Blogger’s Note: Many years ago, I think in London (during the 1980s or 1990s – although the exact date and location needs to be checked), Mainland Chinese gangsters took-over a block of flats for criminal purposes. They were kidnapping other Chinese nationals off the streets of the UK, imprisoning them in this block of flats, and inflicting torture – whilst telephoning their relatives in China – who could hear them scream! Large amounts of money was demanded to bring the capture and torture to an end. The UK government requested that China send their anti-terrorist police to the UK – who were cleared to operate against Chinese nationals in this block of flats (probably as a sign of co-operation between the two countries leading to the handover of Hong Kong in 1997). A large Chinese cargo plane landed in the UK and a hundred or so heavily-armed riot police were bussed into theatre. Needless to say, these PRC police when through the block of flats like a dose of salts. In a short-time these criminals were beaten into submission and frog-marched into waiting vans – before heading to the airport. This story was broadcast on TV at the time – but all I can find online today is anti-China racism, hysteria, and bizarre conspiracy theories perpetuated by a racist British State. For a Chinese person to be considered “safe” they must have no contact, sympathy, or admiration for a “Socialist” China. To do what other White (foreigners) routinely do in relation to their ancestral home countries risks arrest, imprisonment, and/or expulsion. The lunacy of some of these ridiculous stories includes the weird idea that China has “secret” police stations in the UK! Today, the UK follows a US-demanded policy of giving asylum to Chinese criminals – something of an about-turn in policy! ACW (15.9.2029)

(ECNS) — At the invitation of China’s Ministry of Public Security, Serbia’s Ministry of Interior has sent eight police officers to South China’s Hainan Province for a two-week joint patrol mission that began Friday, CCTV News reported Sunday.
The joint patrol is aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens from both countries while travelling and deepening bilateral law enforcement cooperation, it said.
Police officers from both countries will form mixed teams and conduct patrols at tourist attractions in Sanya and Haikou as part of the joint patrol.
Serbian officers will assist Chinese police in responding to safety concerns raised by Serbian citizens in China and provide policing advice, helping create a safe and orderly environment for tourists, according to CCTV News.
