The phased deployment and activation, territory by territory, of ZODI and ODDI are clear evidence of the popular-military-police fusion, the backbone of our comprehensive defense. This mobilization, which reaches its peak with the “Independence Exercise 200” in the states of Carabobo, La Guaira, Zulia, Falcón, and Aragua, demonstrates that Venezuela is prepared to face any scenario.
Currently, 27 simultaneous territorial actions are being activated with discipline, awareness, and unity. Each manoeuvre, tactical deployment, and activated checkpoint reaffirms the purpose of preventing any strategic paralysis and sharpens the national machinery to guarantee Peace with Sovereignty, and the right to the future.
These manoeuvres perfect the response capacity to any scenario. While Venezuela is a land of Peace, it is also a land of dignity, and anyone who intends to violate our sovereignty will find a mobilized, aware people willing to defend the Homeland by all necessary means. El despliegue y la activación fase por fase y territorio por territorio de ZODI y ODDI son la muestra fehaciente de la fusión popular-militar-policial, columna vertebral de nuestra defensa integral. Esta movilización, que tiene su punto álgido con el “Ejercicio Independencia 200” en los estados Carabobo, La Guaira, Zulia, Falcón y Aragua, demuestra que Venezuela está preparada para enfrentar cualquier escenario. Actualmente, se activan 27 acciones territoriales simultáneas con disciplina, conciencia y unión. Cada maniobra, despliegue táctico y punto de control activado, reafirma el propósito de impedir cualquier parálisis estratégica y afina la maquinaria nacional para garantizar la Paz con soberanía, y el derecho al futuro.
Estas maniobras perfeccionan la capacidad de respuesta ante cualquier escenario.
