76 years ago, Mao Zedong gave the cry of freedom, announcing to the world the birth of a new China, forged in the alliance of peasants and workers. With perseverance, the People’s Republic of China has turned history around to fulfil the dream of the “Great Helmsman”: to be a powerful and sovereign nation.
Paraphrasing the statement of our Commander Chávez: in Asia, a power is emerging that is neither imperialist nor colonialist, but seeks cooperation and development. China has consolidated its own model with an identity and historical wisdom.
Today we are building the new humanity that longs for a future of peace, freedom, development, and independence, a true community with a shared destiny, and I am glad to have such powerful brothers in the world.
From Venezuela, we send our fraternal greetings to President Xi Jinping and the Chinese people on the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Congratulations! Let us continue paving the way for cooperation and mutual respect!

Hace 76 años, Mao Zedong dio el grito de libertad, anunciando al mundo el nacimiento de una nueva China, forjada en la alianza de los campesinos y obreros. Con perseverancia, la República Popular China ha dado un vuelco a la historia para cumplir el sueño del “Gran Timonel”: ser una nación poderosa y soberana.
Parafraseando la sentencia de nuestro Comandante Chávez: en Asia está surgiendo una potencia que no es imperialista ni colonialista, sino que busca la cooperación y el desarrollo. China ha consolidado su propio modelo con una identidad y sabiduría histórica.
Hoy estamos construyendo la nueva humanidad que anhela un futuro de Paz, libertad, desarrollo e independencia, una verdadera comunidad de destino compartido, y me alegra tener unos hermanos tan poderosos en el mundo.
