Whilst the West remembers May 8th as the day Nazi Germany Unconditionally Surrendered to the Western Allies – in Russia it is May 9th this great victory over World fascism is celebrate! After-all, the bulk of the fighting and dying in the West was carried out by the Soviet Armed Forces, the Soviet Partisans and the Soviet Civilians!
