Concerning the fascist occupation government’s coup against the ceasefire agreement and the resumption of its war of genocide against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip
To the masses of our steadfast people,
In continuation of its bloody approach and fascist aggression, the Zionist occupation government has revoked the ceasefire agreement, resuming its war of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, in blatant defiance of all international laws and conventions, and in its persistence in its policy of killing, destruction, displacement, and starvation.
This new crime, which comes in the context of ongoing crimes against our people, proves once again that the occupation continues its deceptive approach within the framework of its racist policy, using formal agreements as a cover for its crimes. This confirms that any solutions or agreements with this usurping entity remain mere illusions unless there are international guarantors, far removed from the blatant bias represented by the United States, the main supporter of the occupation’s crimes against our people. The occupation government, led by fascist and racist forces, continues to commit massacres against defenseless civilians, targeting children, women, and the elderly, in a desperate attempt to break the will of our resistant people.
We, the Palestinian Communist Party, condemn in the strongest terms this ongoing crime against our people in Gaza, and emphasize the following:
1. The necessity of escalating popular struggle and resistance in all its forms to confront the occupation and its liquidation plans throughout historic Palestine.
2. Calling for the broadest international solidarity campaign to expose the crimes of the occupation and pressure for its accountability before international courts.
3. Rejecting any liquidation projects or false agreements that attempt to circumvent the inalienable rights of our people, foremost among them their right to return and self-determination.
4. Strengthening the unity of the national and resistance ranks as the most powerful weapon in confronting Zionist aggression and thwarting its plans aimed at sowing division and discord.
5. Calling on progressive and revolutionary forces worldwide to take firm positions against the criminal policies of the occupation and to cease all forms of support and complicity with it.
We, the Palestinian Communist Party, affirm that our people, who have made tremendous sacrifices, will not be defeated by the Zionist war machine and will continue their struggle until liberation, return, and the establishment of their independent state on all of their national soil, with a united Jerusalem as its capital.
Glory and immortality to our righteous martyrs!
Freedom to our valiant prisoners!
Victory to our people in their just battle against occupation and colonialism!

بيان صادر عن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني
حول انقلاب حكومة الاحتلال الفاشية على اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار واستئناف حرب الإبادة ضد أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة
يا جماهير شعبنا الصامد،
في استمرار لنهجها الدموي وعدوانها الفاشي، أقدمت حكومة الاحتلال الصهيوني على الانقلاب على اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، مستأنفة حرب الإبادة الجماعية ضد أبناء شعبنا في قطاع غزة، في تحدٍّ صارخ لكل القوانين والمواثيق الدولية، وإمعان في سياسة القتل والتدمير والتهجير والتجويع.
إن هذه الجريمة الجديدة، التي تأتي في سياق الجرائم المستمرة بحق شعبنا، تثبت مجددًا أن الاحتلال يواصل نهجه التضليلي في إطار سياسته العنصرية، مستخدمًا الاتفاقيات الشكلية كغطاء لجرائمه. ويؤكد ذلك أن أي حلول أو اتفاقيات مع هذا الكيان الغاصب تظل مجرد أوهام ما لم تكن هناك جهات دولية ضامنة، بعيدة عن الانحياز السافر الذي تمثله الولايات المتحدة، الداعم الرئيسي لجرائم الاحتلال ضد أبناء شعبنا. إن حكومة الاحتلال، بقيادة قوى الفاشية والعنصرية، تواصل ارتكاب المجازر بحق المدنيين العزل، مستهدفة الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ، في محاولة يائسة لكسر إرادة شعبنا المقاوم.
إننا في الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني ندين بأشد العبارات هذه الجريمة المستمرة بحق أهلنا في غزة، ونؤكد على ما يلي:
1- ضرورة تصعيد النضال الشعبي والمقاومة بكافة أشكالها في مواجهة الاحتلال ومخططاته التصفوية على كامل أرض فلسطين التاريخية.
2- الدعوة إلى أوسع حملة تضامن دولية لفضح جرائم الاحتلال، والضغط من أجل محاسبته أمام المحاكم الدولية.
3- رفض أي مشاريع تصفوية أو اتفاقات زائفة تحاول الالتفاف على حقوق شعبنا غير القابلة للتصرف، وعلى رأسها حقه في العودة وتقرير المصير.
4- تعزيز وحدة الصف الوطني والمقاوم باعتبارها السلاح الأقوى في مواجهة العدوان الصهيوني، وإفشال مخططاته الرامية إلى بث الفرقة والانقسام.
5- دعوة القوى التقدمية والثورية في العالم إلى اتخاذ مواقف حازمة ضد السياسات الإجرامية للاحتلال، ووقف كل أشكال الدعم والتواطؤ معه.
إننا في الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني نؤكد أن شعبنا، الذي قدّم التضحيات الجسام، لن ينكسر أمام آلة الحرب الصهيونية، وسيواصل نضاله حتى التحرير والعودة وإقامة دولته المستقلة على كامل ترابه الوطني وعاصمتها القدس الموحدة.
المجد والخلود لشهدائنا الأبرار!
