On May 26th, 2022, under the leadership of the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the UPC-CPSU, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Kazbek Kutsukovich Taysaev – a Video Conference was held with the participation of the constituent Communist Parties included in the UPC-CPSU. This was reported by the Press Service of the Central Council of the Union of Communist Parties – Communist Party of the Soviet Union (UCP-CPSU).
The event was attended by: Makarov Igor Nikolaevich – Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the UPC – CPSU, Yermalavichyus Juozas Yuozovich – Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the UPC – CPSU, Symonenko Petr Nikolaevich – First Secretary of the Communist Party of Ukraine, Ghazaryan Yerdzhanik Yurykovich – First Secretary of the Communist Party of Armenia, Pipia Temur Iosifovich – Chairman of the United Communist Party of Georgia, Bebiya Bakur Sharbeevich – Chairman of the Communist Party of the Republic of Abkhazia, Litvinov Boris Alekseevich – First Secretary of the Communist Party of the DPR, Shiriev Aidyn Abuzarovich – Deputy Chairman of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, Egenberdiev Sherali Egemberdievich – Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Raimov Polat Jamamuradovich – representative of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, Shamin Vasily Ivanovich – and member of the Central Council of the UPC-CPSU, Khorzhan Evgeny Olegovich.
The agenda of the online meeting included two questions:
1. On the current situation and tasks in preparation for the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Formation of the USSR (December 30th, 1922);
2. On the results of the Celebration of Anniversaries and memorable dates in May 2022.
At the beginning of the event, Kazbek Taysaev conveyed greetings to all those who joined from the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the UPC-CPSU Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov. He announced the agenda of the meeting and gave the floor to the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
Petro Symonenko began his speech by describing the current situation in Ukraine, in particular, he spoke about the active ‘De-Communization’ carried out by the Kyiv elite: “The current Ukrainian government is trying to eliminate everything that belongs to the leftist regime.” In his opinion, the Collective West has turned Ukraine into a springboard for a fight against Russia, therefore, in today’s realities, the 100th Anniversary of the formation of the USSR is an opportunity to demonstrate the solidarity of all fraternal peoples. “Only the Communist Party today realistically assesses the situation and offers ways to solve the problems we are facing,” said Petr Nikolayevich. He also added that in the current realities, coordinated and consistent work with foreign Communist Parties is especially important.
Then the first secretaries of the Communist Parties that are members of the UPC-CPSU spoke about how memorable dates were celebrated in their Republics in May. And how they were celebrated with a big bang! Armenia, Georgia, Abkhazia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries of the post-Soviet space were covered by a series of events in which people of all ages and nationalities took part. The demonstrators confidently held aloft the Scarlet Proletarian Banners, Communist Posters, the Banner of Victory whilst chanting Socialist Slogans, expressing solidarity with workers from all over the world! Processions were held in all countries of the former USSR, including the Baltic States.
In some Republics, it was extremely difficult to go out into the streets. For example, in Georgia, since 2010, Communist Symbols and ideology have been banned by a law called the Freedom Charter. Nevertheless, according to Temur Pipia, in the hometown of Joseph Stalin, on the eve of the great holiday – Victory Day, 120 people gathered with Red Flags and Banners declaring “No to NATO!”, “Restore Diplomatic Relations with Russia!”, “Stalin! Victory “Socialism!”. And the Communists of Kazakhstan, the Authorities of which carry out active anti-Communist propaganda, in honour of Pioneer Day, organized the admission of schoolchildren into Pioneers.
The Proletarian of Donbass did not stand aside, despite the hostilities in the Republic: according to the Soviet tradition, the inhabitants of the Donetsk People’s Republic held festive processions in honour of Labour Day and Victory Day. In addition, Boris Alekseevich Litvinov noted the absolute significance of the Anniversary of the Founding of the Soviet Union. “The centenary of the USSR is a holiday that is understood by all our people today,” Boris Litvinov rightly emphasized.
