Translator’s Note: I have been opposing the US, UK and EU (Neo-Nazi) “Maidan” Junta operating out of Kyiv since 2014. During the insane Biden days of 2022 (which plunged the UK into economic melt-down and much suffering amongst its population) – this blog has tried to stem the tide of Western disinformation and Russo-phobic propaganda content – simply by giving another point of view (which is not the same as “taking sides”). This anti-Russian racism is so pervasive that it has penetrated the political left (and far-left) in the UK – and made it more or less impossible to carry the Soviet Red Flag on protest marches without my family being racially abused by “White” pseudo-leftists and Trotskyites, etc. The Soviet Red Flag belongs to the International Working-Class – and not Russia in a racial or national sense (the USSR was comprised of at least 15 countries). My grandparents fought in WWII – which was an anti-fascist war. I cannot philosophically accept any form of Neo-Fascism or Neo-Nazism simply because it supports predatory capitalism and current US military objectives.
I suspect that this – “Minh Hoang Tran” – is possibly (allegedly) a “Roman Catholic” (just one of the lingering influences and hypocrisies of French and US Imperialism in Vietnam) who was motivated by the Vatican to travel the Ukraine to fight for its corrupt (Neo-Nazi) regime (the same Vatican that opposes the Palestinians defending themselves against Zionist aggression). Many such “Catholics” gather in Poland where they are provided with Western uniforms and arms – prior to being deployed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This process is reversed when these individuals attempt to escape. However, to date, even the Western media has speculated that Ukraine has lost 1.7 million soldiers at the front. Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation A criminal case against a mercenary with dual citizenship has been sent to the Court in the Lugansk People’s Republic. The Prosecutor’s Office of the Lugansk People’s Republic has approved the indictment in a Criminal Case against a citizen of Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Minh Hoang Tran is charged under Part 3 of Article 359 of the Russian Criminal Code (Participation of a Mercenary in an Armed Conflict).
According to investigators, in May 2025, the accused arrived in Ukraine, where he was provided with firearms, ammunition, and uniforms. After completing mercenary training, he began participating in combat operations against Russian Military Personnel in the Donetsk People’s Republic. For this, he received a salary of 20,000 to 250,000 Ukrainian hryvnias per month. In August 2025, the mercenary was captured. The Criminal Case was sent to the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People’s Republic for consideration on its merits.

В прокуратуре Луганской Народной Республики утверждено обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении гражданина Вьетнама и Чехии. Минь Хоанг Тран обвиняется по ч. 3 ст. 359 УК РФ (участие наемника в вооруженном конфликте).
По версии следствия, в мае 2025 года обвиняемый прибыл на территорию Украины, где был обеспечен огнестрельным оружием, боеприпасами и обмундированием. После прохождения подготовки в качестве наемника он стал принимать участие в боевых действиях против российских военнослужащих на территории Донецкой Народной Республики.
За это он получал вознаграждение в размере от 20 тыс. до 250 тыс. украинских гривен в месяц.
В августе 2025 года наемник взят в плен.
Уголовное дело направлено в Верховный суд Луганской Народной Республики для рассмотрения по существу.
