After the “Al-Aqsa Flood” was unleashed from the besieged Gaza Strip – and the Israeli Occupation suffered heavy losses – joy has spread throughout the Palestinian camps in Lebanon! What the Palestinian Resistance achieved has revived hope in the hearts of many!
In the Burj al-Barajneh Palestinian Refugee Camp located in the Southern Suburb of Beirut, the Director of “Al-Qassam Kindergarten,” – Fadia Loubani – in an interview with “Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed,” expressed her joy amidst tears, and said: “75 years have passed since the Occupation, and since then they have been deceiving us that it is impossible to the dream of Return will be fulfilled!” but she affirmed, “Today I am experiencing the euphoria of hope… renewed hope that we will return to our villages and cities in our stolen Palestine! My feeling increases that Palestine will be liberated from the Occupying fascist Zionism, and that the dream of return has become a reality!”
Loubani added: “We are the descendants of those who were expelled from their homes by the Zionist Nazis and become Refugees. We are the Refugees who will return one day because of the flood of Al-Aqsa – and witness the beginning of liberation and the departure of our souls towards freedom! From Gaza the arrow was fired which shot through all the cities and villages, uniting Galilee with Hebron, Ramla with Ramallah, and Haifa with Nablus, Jaffa and Jenin – charting our way back!” She continued: “Today we see the path clearly. We have seen Handala, Ghassan Kanafani, Mahmoud Darwish, and Samih Shuqair, and all those who once spoke about returning. We have seen the mulberry tree by our stolen houses and the dinner table set in Haifa!”
For his part, Khaled Lutfi, from the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian Refugee Camp located in the city of Sidon, Southern Lebanon – likened what happened to a “volcano,” and said: “We woke up to a volcano! What happened was a dream that we did not imagine. What happened was a historical precedent!” noting in an interview. According to Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed, “The Resistance in Palestine made the Zionist Nazi enemy suffer this loss, whether in terms of the large number of deaths in its ranks or the number of prisoners!”
Speaking to Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed, Lutfi added, “What saddens us is what is happening in Gaza in terms of the Zionist Nazi bombing, aggression, and brutal attacks on all the people of the Strip, including children and women. But the Resistance has no choice but to continue the battle, and we are of course going to achieve victory. The Resistance has not yet revealed all its cards!” anticipating that “if it opens the Northern Front – it will be the end of this Zionist Nazi entity!”
Also from Ain al-Hilweh camp, Hala Abu Salem, leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, said, “What happened and continuing in Gaza is a natural response to the Occupation’s crimes against the prisoners, the continued siege of Gaza, the ongoing aggression against the West Bank, and the ongoing attacks on holy sites!”
Abu Salem continued: “This surprise, Heroic Operation was credited with awakening many who thought that our Palestinian people were tired or complacent. Our Resistance surprised and shocked the Zionist entity, revealing a major intelligence failure and a collapse in its security system. All this in the face of the Resistance that stormed the borders, along with the masses of our people, and took control of Settlements. The scenes of the Israeli prisoners have brought solace to many of the free people of the world, as we are experiencing the euphoria of a victory that we have long awaited!” Lutfi affirmed: “We are the people of the righteous!” calling on “All the free people of the world and our supporters everywhere to stand by the Palestinian people!”
In turn, Sobhia Karim, from Ain al-Hilweh Camp, told Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed that “only today, and for the first time in my life, I feel that return is near,” adding that “joy fills my heart for this victory achieved by the Resistance, but with sadness for “The aggressive attack our people are being subjected to in Gaza.” Karim continued: “We pray for them that God will strengthen them, but at the same time we ask for support from the Arab countries.” Karim asserts, “Although I was not born in Palestine, this issue is my issue and this is my identity!”
In the same context, an Official of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Committee of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon – Fathi Abu Ali – from the Beddawi Palestinian Refugee Camp in Northern Lebanon, said, “What is happening in Gaza today I cannot describe. I feel joy and pride because today we are living in a time of victories over fascist Israel.” The Zionist Nazi enemy, whose army is said to be invincible, but the Resistance defeated and humiliated it through the blows inflicted by the fighters of Palestine!”
Abu Ali continued, speaking to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed: “We are on the verge of a great victory by liberating every grain of soil from the land of Palestine! The Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood made history and united epochs, changed the face of the entire region, and cut off the path for the surrenderers, the downtrodden, and the policy of normalisation perpetuated by the Arab and Islamic countries!” and he saw that “The time is near for victory, liberation, return, the liberation of all our brave prisoners, the recovery of the bodies of the martyrs, and the building of our State with Jerusalem as its capital!”
