Blogger’s Note: At the time of the initial ‘Corrective’ Russian Army Offensive in Donbass – I did wonder ‘Why’ the advance suddenly ‘STOPPED’. Even the Russian language ‘chatter’ that I monitored on Telegram did not make the situation clear! The impression presented was that the Russian Advance had been ‘halted’ due to the ‘stiffening’ of the AFU defence! This appeared to have been the result of increased ideological fervour – and the arrival of better weaponry from the US, UK and EU! This explanation was used to hide the fact that the West had spent eight-years ‘preparing’ the Neo-Nazi Ukrainian (since early 2014) and that it had been an abysmal failure on the battlefield! It must be remembered that the AFU collapsed and that the much vaunted ‘Nationalist’ Hitlerite Battalions were all mercilessly ‘ground down’ to militarised dust in a very short time! Well, it turns-out that Neo-Nazi Ukraine was as ineffective as the world first thought! It looks like the war was effectively over in the first four weeks – but that the West has chosen to ‘save face’ – by allowing hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians to die for a racist lie! Ukrainian are ‘Slavs’ (the descendants of Vikings – just like Russians) and are NOT Teutonic overlords as the Neo-Nazis are currently re-imagining these oddly allied people to be! ACW (18.6.2023)
During the session with the African Delegation – Russian President Vladimir Putin showed the African leaders a copy of the Draft Agreement between Russia and Neo-Nazi Ukraine agreed-upon during March 2022.
This Agreement placed definite Regulations that ‘limited’ the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces – and says that Ukraine was required to adopt a ‘Permanent Diplomatic Neutrality’!
Putin told the African Delegation that Russia withdrew its troops from Kyiv/Kiev and Chernihiv in accordance with this Treaty – the reason the initial Offensive was halted and did not proceed further.
However, after that Agreement was reached with Ukraine – “on the orders of Washington – this Treaty was thrown into the dustbin of history!”
At that time it was openly reported that the person responsible for the collapse of this Agreement was the then Prime Minister of the United Kingdom – Boris Johnson – who convinced the Ukrainian President Zelensky NOT to accept the Agreement (as it made the West and NATO ‘look weak’) and to continue the fight!
