Media Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon
On Saturday, the Political Bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a press statement on the occasion of Land Day, which read:
No to the slaughter of the land… No to those who fold the flags
on Land Day… This land is Palestinian and is not for sale, and we will not give it up no matter how long it takes.
O masses of our noble Palestinian people, O masses of our Arab nation, O free people of the world,
On March 30, we proudly and reverently remember the immortal Land Day epic, when our people in the Negev, the Triangle, the Galilee, and all other areas of Palestine occupied in 1948 rose up on the land of their fathers and grandfathers, and confronted with their bare chests the Zionist machine of oppression, in defense of their land, dignity, and existence. With their blood, they drew the contours of the Palestinian identity, and affirmed that the land will remain Palestinian, and that the right will remain steadfast, no matter how great the challenges, and no matter how brutal and criminal this occupation is, and no matter how horrific the war of extermination waged throughout modern history.
On this great day, we salute the masses of our people in the homeland and diaspora, especially our people in the occupied interior. We also salute our heroic prisoners who are steadfast in the enemy’s prisons, and our martyrs who paved the path of liberation and return with their blood. We affirm that our people, who have thwarted the displacement schemes, will remain steadfast on their land and will not leave except to the cities and villages from which they were forcibly displaced.
O masses of our great people,
This criminal entity has intensified its massacres and its policy of destruction and ethnic cleansing, coinciding with its attempts to steal land and falsify history. However, it has always clashed with the solid rock of Palestinian will that extends from the Galilee to the Negev, from the West Bank to Gaza, and from Jerusalem to the diaspora, where the voice remains resounding: This land is not for sale, and we will not give it up no matter how long it takes. We, in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, on the occasion of this glorious anniversary, affirm the following facts:
First: The land is the source of our existence and the essence of our being. For its sake, we sacrifice our most precious and valuable things. It is the title of our identity and the core of our struggle with the occupier. Resistance in all its forms is a sacred and legitimate right to defend this eternal and historical right to our land. We will not back down in the face of Zionist and Western schemes that seek to liquidate our cause, displace our people, obliterate our identity, and change the features of our land. We will stand with all our solid will and unwavering determination to defend our historical rights, no matter how great the sacrifices.
Second: Palestine is not for sale, and no conspiracy aimed at displacing our people, such as the plan to turn Gaza into the “Riviera of the East” after displacing our people, or expelling the residents of the West Bank to Jordan, or any other criminal, satanic schemes, will succeed. We tell the American-Zionist enemy that Palestine, from its river to its sea, is the past, present, and future, and will remain the property of the Palestinian people and the beating heart of the East, no matter how great the schemes and threats of the American and Zionist administrations.
Third: Through national unity, we can confront the crimes of genocide, the plans for displacement and uprooting, and stand firm in the face of the occupation. The struggle against this criminal enemy requires unifying ranks, rejecting differences, and moving forward towards true national unity that places the interests of Palestine above all other considerations. In this context, we warn against the attempts of the enemy and its lackeys to inflame internal contradictions and plunge the Palestinian arena into further division and discord. We must realize the gravity of the current moment and work together to unite to confront these plans.
Fourth: What is happening today in Gaza—the resumption of the war of extermination, the tightening of the siege, and the war of starvation under American cover after a period of cessation—is an extension of the policy of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, who seeks to continue the aggression in order to maintain the stability of his government coalition at the expense of the blood of innocents. In the face of this escalation and the brutal crimes being committed around the clock in Gaza, the resistance will continue to use all available options to stop the aggression and compel the occupation to implement the understandings and agreements it has violated. This is primarily an Arab responsibility, requiring them to leave their palaces, wait, and work seriously to stop the aggression and break the siege, and to use all the pressure cards at their disposal to stop this criminal war.
Fifth: Palestine will remain the compass of the nation and the free people of the world in the battle for justice against injustice and occupation. This calls for escalating the struggle against normalization, activating all forms of boycotting the occupation, and intensifying pressure to halt the aggression and hold the occupation’s leaders and supporters accountable as war criminals. In light of the decline in popular momentum, it is time to restore momentum to the squares, universities, and unions, and to resume mass activities across the world in support of our steadfast people in the face of genocide.
