The Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, – Jamil Mezher – delivered an important speech during the Dialogue Conference held between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and similar Parties representing Arab countries! Present were 67 Parties and Institutions representing 19 Arab countries! Jamil Mezher praised the continuous Chinese efforts to create historical transformations towards a multipolar world where social justice, security and stability prevail! This Socialist objective is designed to put an end to savage imperialism led by the United States of America! It was agreed that the USA represents the epicentre of terror and evil throughout the world!
During his speech, the Deputy Secretary-General added that Chinese President Xi Jinping’s ideas of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has defined (and is defining) a new era of progresssion – and has set the entire world at an important turning point representing fundamental changes at all levels – including economic, social, cultural and others! The success of Chinese Socialism has set the world on the threshold of reforms advocating a profound ‘recovery’ from the disease of US imperialism and its brutal policies!
The Deputy Secretary-General affirmed that the Belt and Road Initiative establishes a global trade and economic network that contributes to the principle of ‘Liberation’ from the domination of the American System and the opportunistic piracy practiced by its allies in the world along trade lines! China gives hope and places all countries at an equal distance with corresponding common gains and benefits! The example of the success of Chinese Socialism ennobles the devastated, supplements the depleted and enriches impoverished humanity – combatting the policies of US-controlled criminal imperialism!
The Deputy Secretary-General considered that China’s interest in implementing this initiative with the Arab countries constitutes a great hope in terms of liberating these countries from the burden of American hegemony and dependence! This Chinese initiative is facilitated in such a way that allows these countries to benefit from these Marxist-Leninist-Maoist ideas through promoting economic projects, expanding trade lines, and benefit from Chinese business and commercial expertise! China supports the opening of projects for investment, pouring the common benefit on the Arab countries – whilst eliminating American hegemony and the unfair dictates and conditions the World Bank imposes in the region!
The Deputy Secretary-General stressed that China’s success over the past years in advancing this initiative in order to expand cooperation with Arab countries (economically and commercially) – will have important repercussions on the living conditions in Arab countries, and positive repercussions on the Palestinian Cause!
The Deputy Secretary-General affirmed the PFPL’s support for China and its support for its sovereignty and territorial integrity, including Taiwan, presenting a number of proposals aimed at strengthening the relationship between China and the Parties in the Arab countries – the most important of which is the necessity of naming a permanent Chinese representative in the Arab countries – and opening the door wide for the exchange of Chinese and Arab experiences.
China is conducting a strategic dialogue between the two parties to increase opportunities for a profound Chinese and Arab partnership – adopting joint policies and decisions that limit American domination of oil prices, opening huge projects in the fields of energy, and establishing a network of global cooperation for dialogue between the Arab and Chinese civilizations!
Comrade Deputy Secretary-General called for the need for China to strengthen its role in pressing for the implementation of fair legitimate international decisions for our Palestinian people, in addition to proposals for strengthening the special relationship between the PFPL and the CPC!
The Deputy Secretary-General conveyed the salutations of our resistant and steadfast Palestinian people who currently exist under our racist colonial Occupation in the face of settlement policies, Judaization, annexation, apartheid, genocide and ethnic cleansing!
He also conveyed the greetings of Comrade Secretary-General of the PFPL – the captive Palestinian National Leader – Ahmed Saadat – and the Comrades in the Political Bureau and the Central Committee! All are highly appreciative of the supportive Comrades in the CPC for organizing this important Conference and inviting us to it – in addition to the warm reception, administration, organization, programme and protocol we have received from the Chinese people! The CPC treats us as fellow ‘equal’ fellow human beings – unlike the US and their Israeli cronies!
He stressed that China is a starting point for important global transformations that will put an end to the US imperialist hegemony and its savage policies in the world – expressing the PFPL’s pride in the historical Chinese-Palestinian relations – which reflect the depth and strength of the unity the two peoples, and which have witnessed a great acceleration in recent years in all fields! The PFPL is highly grateful and appreciative. China is standing on the side of the just Cause of the Palestinian people in their struggle to restore their legitimate national rights!
The Deputy Secretary expressed his great confidence that China and its leadership will continue to support the struggle of the Palestinian people to establish their State – stressing the PFPL’s keenness to develop relations with the CPC in all fields!
At the end of his speech, he called for China to always be a vital supporter in confronting the policies of the Occupation – strengthening its presence for a just solution on the Palestinian issue – and continuing its efforts to expand opportunities for partnership with all Arab countries in building the Belt and Road! He finished by stating that such guaranteed action will positively reflect on the interests of the two peoples – and he expressed his sincere thanks to China! His words were met with enthusiasm and support by the representatives of the CPC!
