This follows on from ‘Part I‘ and sets the scene for ‘Part III‘ and ‘Part IV‘. This is a chapter extracted from Alexander Werth’s 1947 book entitled ‘The Year of Stalingrad’ – a book that is difficult to find nowadays, obscured as it is by a mountain of US ani-intellectualism and revisionism! Alexander Werth, living in the Soviet Union as he was, describes the battles as they unfolded – and the routine horror of the Nazi German presence. Hitler made no secret of the fact that he sought to commit genocide in the USSR and steal all the land conquered! Indeed, the brutality of this conflict in general, and the ferocity of the Battle of Stalingrad imparticular, stems from the fact that the Nazi Germans (and their Catholic Allies) sought to kill as many ethnic Russians as possible in the shortest possible time!
The extent of this racially motivated brutality has all but been ignored in the post-1945 world of US hegemony – a bitter pill enhanced by Khrushchev’s 1956 betrayal of Joseph Stalin and the 1991 Russian betrayal of their own Socialist Revolution! Hitler’s vision was straight-forward and written down in his magnus opus – Mein Kampf. This book was translated and spread over the entire world prior to 1939 and proved popular reading – with even Churchill praising Hitler’s drive and ambition! Today, the capitalist West is embracing the Neo-Nazi regimes it has established in East Europe as a means to confront a capitalist Russia! Is history about to repeat itself? After-all, the Armed Forces of Neo-Nazi Ukraine has lost over 150,000 soldiers in its US-proxy war against Russia! It is ironic that much of the murdering and mayhem caused by the Nazi Germans actually took place in the Ukraine!