In the Mieh Mieh Palestinian Refugee Camp, east of the city of Sidon, in the South, Hajj Umm Ali tells Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed: “I have never felt such joy as the one I am experiencing today. I feel that I am regaining my dignity. All my life I have been a refugee, and today I feel that I will be liberated soon.” This is a trait that has accompanied me since my birth!”
In a related context, Mahmoud Hashem, a resident of the Shatila Palestinian Refugee Camp in Beirut, told Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed, “It is difficult for a person to express the situation we are in today as a result of the achievement achieved by the resistance.” He added: “We feel distressed because we are in a state of helplessness, unable to do anything. But in Gaza, our people and our people. The Resistance has given us honour, especially since this war is different from previous wars!”
Hashem stressed that “Our feelings are directed towards the Resistance and Palestine and towards our people. Everyone in Palestine is steadfast and resistant, despite being targeted and martyred. Everyone is resistant and deserves honour and appreciation!” and he hoped that “This war will be the usher of victory. Our wish is also to be back in the homeland.” “We are paying blood to get it back!”

فلسطينيو مخيمات لبنان: نشعر بأنّ العودة قريبة

بعد إطلاق “طوفان الأقصى” من قطاع غزة المحاصر، وتحقيق خسائر كبيرة لدى الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، عمّت الفرحة المخيمات الفلسطينية في لبنان. فما حقّقه المقاومون الفلسطينيون أحيا الأمل من جديد في نفوس كثيرين.
في مخيّم برج البراجنة للاجئين الفلسطينيين الواقع في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، عبّرت مديرة “روضة القسام” فاديا لوباني في حديث لـ”العربي الجديد”، عن فرحها وسط الدموع، وقالت: “مرّ 75 عاماً على الاحتلال، ومنذ ذلك الحين يوهموننا بأنّه من المستحيل أن يتحقّق حلم العودة”، لكنّها أكدت “أعيش اليوم نشوة الأمل… تجدّد الأمل بعودتنا إلى قرانا ومدننا في فلسطين. ويزداد شعوري بأنّ فلسطين سوف تتحرّر، وبأنّ حلم العودة صار حقيقة”.
أضافت لوباني: “نحن أحفاد من طُردوا من بيوتهم ووطنهم ليصيروا لاجئين، نحن اللاجئون العائدون في يوم ما نرى في طوفان الأقصى بداية للتحرير وانطلاقة للروح نحو الحرية. من غزة انطلق السهم ليمرّ في كلّ المدن والقرى، فيجمع الجليل بالخليل والرملة برام الله وحيفا بنابلس ويافا بجنين، راسماً لنا طريق العودة”. وتابعت: “نحن اليوم بتنا نرى الطريق جلياً. لقد رأينا حنظلة وغسان كنفاني ومحمود درويش وسميح شقير، وكلّ الذين تحدّثوا في يوم ما عن العودة. لقد رأينا توتة (شجرة التوت) الدار وطاولة العشاء في حيفا”.
من جهته، شبه خالد لطفي، من مخيّم عين الحلوة للاجئين الفلسطينيين الواقع في مدينة صيدا، جنوبي لبنان، ما حصل بـ”البركان”، وقالت: “استفقنا على بركان. ما حصل حلم لم نتصوّره. ما حصل سابقة تاريخية”، مشيرة في حديث لـ”العربي الجديد”، إلى أنّ “المقاومة في فلسطين جعلت العدو يُمنى بهذه الخسارة، إن لجهة عدد القتلى الكبير في صفوفه أو عدد الأسرى”.
أضاف لطفي متحدثاً لـ”العربي الجديد”، أنّ “ما يحزننا هو ما يحصل في غزة من قصف وعدوان وهجوم وحشي على أهل القطاع كلهم، بمن فيهم الأطفال والنساء. لكنّه ليس أمام المقاومة غير المضيّ في المعركة، ونحن طبعاً ذاهبون إلى النصر. فالمقاومة لم تكشف أوراقها كلها بعد”، متوقّعة أنّها “في حال فتحت جبهة الشمال فسوف تكون نهاية هذا الكيان”.
ومن مخيّم عين الحلوة أيضاً، قالت القيادية في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين هالة أبو سالم إنّ “ما حصل ويحصل في غزة هو ردّ طبيعي على جرائم الاحتلال في حقّ الأسرى، وعلى استمرار الحصار على غزة، والعدوان المتواصل على الضفة الغربية، والاعتداءات المستمرة على المقدّسات”.