Sixth: We renew our call to our people inside the occupied territories to boycott the occupation institutions that legitimize its crimes, war of genocide, aggressive plans, and racist laws. The boycott is a decisive national message in the face of displacement, uprooting, Judaization, normalization, and policies of oppression and racial discrimination. It is an affirmation of the Palestinian identity in the face of attempts to polish the image of the occupation as a democratic state, when in reality it is a colonialist settlement entity based on murder, massacres, and destruction, and motivated by obscurantist, messianic tendencies.
Our people and relatives everywhere,
Land Day is a pledge of loyalty, a message to the usurper that we are here to stay, like the olive trees of Galilee, the rocks of Carmel, the oranges of Jaffa, and the sea of Gaza. We renew our pledge to our people, our martyrs, our female prisoners, and our captives to continue the path of resistance and struggle until Palestine is free again, from the river to the sea.
Long live Palestine, free and Arab… Glory to the martyrs… Freedom to the prisoners… And return is a right that does not expire with the passage of time.

في ذكرى يوم الأرض الجبهة الشعبية: لن تنجح أي محاولة لتهجير شعبنا من أرضه

أصدر المكتب السياسي للجبهة الشعيية لتحرير فلسطين يوم السبت، بيانًا صحافيًا، بمناسبة يوم الأرض، جاء فيه:
لا لذبح الأرض … لا لمن يطوي البيارق
في ذكرى يوم الأرض.. هذه الأرض فلسطينية وليست للبيع ولن نفرط بها مهما طال الزمن
يا جماهير شعبنا الفلسطيني الأبي، يا جماهير أمتنا العربية، يا أحرار العالم،
في الثلاثين من آذار نستذكر بفخرٍ واعتزاز ملحمة يوم الأرض الخالد، حين انتفض أهلنا في النقب والمثلث والجليل وسائر مناطق فلسطين المحتلة عام 1948 على أرض آبائهم وأجدادهم، وواجهوا بصدورهم العارية آلة البطش الصهيونية، دفاعاً عن الأرض والكرامة والوجود، رسموا خلالها بدمائهم معالم الهوية الفلسطينية، وأكدوا أن الأرض باقية فلسطينية، والحق راسخ مهما تعاظمت التحديات، ومهما بلغ هذا الاحتلال من الوحشية والإجرام وشن أفظع حرب إبادة على مر التاريخ الحديث.
في هذا اليوم العظيم، نتوجه بالتحية إلى جماهير شعبنا في الوطن والشتات ونخص أهلنا في الداخل المحتل، كما نحيي أسرانا الأبطال الصامدين في سجون العدو، وإلى شهداءنا الذين خطّوا بدمائهم طريق التحرير والعودة، ونؤكد أن شعبنا الذي أفشل مخططات التهجير سيظل ثابتاً على أرضه، ولن يرحل إلا إلى مدنه وقراه التي هُجّر منها قسراً.
يا جماهير شعبنا العظيم،
لقد كثف هذا الكيان المجرم من مجازره وسياسة التدمير والتطهير العرقي، تزامناً مع محاولاته لسرقة الأرض وتزوير التاريخ، إلا أنه اصطدم دوماً بصخرة الإرادة الفلسطينية الصلبة التي تمتد من الجليل إلى النقب، ومن الضفة إلى غزة، ومن القدس إلى الشتات، حيث يظل الصوت مدوّياً: هذه الأرض ليست للبيع، ولن نفرط بها مهما طال الزمن.وإننا في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين وبمناسبة هذه الذكرى المجيدة، نؤكد على الحقائق التالية:
أولاً: الأرض هي مصدر وجودنا وجوهر كياننا، ومن أجلها نقدم الغالي والنفيس، وهي عنوان هويتنا ولبّ صراعنا مع المحتل، وإن المقاومة بكافة أشكالها حق مقدس ومشروع للدفاع عن هذا الحق الأبدي والتاريخي في أرضنا. ولن نتراجع أمام المخططات الصهيونية والغربية التي تسعى لتصفية قضيتنا، وتهجير شعبنا، وطمس هويتنا، وتغيير معالم أرضنا. سنقف بكل ما نملك من إرادة صلبة وعزيمة لا تلين للدفاع عن حقوقنا التاريخية مهما عظمت التضحيات.
