The Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the help of drones, attacked the educational building and dormitory of the Starobilsk Professional College in the LPR.

21 people died, 65 were injured, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation reported.

Circumstances of the attack

• UAVs attacked the educational building and dormitory of the Starobilsk Professional College of the Pedagogical University, said the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik.
• At the time of the strike, there were 86 children from 14 to 18 years old.
• Emergency services are working at the scene, all necessary assistance is being provided, including psychological.
• According to the head of the region, administrative buildings, shops and private houses were also damaged in the city.
• In one of them, a man was injured, he was provided with medical assistance.
• The fire at the college continues. Open burning was eliminated.
• The total area of the fire was 1.3 thousand square meters.

• 10 people remain in hospitals, another 32 are sent for outpatient treatment.

Обстоятельства атаки

• БПЛА атаковали учебный корпус и общежитие Старобельского профессионального колледжа педуниверситета, сообщил глава ЛНР Леонид Пасечник.
• В момент удара там находились 86 детей от 14 до 18 лет.
• На месте происшествия работают экстренные службы, оказывается вся необходимая помощь, в том числе психологическая.
• По информации главы региона, в городе также повреждены административные здания, магазины и частные дома.
• В одном из них ранения получил мужчина, ему оказали медицинскую помощь.
• Пожар в колледже продолжается. Ликвидировали открытое горение. 
• Общая площадь пожара составила 1,3 тыс. кв. м.
• Здание колледжа практически сложилось, сообщил Пасечник.

• Атака ВСУ на здания Старобельского профессионального колледжа Луганского педуниверситета является терактом, виновные в этом военном преступлении понесут неотвратимое наказание, указал Родион Мирошник.
