¡Bolívar Vive! porque todo lleva su nombre y su fuerza, y en perfecta fusión popular-militar-policial, ratificamos que es El Libertador del siglo XXI.
Si tenemos y heredamos algo de sol, es que somos los hijos y las hijas de los “Libertadores de los Pueblos del Sol”.
Estamos obligados a crecer en esta coyuntura ¡No hay excusas para nadie, prohibido fallar! La Patria reclama nuestro mayor esfuerzo y sacrificio, y si la Patria reclama, pues tendrá nuestra vida, si es necesario.
Hicimos el juramento de la Bandera y la Espada de la libertad y la unión, por la Paz perpetua bolivariana y en nombre de Dios, padre Todopoderoso, por la victoria de Venezuela contra las amenazas y agresiones del imperialismo.
