The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the Zionist Occupation’s brutal storming of the Al-Shifa Hospital complex at dawn today, bombing the exterior and interior (designed to kill as many fleeing victims as possible), using gunfire and grenades inside it, deliberately targeting thousands of citizens who were displaced within it, tampering with patient rooms and departments (planting and filming fake “evidence”), and terrorizing patients and threatening Medical Staff – all of which constitutes a full-fledged War Crime for which the American Administration and the International Community that encouraged the Zionist enemy to commit this major crime in their name – bear full responsibility.
The PFLP considered that the defeated Zionist enemy, by storming the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, was openly seeking to project an image of a fabricated victory from within a civilian hospital housing thousands of citizens, exposing the lives of hundreds of premature babies to death, and leaving the patients prey to missile fire or death as a result of the inability to treat them, and with the presence of bodies and remains of martyrs that medical teams cannot bury.
The PFLP confirmed that what is happening now in the Al-Shifa Complex is a resounding exposure of the so-called International Community and the Free World, which allows this dark and criminal Zionist entity to storm a civilian medical complex that is supposed to be protected under International Law.
The PFLP added that the Zionist entity, whose US-backed Military Forces cowardly fled the battle area after suffering heavy losses amongst its officers and soldiers at the hands of our Resistance Heroes in the neighbourhoods and alleys of the Gaza Strip, stormed of a civilian hospital as a means of revenge, and an expression of its sadism and its doctrine of killing – in front of the eyes of the world watching on their satellite television screens.
The PFLP stressed that the Western world will not be able, by being consistent and identifying with these major crimes, to beautify and restore its criminal image that has been exposed again – warning of a ridiculous drama series directed by a Zionist, and funded by American and Western sponsorship – to try to justify this (and other) crime committed inside the compound.
The PFLP concluded its statement by stressing that Palestinian hospitals will continue to bear witness to the unprecedented crimes of the Zionist entity, which have reached a level never practiced by any earlier Occupation or version of colonialism. However, our people are determined to resist it and are steadfast and determined, and will not raise the white flag! Our doctors, patients, and all of our people will remain strong. They will not be intimidated by these crimes, and they will not forgive or forget the complicity of the International Community and International Medical Institutions that turned a blind eye to the targeting of hospitals and the medical system, and the killing of doctors and patients.

الشعبية: اقتحام مجمع الشفاء وارتكاب جرائم بداخله جريمة مكتملة الأركان تتحمل مسؤوليتها الإدارة الأمريكية والمجتمع الدولي

أكدت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين أن قيام الاحتلال فجر اليوم باقتحام مجمع مستشفى الشفاء وقصفه بشكلٍ وحشي، وإطلاق النار والقذائف داخله، واستهداف آلاف المواطنين الذين نزحوا داخله، والعبث بغرف وأقسام المرضى، وترويع المرضى والطواقم الطبية هو جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان تتَحمّل مسؤوليتها الإدارة الأمريكية وما يُسمى بالمجتمع الدولي الذي شجع العدو على ارتكاب هذه الجريمة الكبرى.
واعتبرت الجبهة أن العدو الصهيوني المهزوم باقتحامه لمجمع الشفاء الطبي يسعى بشكلٍ مكشوف للحصول على صورة انتصارٍ وهمي من بين جنبات مشفى مدني يأوي آلاف المواطنين، وعبر تعريض حياة مئات الأطفال الخدج إلى الموت، وترك المرضى فريسة لنيران القذائف أو الموت نتيجة عدم القدرة على علاجهم، وبوجود جثث وأشلاء شهداء لا تستطيع الطواقم الطبية دفنها.
وأكدت الجبهة أن ما يجري الآن في مجمع الشفاء هو انكشاف مدوي لما يُسمى المجتمع الدولي والعالم الحر الذي يسمح لهذا الكيان الصهيوني الظلامي والإجرامي باقتحام مجمع مدني طبي من المفترض أن يكون محمي بموجب القانون الدولي.
وأضافت الجبهة أن الكيان الصهيوني الذي تهرب قواته الجبانة من المعركة بعد الخسائر الفادحة التي يتكبدها ضباطه وجنوده من قبل أبطالنا المقاومين في أحياء وأزقة القطاع، وجد في اقتحامه مستشفى مدني وسيلة للانتقام، وتعبيراً عن ساديته وعقيدته في القتل، وأمام مرأى ومسمع العالم، وشاشات الفضائيات.
وشددت الجبهة أن العالم الغربي لن يستطيع بتساوقه وتماهيه مع هذه الجرائم الكبرى تجميل وترميم صورته الإجرامية التي انكشفت مجدداً، محذرة من مسلسل درامي سخيف بإخراج صهيوني وإنتاج ورعاية أمريكية وغربية لمحاولة تبرير هذه الجريمة أو الجرائم التي سترتكب داخل المجمع.
وختمت الجبهة بيانها مؤكدةً بأن المشافي الفلسطينية ستظل شاهدة على جرائم هذا الكيان غير المسبوقة، التي بلغت مستوى لم يمارسه أي احتلال أو استعمار من قبل، إلا أن شعبنا مصمم على مقاومته وهو صامد وثابت، ولن يرفع الراية البيضاء، وسيظل أطباؤنا ومرضانا وكل أبناء شعبنا أقوياء، ولن ترهبهم هذه الجرائم، ولن يغفروا أو ينسوا تواطؤ المجتمع الدولي والمؤسسات الدولية الطبية التي غضت البصر أمام ما يجري من استهداف للمشافي والمنظومة الطبية، وقتل الأطباء والمرضى.
