The Mind is a Sliver of the Material Brain!

And a Mind Does Not Understand it is a Mind…(30.6.2025)

Slicing Reality Does "Nothing" to Reality - Which Remains Untouched!
Slicing Reality Does “Nothing” to Reality – Which Remains Untouched…

Awareness in conscious – but there are different levels of conscious awareness. Basic lifeforms might only be aware of light and dark – hot and cold, etc. Differentiation is the beginning of a far more profound understanding of material reality as it presents itself before the senses. Continuous and increasing differentiation is the journey into wisdom. Reality must be understood through the many slivers that constitute its bulk. Perhaps reality is like an apple sliced into thin strips so that its structural nature can be fully understood. Of course, although a useful allusion – such a model is back to front. Knowing the apple prior to its slicing is not how the human mind evolves to understand the reality that confronts it. The human mind has no idea of the immense boundaries that constitutes the reality that confronts it – and of which it is a part. By understanding what lies outside of its awareness – the human brain is understanding exactly the same physical reality from which it has emerged. The paradox of duality is created. The apple cuts itself in half through a conscious effort to understand its own nature. Imagine that (in other words – really imagine it). The human mind emerges from the physical brain – here is the first duality. The brain has compromised its totality of being to understand itself through a division of labour – perhaps the very first division of labour. The apple does not know it is an apple just as the brain does not know it is a brain – and a mind does not understand it is a mind. Only later, when the human mind has become used to gaining knowledge by studying its reflection – are all these labels a) established, and b) maintained. No name has to be given or maintained as all such categories are arbitrary. A conspiracy of meaning is part and parcel of how the human mind has designed a method for it to understand itself, its function, and its interaction with the environment. Again, another paradox. The brain-mind is the reality it confronts. The brain-mind is the division of reality it must generate to understand itself. Out of this evolves science. Science is the endless division that sustains itself and continues forever and without end. Knowledge emerges that is unstoppable once properly mastered. Science returns full-circle – or at least it seem to return full-circle. Material reality cannot resolve its own division. Herein lies yet another paradox. Material reality is a total reality that cannot be altered from its intrinsic reality. What is “inside” of matter? If religion is understood to be a mistake of human perception – then the answer to this question must be another type of science – not a theological (and childish) delusion. At the moment there is Quantum Theory. Here, science has sliced itself into a different type of sliver. It may be that Qiantum Theory will be discredited in some way – or researched into a pointless oblivion. It may be that Quantum Theory will look inside material reality and discover something “new” – but will it? Can it? What is there to be seen within the interior of material reality? If an individual can “look within” their own mind – a place where conscious awareness and physical matter co-mingle – what can be seen “inside” the interior of physical existence? Of course, consciousness is a frequency of material reality – and material reality is a frequency of consciousness. Material reality exists in the sense “it is out there”. Consciousness does not exist in the sense “it cannot be properly measured”. If consciousness does not really exist in an independent sense (it is merely a frequency of matter) – does Quantum Theory really exist outside of the mind that perceives it? Matter exists even if the debate is about “how?” it exists. Is it inside-out – or outside-in? This seems to be all Quantum Theory has to offer. Terrible – yes – but matter is a harsh mistress. Where does understanding exist? Where does understanding cease to exist? One thing is for sure – nothing can exist in the way in which it looks like it does.
