The ethnic Chinese people of Hong Kong were subject to the tyranny of British Imperialism between 1840-1997 – when the Island (and later the New Territories) were under a strict (totalitarian) British Rule! Part of this oppression was the forced conversion of ethnic Chinese people to the Western religion of ‘Christianity’. Even today, less than 1% of the ethnic Chinese population are genuinely ‘Christian’ (a vestige left over from Western control of parts of China pre-1949). Christianity is ‘alien’ to the Chinese mind and body – and is used by the Western Imperialists to ‘strip’ the ordinary Chinese person of their own historical identity, dignity and sense of being and belonging. Today, under the Authority of the 1956 Constitution of China – all people possess the absolute Right to ‘believe’ in any religion – or to pursue an ‘atheistic’ path with an equal vigour.
Indeed, there is more genuine Freedom of Religion in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) than in the average Western State – certainly the Bourgeoise (Liberal) Western States (such as the UK – which is currently being administered by an unelected Tory government that is depriving the indigenous population of its Rights and causing general misery). The US and UK directly funded and encouraged the riots that happened in Hong Kong during 2019. The Hong Kong Authorities have correctly moved against those ethnic Chinese criminals who heeded the call of the West to commit the murder, rape, kidnap and torture of any Chinese man, woman or child who dared to express a loyalty to the PRC! When they were not inflicting damage upon the minds and bodies of their living victims – they were busy attacking and destroying public and private property of all kinds!
The UK Tory government, however, has offered around ten thousand Hong Kong Citizens (waiting to be arrested and tried for their crimes) a ‘Golden Visa’. Whilst British Military Veterans, the Elderly and the Disabled live homeless on the streets, and the vulnerable are dying of starvation, abuse and medical neglect – these Hong Kong criminals are being given ‘free’ three-bedroomed houses in exclusive parts of Sutton, a ‘free’ brand new car, ‘free’ medical care, ‘free’ social care, ‘free’ cash (£50-£100 per day per individual) and school-places for their newly arrived children! To cement their status in the UK – these Hong Kong criminals are told to claim that they are ‘Christians’ who are suffering ‘Persecution’ in Hong Kong. As these individuals do NOT know what Christianity ‘is’ – the UK government, local churches and it seems – ‘Sutton United Football Club’ – are colluding with these privileged newcomers to give lessons ‘teaching’ them what to say and how to fill-out officials forms when questioned about their ‘Christian’ practice!
Just to be clear, we are British-born Chinese people with ancestors who came from Hong Kong in the 1950s as ‘British Subjects’. We join with the hundreds of thousands of free-thinking Chinese people in the UK (and throughout the world) that do not believe in Christianity, reject the Falun Gong Cult, reject the Pro-Tibetan Cult and are loyal to the UK, whilst accepting that the Chinese people in the PRC possess an absolute Right to pursue the ‘Socialist’ Path that over one-billion people have chosen! We support the right of the PRC to self-determinate – whilst fully rejecting any and all attempts of US and UK Neo-Imperialism to subject the minds and bodies of ethnic Chinese people to persecution, oppression and total indignity! The fan-base of Sutton Unite Football Club should understand how the Owners of the Club are misusing the Stadium their money pays for!