On the sidelines of the conference, Comrade Deputy Secretary-General met with Senior Chinese Ministers and Officials, most notably – Mr. Ayu Jiatenchao – Minister of the External Relations Department of the CPC Central Committee – Mr. Xie Chuntao – First Deputy Head of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Institute of Administration), and – Mr. Zhou Rui – Assistant Minister of the Department of External Relations of the Communist Party of China!

نائبُ الأمين العام للجبهة الشعبيّة يلقي كلمةً مهمّةً خلال مؤتمر الحوار المنعقد في الصين بين الشيوعي الصيني وأحزاب الدول العربيّة

ألقى نائبُ الأمين العام للجبهة الشعبيّة لتحرير فلسطين جميل مزهر كلمةً مهمّةً خلال مؤتمر الحوار المنعقد بين الحزب الشيوعي الصيني وأحزاب الدول العربية، بحضور 67 حزبًا ومؤسسةً من 19 دولةً عربيّةً، أشاد فيها بالجهود الصينية المتواصلة لخلقِ تَحوّلاتٍ تاريخيّةٍ تجاهَ عالمٍ متعدّدِ الأقطاب؛ تسودُهُ العدالةُ الاجتماعيّة والأمن والاستقرار، ويضعُ حدًّا للإمبرياليّةِ المتوحّشةِ بزعامةِ الولاياتِ المتّحدةِ الأمريكيّة؛ مركز الإرهاب والشرّ في العالم.
وأضاف نائبُ الأمين العام خلال كلمته أن أفكارَ الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ للاشتراكيّةِ ذات الخصائصِ الصينيّةِ تفتحُ عصرًا جديدًا، يضعُ العالمَ كلَّهُ أمامَ انعطافةٍ مهمّةٍ وتغييراتٍ جوهريّةٍ على المستوياتِ كافةً؛ الاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة والثقافيّة وغيرها، وتضعُ العالمَ أمامَ عتبةِ الإصلاحات والتعافي من مرض الإمبرياليّةِ الأمريكيّة وسياساتِها المتوحّشة.
وأكّد نائبُ الأمين العام أنّ مبادرةَ الحزام والطريق تؤسّسُ شبكةً تجاريّةً واقتصاديّةً عالميّةً تسهمُ في الخلاصِ من هيمنةِ المنظومةِ الأمريكيّة وقرصنةِ وحلفائها في العالم على خطوطِ التجارة، تضعُ كلّ الدول على مسافةٍ واحدةٍ ومكاسبَ ومنافعَ مشتركة، وتصبُّ في خدمةِ الإنسانيّةِ المدمَّرة، والمستنزَفة، والمفقرَة، جرّاءَ السياساتِ الإمبرياليّةِ المُجرمة.
وعَدّ نائبُ الأمين العام أنّ اهتمامَ الصينِ بتطبيقِ هذه المبادرةِ مع الدول العربيّة شَكلّ أملًا كبيرًا على صعيد تحرّرِ هذه الدولِ من عبءِ الهيمنةِ والتبعيّةِ الأمريكيّةِ، وبما يتيحُ لهذه الدول الاستفادةَ من أفكارِ هذه المبادرة في تعزيز المشاريع الاقتصاديّة، وتوسيعِ خطوطِ التجارة، والاستفادةَ من الخبراتِ الصينيّة ومن شركاتِها، لفتحِ مشاريعَ للاستثمار، تصبُّ بالمنفعة المشتركة على الصين والدول العربيّة، والقضاء على الهيمنة الأمريكيّة وإملاءات البنك الدولي المجحفة وشروطه في المنطقة.
وشدّد نائبُ الأمين العام على أنّ نجاحَ الصين خلالَ السنواتِ الماضية على الدفع بهذهِ المبادرة من أجل توسيعِ رقعةِ التعاونِ مع الدول العربيّة اقتصاديًّا وتجاريًّا، سيكونُ له تداعياتٌ مهمّةٌ على الأوضاعِ المعيشيّةِ في الدول العربيّة، وانعكاساتٌ إيجابيّةٌ على القضيّة الفلسطينيّة.