In conclusion, Kazbek Taysaev thanked everyone for their participation, called on the Communist Party members to consolidate and intensify their work: “Comrades, we must honour the traditions of the Soviet Union, continue to take to the streets and fight for peace, honest labour and the brotherhood of all peoples! Today it is especially important to unite our forces!”

26 мая под руководством секретаря ЦК КПРФ, Первого заместителя Председателя ЦС СКП-КПСС, заместителя Председателя Комитета Государственной Думы по делам СНГ, евразийской интеграции и связям с соотечественниками Казбека Куцуковича Тайсаева состоялась видеоконференция с участием партий, входящих в СКП-КПСС. Повестка онлайн-заседания включала в себя два вопроса: 1. О текущей ситуации и задачах по подготовке к празднованию 100-летия образования СССР; 2. Об итогах празднования юбилейных и памятных дат в мае 2022 года.
В начале мероприятия Казбек Тайсаев передал слова приветствия всем присоединившимся от лидера КПРФ и СКП-КПСС Геннадия Андреевича Зюганова. Он озвучил повестку заседания и передал слово Первому секретарю Компартии Украины.
Петр Симоненко начал своё выступление с описания сегодняшней обстановки на Украине, в частности, он рассказал об активной декоммунизации, которая проводится киевской верхушкой: «Все, что относится к левому режиму, нынешняя украинская власть пытается ликвидировать». По его мнению, коллективный Запад превратил Украину в плацдарм для борьбы с Россией, потому в сегодняшних реалиях 100-летие образования СССР – это возможность продемонстрировать солидарность всех братских народов. «Только Коммунистическая партия сегодня реально оценивает ситуацию и предлагает пути решения проблем, с которыми мы столкнулись», – отметил Петр Николаевич. Он также добавил, что в нынешних реалиях особенно важна скоординированная и последовательная работа с зарубежными компартиями.
Затем первые секретари компартий, входящих в СКП-КПСС, рассказали о том, как в их республиках отпраздновали памятные даты в мае. И отметили их с большим размахом! Армения, Грузия, Абхазия, Таджикистан, Кыргызстан и другие страны постсоветского пространства были охвачены чередой мероприятий, в которых приняли участие люди всех возрастов и национальностей. Участники демонстрации уверенно держали алые пролетарские знамёна, коммунистические плакаты, Знамя Победы и скандировали социалистические лозунги, выражая солидарность с трудящимися со всего мира. Шествия прошли во всех странах бывшего СССР, включая государства Балтии.
В некоторых республиках было крайне непросто выйти на улицу. Например, в Грузии с 2010 года запрещена коммунистическая символика и идеология законом под названием «Хартия Свободы». Тем не менее, по словам Темура Пипии, в родном городе Иосифа Сталина в преддверии великого праздника – Дня Победы собрались 120 человек с красными флагами и транспарантами «Нет НАТО!», «Восстановить дипломатические отношения с Россией!», «Сталин! Победа» Социализм!». А коммунисты Казахстана, в котором властями проводится активная антикоммунистическая пропаганда, в честь Дня Пионерии организовали приём школьников в пионеры.
Не остался в стороне и пролетарский Донбасс, несмотря на боевые действия в республике: по советской традиции жители Донецкой Народной Республики провели праздничные шествия в честь Дня Труда и Дня Победы. Кроме того, Борис Алексеевич Литвинов отметил безусловную значимость юбилея Советского Союза. «Столетие СССР – это тот праздник, который сегодня понятен всему нашему народу», – справедливо подчеркнул Борис Литвинов.
В заключение Казбек Тайсаев поблагодарил всех за участие, призвал партийцев консолидироваться и активизировать работу: «Товарищи, мы должны чтить традиции Советского Союза, продолжать выходить на улицы и проводить борьбу за мир, честный труд и братство народов. Сегодня особенно важно объединить наши силы».
THE SANGHA KOMMUNE (SSR)
