To the masses of our struggling and revolutionary people,
On March 30 of each year, we commemorate Land Day, this immortal moment of struggle that embodies the meanings of steadfastness and defiance against the policies of occupation and settler colonialism. On this day in 1976, our Palestinian people in the occupied territories rose up against plans to confiscate their lands, offering up six righteous martyrs who wrote with their pure blood a new chapter in the epic of the Palestinian national struggle.
The Communist Party, as it commemorates this national occasion, affirms that the battle for the land has not ended. Rather, it is growing more ferocious with the escalation of the occupation’s policies of Judaizing the land, expanding settlements, and enforcing the apartheid system against our people everywhere. Land confiscation, population displacement, and ongoing attacks on holy sites are a continuation of the same criminal and fascist approach that seeks to uproot the Palestinian people from their land. This year, Land Day comes amidst an unprecedented, brutal Zionist aggression, represented by the genocide being perpetrated against our people in the Gaza Strip. The Zionist war machine continues to commit horrific massacres against civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, in a systematic targeting aimed at uprooting our people and obliterating their national identity. The widespread destruction of infrastructure in Gaza, the targeting of civilians in their homes, hospitals, and schools, is a war crime that calls for urgent international action to halt these massacres and hold their perpetrators accountable. The Palestinian blood spilled in Gaza is the same blood that watered the lands of the Galilee, the Triangle, and the Negev, and it is the same blood that is being used to write our history of resistance throughout Palestine. In the West Bank, ethnic cleansing and forced displacement are escalating, as the fascist occupation forces launch intensive attacks on the Nur Shams, Jenin, and Tulkarm refugee camps, in an attempt to impose a new reality based on displacement and uprooting. Daily attacks, military incursions, killings, arrests, and the destruction of homes and infrastructure are part of the occupation’s policy to tighten its colonial grip and impose a fait accompli by force.
But our people, as always, confront these crimes with legendary steadfastness, proving once again that the will for freedom is stronger than the occupation.
We, in the Communist Party, emphasize:
1. Escalating the struggle and resistance by all means against the occupation and its agents, and rejecting all liquidation and normalization projects aimed at legitimizing settler colonialism.
2. Emphasizing the unity of our people wherever they are located, and fortifying the home front against the occupation’s attempts to fragment it and undermine its unity of struggle.
3. Strengthening resistance in all its forms and supporting all national liberation forces in their struggle against Zionism and global imperialism.
4. Supporting our people in the occupied interior, especially in the Negev, the Galilee, the Triangle, and the coastal cities, who are facing fierce Judaization policies.
5- Exposing the crimes of the occupation in all international forums and working to prosecute its leaders as war criminals before international courts.
6- Rebuilding the Palestine Liberation Organization on national revolutionary foundations, so that it can be the legitimate representative of our people and the leader of their struggle for liberation and return.
On this glorious anniversary, we renew our pledge to our martyrs that we will remain on the path of struggle until the liberation of all Palestinian territory, the establishment of our independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the return of refugees to their homes.
Let the enemy know that Palestine is impervious to occupation, and that the revolution will continue until victory.
Glory and immortality to the martyrs of Land Day.
Glory to the martyrs of Gaza, the West Bank, and all battlefields.
Long live a free and proud Arab Palestine.
Long live the struggle of our people until liberation and return.

بيان الحزب الشيوعي في ذكرى يوم الأرض الفلسطيني – 30 آذار
جماهير شعبنا المناضل والثائر،
في الثلاثين من آذار من كل عام، تحلّ علينا ذكرى يوم الأرض، هذه المحطة النضالية الخالدة التي تجسّد معاني الصمود والتحدي ضد سياسات الاحتلال والاستعمار الاستيطاني الاحلالي. ففي مثل هذا اليوم من عام 1976، انتفض أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني في الداخل المحتل ضد مخططات مصادرة أراضيهم، مقدمين ستة شهداء أبرار كتبوا بدمائهم الطاهرة فصلاً جديدًا من ملحمة النضال الوطني الفلسطيني.
