US: Chud the Builder – Holed Below the Water-Line – in More Ways Than One! (18.6.2026)

Understandably, a Black-loving bisexual leftist (with homosexual and cross-dressing tendencies) is not a good look for the far-right – and so even the illiterate Paul Miller has gone suspiciously quiet on this front (he has his own problems to worry about – as he has been repeatedly accused of paedophilia). I suppose it all comes down to the fact that we cannot hide out pasts – and that if we are untruthful – the lies have a tendency of catching-up with us at the most inconvenient of times! That and the fact that not understanding the law can mean that you end-up in gaol for a very long time. As matters stand, the Chud has a public defender (the equivalent of legal aid in the UK) – who is poorly trained and acting “freely” – despite the far-right raising hundreds of thousands of dollars. Shades of the murderer Karmelo Anthony and his family who raised over a million dollars from the Black community and immediately brought a new home and a car – whilst having no money left to pay a competent lawyer. There is no cure for being stupid – left or right.

UK: What Does It Mean To Be “Arrested”? (8.6.2026)

A wrongful arrest and false imprisonment charge must be pursued through the courts (after the arrest has been duly processed without resisting) – that is how the law in a bourgeois society operates – and there is nothing you can do about it until society changes. Changing society cannot happen whilst you are being arrested – as it is not the time or the place. This requires a mature mentality and an educated perspective. Read, learn, contemplate, and discuss. Work-out how life operates and what are your best options within it. Do not allow yourself to be goaded by sexism, racism, or any comments uttered by arresting Officers. Ignore them all and behave yourself. Try not to hurt an Officer – even if they are hurting you. You may not like this – but you must learn to be indifferent to this type of abuse (learn to like it) – as the System will punish YOU and not the Officers concerned. The Police are usually workers who are privileged to support and defend their bourgeois employers – they will not jeopardise the perks they earn by betraying their own working-class. Again, such is life – deal with it. Some Police do good work, risk their lives, and protect the vulnerable – this is a fact and it would be wrong of me to deny this. The agency of the Police is non-democratic, and a top-down totalitarian system that reminds those living in a bourgeois society just how fragile their freedoms really are.

Of course, both camps have started highly lucrative money-raising campaigns amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Although Eatherly says he was released on bail – news reports state that he might still be in gaol. Who knows? What happens is that the State isolates the accused completely from the outside world so that they are at the mercy of the State apparatus. I suspect the far-right support network takes over all the posting on behalf of Eatherly – so what we see is part-true and part-manipulation. Eatherly is a construction worker from Tennessee who seems to style his appearance after that of a dashing Confederate Officer – as the British press used to report in the 1860s. He decided to livestream his racial antagonism of African-American and broadcasting their anger at being abused. He then sold t-shirts and hoodies with the words “Chimping-Out” printed upon them. He was then sacked from his employment for being racist. He then went self-employed for a time – but claims he is a victim of “BLM” violence and terrorism in that no one will employ him. He is known throughout te far-right as “Chud the Builder” – I suppose a type of malignant “Bob the Builder”! I have forwarded an article and a post made in Dalton’s name from his Telegram Channel.

After purchasing mooncakes, Lin falsely claimed he had found plastic film inside and demanded compensation at ten times the original price under China’s food safety law, threatening to file complaints or expose the incident if his demands were not met.

Prosecutor Wang Jia said Lin deliberately paid full price for the products, even when discounts were offered, so he could calculate compensation based on the higher amount.

Investigators found Lin used identical scripts, photos and videos across cases. He claimed that a child had choked on the plastic film and required emergency treatment, Wang said. Lin later admitted that he had planted the plastic film himself.

Judge Yang Liu said some businesses chose to settle quickly to avoid reputational risks and higher costs. “For hotels, paying several thousand yuan can resolve the issue more easily,” Yang said.

In March, a court sentenced Lin to three years in prison, suspended for five years, and fined him 30,000 yuan for extortion.

Jordan is one of the must disgusting examples of tis urn-coating – actually using US-supplied missiles to shoot-down Iranian self-defence missiles as flew over Jordanian air-space on their way to strike Israel. Furthermore, Jordan, in recent years, has actively hindered the Palestinian cause, and openly assisted the US-Israeli genocide in Gaza. As a human-being – I cannot sit back and watch this happening. Just as my two English grandfathers joined-up to fight Hitler in the 1940s – and my Chinese grandfather fought the Imperial Japanese in Hong Kong (during the same era) – I cannot remain silent in the face os such injustices. I hate the fact that the British Army is assisting the Neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine – and that the RAF has been routinely bombing poor and dispossessed Arab and Persian people over the last ten-years – breaks my heart! During the Battle of Britain – the brave RAF suffered thousands upon thousands of casualties defeating the Nazi German Luftwaffe and preventing Hitler’s seaborne invasion of the UK. The UK government even gifted British war aeroplanes to the USSR – and sent British RAF pilots to Moscow during WWII to train Red Airforce Pilots (many of these men later became Marxists on their return). Alexander Werth wrote about this in one of his excellent books. Of course, i have no idea who this young lady (“Hiba Abu Taha” [هبة أبوطه]) is – but I think she is suffering an injustice which I can highlight through this blog. It makes no difference whether this journalist agrees or disagrees with my political views – the point is that I agree with them!
