A Touching Email from Cuba – Although My Socialist Friends Are “Suffering” Due to US-Imperialsim – Here is Their Collective Response! (13.3.2026)

This is the saying made by Our Great Leader – Fidel Castro – which we are collectively studying throughout the island through our media, in our schools, in our universities, in our hospitals, and in our military (I notice with great love – that you paid respect to the 32 Cuban heroes who died fighting for Socialism in Venezuela):

Fidel Castro:

“Our homeland has overcome the toughest trials, we have come this far, and we will continue forward, shaping our future, without any force being able to bend us, intimidate us, or force us to renounce a single one of our principles.”

Each day – the sayings are changed – but are always “Socialist” (Marxist-Leninist), progressive and psychologically inspiring. It is Marxist-Leninism that we use to build our inner strength (that enables our ability to continue to suffer without giving-up) – so that we may use our advanced (proletariat) intellects to seek-out ever-more clever ways of physically working around the (illegal) US Blockade – and the related injustices emerging from the UK, and the EU. Who knows where all this will end?

But, my dear Comrade, it has not ended yet, and we Cubans will continue to fight the good fight on all levels – including the preference for “peace” over that of “war” – but the US, as a ruthless capitalist State, insists on tearing our bodies apart using starvation, and the military weapons their military industrial complex produce. Unenlightened (false consciousness) workers in the US possess comfortable lives because they turn-up at their munitions factory everyday – in the service of the American Bourgeois State. Their actions contribute toward the destruction of the bodies (and lives) of the “enlightened” workers that serve the Cuban Socialist State. The answer is to “Resist” my friend, in whatever way your circumstances allow you to do so. Do not unnecessarily lose your life, do not hurts others unnecessarily – and try to avoid being locked in a cell for decades! Keep writing – this is your niche! More power to your typewriter (that’s what my old Spanish-English dictionary suggests I say – what is a “type-writer”?).