وتابعت أبو سالم:” أنّ “هذه العملية المباغتة البطولية كان لها الفضل في صحوة كثيرين كانوا يظّنون أنّ شعبنا الفلسطيني تعب أو استكان. فمقاومتنا باغتت وصدمت الكيان الصهيوني، وكشفت عن فشل استخباراتي كبير وعن انهيار في منظومته الأمنية. كلّ ذلك أمام المقاومة التي اقتحمت الحدود، مع جماهير شعبنا، وسيطرت على مغتصبات (مستوطنات). وقد أتت مشاهد الأسرى الإسرائيليين لتشفي غليل كثيرين من أحرار العالم، فنحن نعيش نشوة انتصار لطالما انتظرناه”. وأكد لطفي: “نحن أصحاب الحقّ”، مطالباً “كلّ أحرار العالم ومناصرينا في كلّ مكان بأن يقفوا إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني”.
بدورها، صرّحت صبحية كريم، من مخيّم عين الحلوة، لـ”العربي الجديد”، بأنّ “اليوم فقط، وللمرّة الأولى في حياتي، أشعر بأنّ العودة باتت قريبة”، مضيفة أنّ “الفرحة تملأ قلبي لهذا النصر الذي تحرزه المقاومة، إنّما مع غصّة لأجل ما يتعرّض له أهلنا في غزة من هجوم عدواني”. وتابعت كريم: “نحن ندعو لهم بأن يقوّيهم الله، لكنّنا في الوقت نفسه نطلب مساندة من الدول العربية”. وتؤكد كريم أنّه “على الرغم من أنّني لم أولد في فلسطين، لكنّ هذه القضية قضيتي وهذه هويتي”.
في الإطار نفسه، قال مسؤول لجنة الأسرى والمحررين في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين في لبنان فتحي أبو علي، من مخيّم البداوي للاجئين الفلسطينيين في شمال لبنان، إنّ “ما يجري في غزة اليوم لا أستطيع وصفه. وأشعر بالفرح والاعتزاز لأنّنا نعيش اليوم زمن الانتصارات على كيان العدو الصهيوني الذي يُقال إنّ جيشه لا يُقهر. لكنّ المقاومة بيّنت أنّه قُهر وذُلّ تحت ضربات المقاومين في فلسطين”.
وتابع أبو علي متحدثاً لـ”العربي الجديد”: “نحن على موعد مع الانتصار الكبير بتحرير كلّ حبّة تراب من أرض فلسطين. ومعركة طوفان الأقصى عبرت التاريخ، وغيّرت وجه المنطقة بأكملها، وقطعت الطريق على المستسلمين والمنبطحين والمطبّعين من دول عربية وإسلامية”، ورأى أنّ “الموعد قريب مع النصر، والتحرير، والعودة، وتحرير أسرانا البواسل كافة، واستعادة جثامين الشهداء، وبناء دولتنا وعاصمتها القدس”.
وفي مخيّم المية ومية للاجئين الفلسطينيين، شرقي مدينة صيدا، في الجنوب، تقول الحاجة أم علي لـ”العربي الجديد”: “لم أشعر بفرحة كتلك التي أعيشها اليوم. أنا أشعر بأنّني أستعيد كرامتي. طيلة حياتي كنت لاجئة، واليوم أشعر بأنّني سوف أتحرّر قريباً من هذه الصفة التي رافقتني منذ ولادتي”.
في سياق متصل، قال محمود هاشم المقيم من مخيّم شاتيلا للاجئين الفلسطينيين في بيروت لـ”العربي الجديد”، إنّه “من الصعب أن يعبّر الإنسان عن الحالة التي نحن فيها اليوم نتيجة الإنجاز الذي حقّقته المقاومة”. أضاف: “نحن نشعر بضيق لأنّنا في حالة عجز، لا نستطيع القيام بأيّ شيء. لكن في غزة، أهلنا وناسنا. والمقاومة منحتنا الشرف، خصوصاً أنّ هذه الحرب تختلف عمّا سبقها من حروب”.
وشدّد هاشم على أنّ “أحاسيسنا مندفعة في اتجاه المقاومة وفلسطين، في اتجاه أهلنا وناسنا. الجميع في فلسطين صامدون ومقاومون، وهم مستهدفون ويستشهدون. الجميع مقاومون ويستحقون الإجلال والتقدير”، وتمنّى أن تكون “هذه الحرب فاتحة النصر. وأمنيتنا أيضاً أن نكون على أرض الوطن، ندفع الدماء حتى نسترجعها”.
