The Embassy of Vietnam in Laos held a ceremony to celebrate the 81st anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (2/9/1945-/9/2026) on August 28, 2026 in Luang Chan, attended by H.E. Mr. Phuong of the Political Committee of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Party Central Secretariat, Ambassadors, Ambassadors, representatives of international organizations in Laos and relevant parties.

On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Minh Thiem, Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Vietnam, highlighted the legacy of the national liberation struggle in the past 81 years, in which in the past 81 years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam with the immortal idea of “Nothing is superior to independence and freedom”, the entire Vietnamese people have united as one, together with the pure spirit of international solidarity to bring the Vietnamese revolution from victory to victory. Fulfilling the mission of national liberation and national unity, and is successfully carrying out the mission of reform, taking a firm step towards socialism.

Nguyen Minh Tiem also said: On September 2, 1945, at the Ba Dinh Stadium, in Hanoi, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, which was announced to the whole nation and the world about the independence, freedom and equality of the Vietnamese nation and the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the end, it emphasized: “Vietnam is entitled to independence, independence and has in fact become a country of freedom and independence. The entire Vietnamese people have decided to devote all their minds and strength, lives, organs and property to preserving that freedom and independence”. The birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam marked the beginning of a new national society, one of national independence, freedom and sovereignty. Since then, the Vietnamese people have observed September 2 every year as “Independence Day”.

From its backward economic base, Vietnam has been steadily expanding its economic base, especially in terms of trade and attracting foreign investment, a key link of 17 Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) linked to 60 major regional and global economic bases. In addition, Vietnam has also established diplomatic relations with 194 countries in the world. Among them are permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, all major nations and standing members of more than 70 regional and international organizations.

The Party, the State and the people of Vietnam are deeply aware that in the mission of preserving and building their country, so that Vietnam has a firm mission, a hidden force, a role and influence, and a reputation in the international circle as it is today, in tandem with its own advancing efforts, it has always received the support and invaluable assistance of international allies, especially the great, wholehearted, and effective assistance of the Party, the State and the brotherly Lao people.

     ຂປລ. ໂອກາດດັ່ງກ່າວ, ທ່ານ ຫງວຽນ ມິງ ເຕີມ ເອກອັກຄະລັດຖະທູດວິສາມັນຜູ້ມີອຳນາດເຕັມ ແຫ່ງ  ສສ ຫວຽດນາມ ປະຈຳລາວ ໄດ້ຍົກໃຫ້ ເຫັນມູນເຊື້ອແຫ່ງການຕໍ່ສູ້ປົດປ່ອຍປະເທດຊາດ ໃນໄລຍະຜ່ານມາ ຊຶ່ງໃນໄລຍະ 81 ປີທີ່ຜ່ານມາ, ພາຍໃຕ້ການນຳພາຂອງພັກກອມມູນິດ ຫວຽດນາມ ດ້ວຍແນວຄິດອັນເປັນອະມະຕະທີ່ວ່າ“ບໍ່ມີສິ່ງໃດທີ່ປະເສີດ ເລີດລໍ້າເໜືອກວ່າເອກະລາດ ແລະ ອິດສະລະພາບ”, ທົ່ວປວງຊົນທັງຊາດຫວຽດນາມ ໄດ້ສາມັກຄີເປັນຈິດໜຶ່ງໃຈດຽວ, ຮ່ວມກັບນ້ຳໃຈສາມັກຄີສາກົນອັນບໍລິສຸດຜຸດຜ່ອງນໍາເອົາການປະຕິວັດຂອງຫວຽດນາມ ຈາກໄຊຊະນະນ້ິີສູ່ໄຊຊະນະອື່ນ, ປະຕິບັດສຳເລັດພາລະກິດປົດປ່ອຍຊາດ ແລະ ທ້ອນໂຮມປະເທດຊາດເປັນເອກະພາບ ແລະ ພວມປະຕິບັດພາລະກິດປ່ຽນແປງໃໝ່ສຳເລັດຜົນ, ກ້າວໄປສູ່ ສັງຄົມນິຍົມຢ່າງໜັກແໜ້ນ.