إنّ الحزب الشيوعي، وهو يستذكر هذه المناسبة الوطنية، يؤكد أن معركة الأرض لم تنتهِ، بل تزداد شراسة مع تصاعد سياسات الاحتلال في تهويد الأرض، وتوسيع الاستيطان، وتكريس منظومة الفصل العنصري ضد أبناء شعبنا في كل أماكن تواجده. إنّ مصادرة الأراضي، وتهجير السكان، والاعتداءات المستمرة على المقدسات، هي استمرار لذات النهج الإجرامي والفاشي الذي يسعى لاقتلاع الشعب الفلسطيني من أرضه.
وفي هذا العام، تأتي ذكرى يوم الأرض في ظل عدوان صهيوني وحشي غير مسبوق، يتمثل في الإبادة الجماعية التي يتعرض لها أهلنا في قطاع غزة، حيث تستمر آلة الحرب الصهيونية في ارتكاب المجازر المروعة بحق المدنيين، من أطفال ونساء وشيوخ، في استهداف ممنهج يستهدف اقتلاع شعبنا وطمس هويته الوطنية. إن ما يجري في غزة من تدمير شامل للبنية التحتية، واستهداف للمدنيين في منازلهم، ومستشفياتهم، ومدارسهم، هو جريمة حرب تستدعي تحركًا دوليًا عاجلًا لوقف هذه المجازر ومحاسبة مرتكبيها، إن الدم الفلسطيني المسفوك في غزة، هو ذاته الذي روى أرض الجليل والمثلث والنقب، وهو ذاته الذي يُكتب به تاريخنا المقاوم في كل فلسطين. .
وفي الضفة الغربية، تتصاعد عمليات التطهير العرقي والتهجير القسري، حيث تشن قوات الاحتلال الفاشية اعتداءات مكثفة على مخيمات نور شمس، وجنين، وطولكرم، في محاولة لفرض واقع جديد يقوم على التهجير والاقتلاع. إنّ الاعتداءات اليومية، والاجتياحات العسكرية، وعمليات القتل والاعتقال، وتدمير البيوت والبنية التحتية، هي جزء من سياسة الاحتلال لإحكام قبضته الاستعمارية، وفرض الأمر الواقع بالقوة.
لكن شعبنا، كما كان دومًا، يواجه هذه الجرائم بصمود أسطوري، ويثبت مجددًا أن إرادة الحرية أقوى من الاحتلال.
إننا في الحزب الشيوعي نؤكد على:
1- تصعيد الكفاح والنضال وبكل الوسائل ضد الاحتلال وأعوانه، ورفض كل مشاريع التصفية والتطبيع التي تهدف إلى شرعنة الاستعمار الاستيطاني الاحلالي.
2- التأكيد على وحدة شعبنا في كل أماكن تواجده، وتحصين الجبهة الداخلية ضد محاولات الاحتلال لتفتيتها وضرب وحدتها الكفاحية.
3- تعزيز المقاومة بكافة أشكالها ، ودعم كل قوى التحرر الوطني في نضالها ضد الصهيونية والإمبريالية العالمية.
4- مساندة أهلنا في الداخل المحتل، خاصة في النقب والجليل والمثلث والمدن الساحلية، الذين يواجهون سياسات تهويد شرسة.
5- فضح جرائم الاحتلال في كافة المحافل الدولية، والعمل على ملاحقة قادته كمجرمي حرب أمام المحاكم الدولية.
6- إعادة بناء منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية على أسس ثورية وطنية، لتكون الممثل الشرعي لشعبنا وقائدة لنضاله نحو التحرير والعودة.
في هذه الذكرى المجيدة، نجدد العهد لشهدائنا بأننا باقون على درب النضال، حتى تحرير كامل التراب الفلسطيني، وقيام دولتنا المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس، وعودة اللاجئين إلى ديارهم.
ليعلم العدو أن فلسطين عصية على الاحتلال، وأن الثورة مستمرة حتى النصر

المجد لشهداء غزة والضفة وكل ساحات الاشتباك
عاشت فلسطين حرة عربية أبية
عاش نضال شعبنا حتى التحرير والعودة