وأكّد نائبُ الأمين العام وقوفَ الجبهة إلى جانبِ الصين، ودعمها لسيادتها ووحدةِ أراضيها بما فيها تايوان، مقُدّمًا جملةً من المقترحات الهادفة لتعزيز العلاقة بين الصين والأحزاب في الدول العربية، أهمُّها ضرورة تسمية مندوبٍ صينيٍّ دائمٍ في البلدان العربية، وفتح الباب واسعًا أمام تبادل الخبرات الصينيّة والعربيّة، والقيام بحوارٍ استراتيجي بين الطرفين لزيادة فرص التشارك الصيني والعربي، وتبني سياساتٍ وقراراتٍ مشتركة تحدُّ من الهيمنة الأمريكية على أسعار النفط، وفتح مشاريعَ ضخمةٍ في مجالات الطاقة، وإقامة شبكةٍ للتعاون العالمي للحوار بين الحضارتين العربيّة والصينيّة.
ودعا الرفيقُ نائبُ الأمين العام لضرورة تعزيز الصين لدورها في الضغط لتطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية المنصفة لشعبنا الفلسطيني، إضافةً لمقترحاتٍ تخصُّ تعزيز العلاقة الخاصة بين الجبهة والحزب الشيوعي الصيني.
ونقل نائبُ الأمين العام تحيّةَ شعبِنا الفلسطيني المقاوم والصامد تحت الاحتلال الاستعماري العنصري في وجه سياسات الاستيطان والتهويد والضمّ وسياسات الأبارتهايد والإبادة والتطهير العرقي.
كما نقل تحيّةَ الرفيق الأمين العام للجبهة الشعبيّة القائد الوطني الفلسطيني الأسير أحمد سعدات، والرفاق في المكتب السياسي واللجنة المركزيّة، مقدّرًا عاليًا مبادرةَ الرفاق في الحزب الشيوعي الصيني، على تنظيم هذا المؤتمر المهمّ ودعوتنا إليه، إضافةً لحفاوةِ الاستقبال، وللإدارةِ والتنظيمِ وللبرنامجِ والبروتوكول.
وأكّد أنّ الصين منطلقٌ لتحوّلاتٍ عالميّةٍ مهمّةٍ تضعُ حدًّا للهيمنةِ الإمبرياليّةِ الأمريكيّةِ وسياساتِها المتوحّشةِ في العالم، معبّرًا عن فخر الجبهة بالعلاقاتِ الصينيّةِ الفلسطينيّة التاريخيّة، التي تعكسُ عمقَ العلاقات ومتانتَها التي تجمعُ الشعبين، التي شهدت تسارعًا كبيرًا في السنوات الأخيرة في المجالات كافةً، مقدّرًا عاليًا وقوفَ الصين الدائم إلى جانبِ القضايا العادلةِ للشعب الفلسطيني في نضالِهِ من أجل استعادةِ حقوقِهِ الوطنيّةِ المشروعة.
وأعرب نائبُ الأمين عن ثقته الكبيرة بأنّ الصينَ وقيادتَها ستواصلُ دعمَ نضالِ الشعبِ الفلسطيني من أجل إقامةِ دولتّه، مؤكّدًا حرص الجبهة على تطوير العلاقات مع الحزب الشيوعي الصيني في المجالات كافةً.
وفي ختام كلمته، دعا لضرورة أن تكونَ الصينُ دومًا داعمًا حيويًّا في مواجهةِ سياساتِ الاحتلال، وتعزيزِ حضورِها من أجلِ حلٍّ عادلٍ للقضيّةِ الفلسطينيّة، ومواصلةِ جهودِها لتوسيعِ فرصِ التشارك مع الدولِ العربيّةِ في بناء الحزام والطريق، بما ينعكسُ إيجابًا على مصالحِ الشعبين، معبّرًا عن شكره للصين والرفاق في الحزب الشيوعي الصيني على استضافتهم هذا المؤتمر، عن ثقته بأنه سيخرجُ من المؤتمر قراراتٌ تصبُّ في خدمةِ الأهدافِ المشتركةِ بين الصين والدولِ العربيّة.
وعلى هامش المؤتمر، التقى الرفيقُ نائبُ الأمين العام وزراءَ ومسؤولين صينيين كبار، أبرزُهم السيد أيو جياتنشاو، وزير دائرة العلاقات الخارجية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، والسيد شيه تشونتاو، النائب الأول لرئيس المدرسة الحزبية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني (المعهد الوطني لإدارة)، والسيد تشو روي، مساعد وزير دائرة العلاقات الخارجية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني.
