The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed Zionist atrocities committed against Palestinian prisoners in the Gaza Strip – committed against those arrested during the current aggression. These War Crimes (and Crimes Against Humanity) are examples of unforgivable Zionist criminality, reaffirming that Zionist Israel is a brutal (fascist) entity whose crimes know no bounds!
The PFLP stated that these Israeli crimes are methods of cruel and horrific torture methods to which prisoners of the Gaza Strip have been subjected. This Zionist torture has been applied throughout the field detention centres – and includes serious physical violations. This Zionist torture has involved the amputation of the feet and hands of a number of Palestinian prisoners as a result of continuing to shackle them at all times, following a policy of systematic medical negligence in all areas. Attempts to starve prisoners has been interspersed with providing inedible food. Other violations have led to serious complications and a frightening loss of physical and psychological balance – leading to the martyrdom of a number of prisoners. What is more dangerous is that a number of those prisoners have been children.
The PFLP described these horrific crimes as an integral part of the Zionist doctrine based on murder and revenge, stressing that what is happening inside the Occupation Prisons, especially the Detention Centres in which Gaza Strip prisoners are held, is a systematic execution process, and one of the most horrific and heinous crimes committed by this Criminal Occupier – which has removed from Israel any sense of human or moral characteristic.
The PFLP stressed that international institutions, most notably the International Red Cross, are partners responsible for these Zionist crimes committed against prisoners, because the Red Cross did not exercise their required role in effectively monitoring the fate of these prisoners – and following up on their health conditions within Detention Centres – despite national and popular calls condemning the torture!
The PFLP called on the Free People of the World and relevant Human Rights institutions to take urgent action to pressure the Zionist Occupation, to find out the fate of missing prisoners, and to send an urgent International Mission to investigate Zionist War Crimes against the prisoners and the conditions of their detention – referring Zionist Israel to the International Criminal Court. This includes the requirement of exposing the complicit Western positions that have ignored the fate of the detained prisoners. The West has ignored Zionist War Crimes and insisted in the committing of Zionist Crimes Against Humanity.
The PFLP concluded its statement, stressing that the Zionist crimes against the heroic prisoners will not be subject to a statute of limitations, and the Resistance will not rest until the suffering of the prisoners is ended and they are liberated from the Occupation Prisons!
الجبهة الشعبية: ما كُشف من فظائع بحق أسرى القطاع جريمة حرب صهيونية لا تغتفر

أكدت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين أن ما كُشف من فظائع تُرتكب بحق الأسرى الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة، الذين اعتقلوا خلال العدوان الحالي، جريمة حرب صهيونية لا تُغتفر، تؤكد مجددًا أن هذا الكيان الصهيوني سادي وفاشي لا تعرف جرائمه أي حدود.
وأضافت الجبهة أن الكشف عن أساليب تعذيب قاسية ومروعة يتعرض لها أسرى قطاع غزة خاصة في المعتقلات الميدانية، وانتهاكات جسدية خطيرة أدت إلى بتر أقدام وأيدي عدد من هؤلاء الأسرى نتيجة الاستمرار بتكبيلهم على مدار اللحظة، واتباع سياسة إهمال طبي ممنهجة وعدم توفر الأدوية والمعدات الطبية بشكلٍ متعمد، ومحاولات تجويعهم أو تناول طعام غير صالح للأكل، وغيرها من الانتهاكات التي أدت إلى حدوث مضاعفات خطيرة وفقدانهم أوازنهم بطريقة مخيفة، أدت إلى استشهاد عدد من الأسرى، والتعتيم على الأوضاع الصحية والاعتقالية لهم، والأخطر من ذلك أن عددًا من أولئك الأسرى هم أطفال.
ووصفت الجبهة هذه الجرائم المروعة بأنها جزء لا يتجزأ من العقيدة الصهيونية القائمة على القتل والانتقام، مؤكدةً أن ما يجري داخل سجون الاحتلال، خاصة المعتقلات التي يُحتجز فيها أسرى قطاع غزة هي عملية إعدام ممنهجة، وواحدة من أفظع الجرائم البشعة التي يرتكبها هذا المحتل المجرم المنزوع من أي صفة إنسانية أو أخلاقية.
وأكدت الجبهة أن المؤسسات الدولية، وفي مقدمها منظمة الصليب الأحمر الدولي شريكة ومسؤولة عن هذه الجرائم التي تُرتكب بحق الأسرى، لأنها لم تمُارس دورها المطلوب في معرفة مصير هؤلاء الأسرى، ومتابعة أوضاعهم الصحية وظروفهم الاعتقالية، رغم النداءات الوطنية والشعبية التي لم تتوقف.
ودعت الجبهة أحرار العالم ومؤسسات حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة إلى التحرك العاجل للضغط على الاحتلال، لمعرفة مصير أولئك الأسرى، وإرسال بعثة دولية عاجلة للتحقيق في جرائم الحرب الصهيونية بحق الأسرى وظروف احتجازهم، وإحالتها إلى محكمة الجنايات الدولية، وفضح المواقف الغربية المتواطئة التي تتباكى على الأسرى المحتجزين لدى الكيان، في الوقت الذي تغض فيه البصر عن معاناة أسرانا البواسل والجرائم البشعة التي تُرتكب بحقهم داخل سجون الاحتلال.
وختمت الجبهة بيانها، مؤكدةً أن هذه الجرائم الصهيونية بحق أسرانا الأبطال لن تسقط بالتقادم، ولن يهدأ للمقاومة بال حتى إنهاء معاناة الأسرى، وتحريرهم من سجون الاحتلال.
