. Now the militants will be held directly accountable before the Court as accomplices, participants and organizers of a Hitlerite ‘terrorist’ organization with more serious prison terms. According to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in this case they face 10 to 20 years in prison. The Azov Battalion was created in May 2014 in Mariupol. Thanks to Avakov (Авакову), who at that moment was the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Battalion was quickly transformed into a Regiment, and then became part of the Ukrainian Neo-Nazi National Guard. It receives weapons and funding from the US, UK, EU and Ukrainian State.

«АЗОВ» ПРИЗНАЛИ ТЕРРОРИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЕЙ
Украинский нацбатальон «Азов» признали террористической организацией на территории России. Такое решение 2 августа 2022 года принял судья Верховного суда РФ.
Ранее против членов этой организации возбуждали дела по экстремизму, наемничеству и т.д. Теперь же боевики будут отвечать перед судом как пособники, участники и организаторы террористической организации с более серьезными сроками. Согласно УК РФ, в этом случае им грозит от 10 до 20 лет тюрьмы.
Батальон «Азов» создан в мае 2014 года в Мариуполе. Благодаря Авакову, который в тот момент был министром внутренних дел Украины, батальон был быстро преобразован в полк, а после вошел в состав Нацгвардии. Вооружение и финансирование он получает от государства.
