Translator’s Note: There are a long list of Chinese tourists being targeted by racists on and off line. I covered a story a few years ago of a Royal Guard “punching” a Chinese woman in the back (disguising the movement as a being part of the “marching” drill) in Windsor Castle – with the incident being filmed. Here, a British idiot (who sounds like a drug addict living in a London squat) – stands outside Tourist attractions “filming” the Royal Guards for hours – in the hope that his footage uploaded onto the YouTube platform generates so much revenue that he never has to get a real job. Whilst racially dismissing and laughing at the plight of the Asian tourist – he even attempts to “film” her injury in the hope the blood will further entertain his deficient audience! Considering this tourist attraction – an empty building patrolled by Ceremonial Guards – is designed to attract an international audience, it might be prudent to have the warning sign in languages other than “English”! The stupidity of not giving warnings in Japanese, Korean and Chinese is astonishing! The MoD is liable for the behaviour of the British Armed Forces (and their assists). The MoD was found guilty of assault when a Royal Guard stamped on – and broke – the foot of a tourist outside Buckingham Palace. Since that event, the Royal Guards have been drawn-back to behind the metal fence.
The UK has not possessed a absolute monarch since 1649. The current constitutional monarchy is appointed by an elected Parliament and is answerable to it – possessing NO political or military power. These so-called “Royal Guards” are nothing of the sort. They are professional soldiers who operate tanks (and other armoured vehicles) in reality – when not “volunteering” to perform these extra duties of tradition. The tourists are attracted by the pomp and ceremony attached to the methods of combat last practiced on the battlefield around 150 years ago! The British Royal Family are actually protected by the armed Royalty and Specialist Protection (RaSP) Unit of the Met Police – which includes the Royalty Protection Group (Special 0perations 14) and Specialist Protection Command (Special Operations 1) – SO14 and SO1. These men and women are highly trained, do not stand-out – and will shoot a suspect dead in seconds if the need arises – needless to say no photographs are allowed. This is a very different reality to modern soldiers having to obey government orders by dressing-up in old uniforms and posing for tourists – tourists who are then (racially) criticised for daring to approach! Apologies to this injured woman and her associates. The British Army has high standards of discipline – standards which were not upheld during this incident. ACW (23.7.2024)
According to foreign (English) media reports, on July 21st (2024) local time – a video recorded outside the Royal Cavalry Museum of the United Kingdom – shows a woman bitten on the arm by a horse while trying to take a photo with a Cavalryman of the King’s Guard. The woman then seemed to faint due to discomfort.
It is reported that the British Royal Cavalry Museum – where the incident occurred – is a tourist attraction. Warning signs are posted next to the attraction, indicating that horses will kick or bite people, but a large number of tourists still come forward to take photos with the horses. There have been many previous incidents of Cavalry horses attacking tourists.