ثانياً: فلسطين ليست للبيع، ولن تنجح أي مؤامرة تهدف إلى تهجير شعبنا على شاكلة مخطط تحويل غزة إلى “ريفيرا الشرق” بعد تهجير شعبنا، أو طرد سكان الضفة إلى الأردن، وغيرها من المخططات الشيطانية الإجرامية. ونقول للعدو الأمريكي-الصهيوني أن فلسطين من نهرها إلى بحرها هي الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل وستظل ملك للشعب الفلسطيني وقلب الشرق النابض، مهما تعاظمت المخططات وتهديدات الإدارة الأمريكية والصهيونية.
ثالثاً: بالوحدة الوطنية نستطيع مواجهة جرائم الإبادة ومخططات التهجير والاقتلاع والصمود في وجه الاحتلال؛ فالصراع مع هذا العدو المجرم يتطلب توحيد الصفوف ونبذ الخلافات، والمضي قدماً نحو وحدة وطنية حقيقية تضع مصلحة فلسطين فوق أي اعتبار. وفي هذا السياق نحذر من محاولات العدو وأذنابه لتأجيج التناقضات الداخلية وإغراق الساحة الفلسطينية في المزيد من الانقسام والفرقة. يجب أن نعي خطورة اللحظة الراهنة وأن نعمل جميعاً على التوحد لمواجهة هذه المخططات.
رابعاً: ما يحدث اليوم في غزة من استئناف لحرب الإبادة، وتشديد للحصار، وحرب تجويع تحت غطاء أمريكي بعد فترة من التوقف، هو امتداد لسياسة مجرم الحرب بنيامين نتنياهو، الذي يسعى لاستمرار العدوان من أجل الحفاظ على استقرار ائتلافه الحكومي على حساب دماء الأبرياء. وفي مواجهة هذا التصعيد والجرائم الوحشية التي تُرتكب على مدار الساعة في غزة، ستواصل المقاومة استخدام كل الخيارات المتاحة لوقف العدوان، وإلزام الاحتلال بتنفيذ التفاهمات والاتفاقات التي خرقها. وهذه مسؤولية عربية بالأساس، تقتضي منهم ترك مربعات القصور والانتظار والعمل الجدي من أجل وقف العدوان وكسر الحصار، واستخدام كل أوراق الضغط التي تمتلكها لوقف هذه الحرب الإجرامية.
خامساً: ستظل فلسطين بوصلة الأمة وأحرار العالم في معركة الحق ضد الظلم والاحتلال، وهو ما يستدعي تصعيد النضال ضد التطبيع وتفعيل كل أشكال مقاطعة الاحتلال، وتكثيف الضغط لوقف العدوان ومحاسبة قادة الاحتلال وداعميه كمجرمي حرب. وفي ظل تراجع الزخم الجماهيري، آن الأوان لإعادة الزخم إلى الميادين والجامعات والنقابات، واستئناف الفعاليات الحاشدة في كافة أنحاء العالم دعماً لشعبنا الصامد في وجه الإبادة.
سادساً: نجدد دعوتنا لشعبنا في الداخل المحتل إلى مقاطعة مؤسسات الاحتلال التي تشرعن جرائمه وحرب الإبادة ومخططاته العدوانية وقوانينه العنصرية؛ فالمقاطعة هي رسالة وطنية حاسمة في مواجهة التهجير والاقتلاع والتهويد والتطبيع، وسياسات القمع والتمييز العنصري، وتأكيد على الهوية الفلسطينية في وجه محاولات تلميع الاحتلال كدولة ديمقراطية، بينما هو في حقيقته كيان استعماري إحلالي يقوم على القتل والمجازر والتدمير، وتحرّكه نزعات توراتية مسيانية ظلامية.
يا أهلنا وربعنا في كل مكان،
إن يوم الأرض هو عهد ووفاء، هو رسالة للغاصب بأننا هنا باقون، كزيتون الجليل وصخور الكرمل وبرتقال يافا وبحر غزة. نجدد العهد لشعبنا ولشهدائنا وأسيراتنا وأسرانا بمواصلة درب المقاومة والنضال حتى تعود فلسطين حرة من النهر إلى البحر.
عاشت فلسطين حرة عربية.. المجد للشهداء.. الحرية للأسرى.. والعودة حق لا يسقط بالتقادم