     ທ່ານ ຫງວຽນ ມິງ ເຕີມ ຍັງ ໃຫ້ຮູ້ອີກວ່າ: ໃນວັນທີ 2 ກັນຍາ 1945 ຢູ່ສະໜາມຫລວງບາດ່ິງ, ທີ່ນະຄອນຫລວງຮ່າໂນ້ຍ, ປະທານ ໂຮ່ຈີ່ມິງ ໄດ້ອ່ານບົດຖະແຫລງປະກາດເອກະລາດ ຊຶ່ງໄດ້ປະກາດ ໃຫ້ທົ່ວປວງຊົນທັງຊາດ ແລະ ທ່ົວໂລກຊາບກ່ຽວກັບຄວາມເປັນ ເອກະລາດ,  ອິດສະລະພາບ, ຄວາມສະເໝີພາບຂອງຊາດຫວຽດນາມ ແລະ ການສະຖາປະນາສາທາລະນະລັດ ປະຊາທິປະໄຕຫວຽດນາມ, ປັດຈຸບັນແມ່ນປະເທດສາທາລະ ນະລັດສັງຄົມນິຍົມຫວຽດນາມ. ໃນນ້ັນ, ໄດ້ເນ້ັນໜັກວ່າ: “ປະເທດ ຫວຽດນາມ ມີສິດໄດ້ຮັບຄວາມເປັນ ເອກະລາດ, ອິດສະລະພາບ ແລະ ໃນຕົວຈິງໄດ້ກາຍເປັນປະເທດໜ່ຶງ ທີ່ມີອິດສະລະພາບ ແລະ ຄວາມ ເປັນເອກະລາດ. ທ່ົວປວງຊົນທັງ ຊາດຫວຽດນາມ ຕັດສິນໃຈຈະອຸທິດ ຈິດໃຈ ແລະ ກຳລັງແຮງ, ຊີວິດ ອິນຊີ ແລະ ຊັບສິນທັງໝົດ ເພື່ອປົກປັກຮັກສາອິດສະລະພາບ ແລະ ຄວາມເປັນເອກະລາດດັ່ງກ່າວ”. ການກຳເນີດຂອງສາທາລະນະລັດ ປະຊາທິປະໄຕຫວຽດນາມ ແມ່ນຂີດ ໝາຍຈຸດເລີ່ມຕົ້ນຂອງສັງກາດໃໝ່ ຂອງຊາດ ຊຶ່ງແມ່ນສັງກາດແຫ່ງ ຄວາມເປັນເອກະລາດ, ອິດສະລະ ພາບ ແລະ ເປັນເຈົ້າຊາຕາກຳຂອງ ຊາດ. ນັບແຕ່ນັ້ນເປັນຕົ້ນມາ, ປະຊາ ຊົນຫວຽດນາມ ໄດ້ຖືເອົາວັນທີ 2 ກັນຍາຂອງທຸກໆປີ ແມ່ນ “ວັນບຸນ ເອກະລາດ”.

    ຈາກພື້ນຖານເສດຖະກິດທີ່ຫລ້າຫລັງ, ຫວຽດນາມ ໄດ້ບືນຕົວເຮັດ ໃຫ້ພື້ນຖານເສດຖະກິດຂະຫຍາຍ ຕົວຢ່າງຕໍ່ເນື່ອງ ໂດຍສະເພາະດ້ານ ການຄ້າ ແລະ ການດຶງດູດການ ລົງທຶນຈາກຕ່າງປະເທດ, ເປັນຕ່ອງ ໂສ້ອັນສໍາຄັນຂອງ 17 ສັນຍາການຄ້າເສລີ (FTA) ເຊ່ືອມຈອດກັບ 60 ພື້ນຖານເສດຖະກິດຫລັກໆໃນ ພາກພ້ືນ ແລະ ທ່ົວໂລກ. ພ້ອມນ້ີ, ຫວຽດນາມ ຍັງໄດ້ສ້າງຕັ້ງສາຍພົວ ພັນທາງການທູດກັບ 194 ປະເທດ ໃນໂລກ. ໃນນັ້ນ, ມີບັນດາສະມາຊິກ ຖາວອນຂອງສະພາຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງ ສະຫະປະຊາຊາດ, ບັນດາປະເທດ ໃຫຍ່ທັງໝົດ ແລະ ແມ່ນສະມາຊິກ ທີ່ຕັ້ງໜ້າຂອງ 70 ກວ່າອົງການ ຈັດຕັ້ງໃນພາກພື້ນ ແລະ ສາກົນ.

      ພັກ, ລັດ ແລະ ປະຊາຊົນຫວຽດນາມ ຍາມໃດກໍມີຄວາມຮັບຮູ້ຢ່າງ ເລິກເຊ່ິງວ່າໃນພາລະກິດປົກປັກ ຮັກສາ ແລະ ສ້າງສາປະເທດຊາດ ຂອງຕົນ, ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຫວຽດນາມ ມີ ພາລະກິດອັນໜັກແໜ້ນ, ມີກໍາລັງບົ່ມຊ້ອນ, ມີຖານະບົດບາດ ແລະ ອິດທິພົນ, ຊື່ສຽງໃນວົງຄະນາຍາດສາກົນ ຄືທຸກວັນນີ້, ໄປຄຽງຄູ່ກັບຄວາມມານະພະຍາຍາມບຸກໜ້າບືນຕົວຂອງຕົນເອງແລ້ວ, ຍາມໃດກໍໄດ້ຮັບການສະໜັບສະໜູນ, ການຊ່ວຍເຫລືອອັນລ້ຳຄ່າຈາກເພື່ອນ ມິດສາກົນໂດຍສະເພາະແມ່ນການຊ່ວຍເຫລືອທີ່ໃຫຍ່ຫລວງ, ໝົດຈິດ ໝົດໃຈ, ມີປະສິດທິຜົນຂອງພັກ, ລັດ ແລະ ປະຊາຊົນລາວອ້າຍນ້ອງ.
