At the above link is my translation of a 1987 book from the USSR which records the events of “Jonestown” which unfolded over 1978 in Guyana. The official narrative is that a crazed maniac – Jim Jones – thought he could overcome poverty and racism by the application of Socialism. The ignorant US position is that Socialism does not work and ends-up killing its own adherents. It is a familiar story still upheld today by the Trump Administration. North Korea – according to WHO – possesses the best “free” healthcare system in the world, but not according to the US. According to the UN and WHO – the Communist Party of China has produced an economic miracle – but not according to the US (China succeeds because it enslaves its own population and is basically a concentration camp). According to the US, people in Cuba are suffering not because of the illegal US Blockade – but because Socialism is evil, etc. Despite capitalism inflicting all kinds of pain and suffering upon the masses – those who control this suffering maintain the fiction that it is the greatest system ever invented. Obviously, killing the opposition makes perfect sense – either through warfare or through murder and assassination. Jonestown was an example of Socialism succeeding within capitalist America – and therefore had to be destroyed. Workers combining because they are human-beings is a danger to capitalism as it sows the seeds of Socialism – and the demise of blatant greed and crass baseness. Black and White people must hate and fight one another if capitalism is to be maintained and Socialism kept at bay.
