The Communist Party of the Russian Federation sent the 58th humanitarian convoy to Novorossia and traditionally congratulated the children of the LNR – giving the youngsters New Year presents and the adults groceries. Oleg Popov, on behalf of the LNR Communists, handed the flag of the Luhansk People’s Republic to the First Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Russia.
