A very dear friend of mine forwarded the above video – taken in the City of “Chisinau” – the capital of Moldova! This is the May 9th Victory March of the Immortal Regiment comprised of those who fought, died, were wounded or survived the terrible war against fascism during the 1930s and 1940s! Of course, this war was led by the massive USSR in the East and tiny Great Britain in the West! The British are Celts and do not give-up with a fight. What we lack in size of country we make for in strength of fighting spirit! The unelected Tory Dictatorship we currently have tyrannising the British people (and the world) at the moment are far from being Celts – and are linked quite clearly to Tory and Indian BJP fascism!
Seaman Arthur Gibson (1911-1997) – Royal Navy Patrol Group – HMS Beaumaris Castle (Minesweeper) – North Atlantic 1942-1946
Chan Tin Sang [陳天生] (1924-1993) – Hakka People’s Resistance – Hong Kong & New Territories (Anti-Japanese War) – Guerrilla Warfare 1941-1945
Private Alfred Wyles (1916-1976) – British Army – Ox & Bucks Light Infantry (1st Buckinghamshire Battalion) – Anti-Tank Platoon – Territorials – Normandy (First Waves) – Glider Troops (Caen) 1940-1946
These are our relatives who now form part of the “Immortal Regiment”! There are probably others – but as of yet I am not aware of their identities or War Records. I have a Great Uncle who served in the Coldstream Guards during WWII – but as of yet I have not been able to acqure full details of his adventures! This is a document I possess regarding his application for WWII War Medals:
Guardsman Walter Henry Indge (1921-2001) – British Army – Coldstream Guards – Career Details Unknown – 1941-1948
We Salute Their Bravery!
