He added that labour transfers from Xinjiang respect the wishes of people from all ethnic groups, aiming to increase employment opportunities and improve economic income, and are entirely focused on practical and beneficial outcomes for the people of Xinjiang.

Over the past five years, Xinjiang has prioritized employment, creating more than 2.39 million new urban jobs through various measures. Additionally, agricultural labourers have made 16.1 million trips for work outside their hometowns. The per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents has grown at an average annual rate of 5.3 percent and 8.1 percent, respectively, over the past five years.

By establishing a fair employment policy system and labour rights protection mechanism, Xinjiang has safeguarded the legal rights of workers and ensured that all able-bodied individuals can find employment. This approach maximizes the protection of voluntary employment and dignified work for people of all ethnic groups, Chen said.

China: False “Foreign” Claims About Ethnic Unity Law Rejected! (25.6.2026)

On the road to poverty alleviation and building a moderately prosperous society, no ethnic group or individual has been left behind, and as Chinese-style modernization advances, no ethnic group or individual can be left behind either, said Bayanqolu, the chairman of the Ethnic Affairs Committee, adding, “Which other country or political party can achieve this?”

The law, which was passed on March 12 and will take effect on July 1, defines the protection of the legal rights of citizens seeking employment and entrepreneurship to further safeguard the equal development rights of people from all ethnic groups. There is absolutely no so-called “forced migration” or “forced labour” in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, as claimed by some Western organizations and media, said Chen Ruifeng, director of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, at the news conference.

“All Xinjiang residents who seek employment outside the region do so of their own free will, based on personal desires to improve their family life and enhance their skills,” Chen said, adding that claims of “forced migration” or “forced labour” are “extremely absurd and ridiculous”.

Of course, conflicting with powers outside the family is a normal occupations for working-class Celts. Although we can seldom win these wars in real terms – we win in another way – as the inner structure of the family is protected and secured. We divert the enemy and turn their attention to a more or less irrelevant feature which they invariably fall for. We encourage the false idea that “they are more intelligent” and that “they have beaten us” – and we retreat in mock defeat. This is how we handle the authorities. Children watch their parents doing this from an early age – and on it goes. The modern equivalent of showing the Shire-Reef our naked bottoms when he comes to collect taxes. Letting the middle and upper-classes think we are thick is one of our greatest defences. Inwardly, we cannot be rattled regardless of what is done to use externally. We will not bend to any blow and we never show it hurts.

Many Spanish, French and Native Americans wanted Florida and Louisiana to secede from the Union and become part of British Canada – and we would have been happy to have them! Arriving in Louisiana on December 23rd, 1814, the British Army was comprised of nearly 8,000 experienced soldiers – including 962 men from the 93rd (Sutherland) Highlanders. The battle plan to march up the Mississippi River and capture the city. The Scots knew a frontal assault was required and were completely unafraid and confident they would prevail over the ill-disciplined enemy. Although very well executed – in the end the front assault was disastrous as it came up against the American defensive earthworks at the Rodriguez Canal (Chalmette). Scotmen could be heard falling upon their deflating bagpipes – making an eery noise. Many Scots fell into the kneeling position with their bayoneted musket dug into the ground at the stock-end with jutting blade at 45 degrees – held in place by their upright dead bodies. This was a tactic taught in infantry school to scare the enemy. As a true Scotsman wears nothing under his kilt – this surprised many US soldiers (Celts used to strip naked to fight the enemy). Finally, I am Irish on my Dad’s side (the Irish wear a different type of tartan) [Kilmurray] and Scottish on my mother’s side (Gibson).

It is a blatant “lie” that UPA ever fought the Nazi Germans – it was a staunch ally of Hitler and carried-on fighting until its total destruction in 1947 (there were the odd attack on German police stations and depots – but this was when the Nazis were losing and being pushed back. This demonstrates how the UPA possessed no moral backbone at all – and would attack its allies. Either way, these minor opportunistic attacks did not alter its pro-fascist ideology or murderous intent). With Truman coming to power – all the agreements and treaties that favoured the USSR were dissolved, abandoned, or ignored – as the US sought to create a new enemy. Since the resurgence of Ukrainian Neo-Nazism – a completely new pseudo-history has been developed – replete with fake lineages and wannabe generals and leaders. This truly is the domain of mental illness – but a mental illness encouraged by the West and its anti-intellectual mouthpieces such as the BBC! Finally, modern Russia is a bourgeois, capitalist State which possesses a mixed bag of historians. Some take the Western approach of demonising the USSR (a form of self-hate) – and in so doing excuse the behaviour of the UPA – whilst others are not supportive of the USSR – but oppose the UPA (basically – Russian Nationalists). There are a few modern Russian historians who are level-headed and sane and do not apologise for the USSR – but seek to have its history properly expressed and understood.
