A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea answered a question from a Reporter from the Korean Central News Agency on October 26th, 2023, regarding the recent Israeli-bombing of a hospital in Palestine – resulting in a large-scale tragedy in which numerous people were killed. The statement is as follows:
Israel’s bombing of health facilities, which are subject to priority protection not only in times of peace but also in times of war according to international law – is an unimaginably heinous War Crime and a Crime Against Humanity.
What cannot be overlooked is that these criminal acts by Israel were carried out under the blatant knowledge and protection of the United States.
The United States delivered a huge amount of military supplies to Israel and dispatched two aircraft carrier strike groups to the Middle East waters – giving Israel the green light to slaughter the Palestinians with peace of mind.
The fact that the United States supported and protected Israel’s criminal actions immediately after the hospital bombing incident – through making absurd arguments that this incident was believed to be the work of forces other than Israel -clearly demonstrates that the United States is an accomplice in condoning and encouraging Israel’s murderous atrocities.
The reason the United States arrogantly vetoed the UN Security Council Resolution and attempted to prevented humanitarian aid reaching Gaza – is under the rationale that Israel has a “right to self-defense” – which a coded message meaning Israel can kill as many Palestinians as it sees fit in pursuance of the Zionist’s Greater Israel policy.
The United States, the destroyer of world peace and the strangler of justice, can never escape the responsibility it carries of condoning and encouraging Israel’s monstrous War Crime of brutally slaughtering the Palestinian people. (End)

조선민주주의인민공화국 외무성 대변인은 최근 팔레스티나병원에 대한 이스라엘의 폭격으로 수많은 사람들이 살해되는 특대형참사가 발생한것과 관련하여 26일 조선중앙통신사 기자의 질문에 다음과 같이 대답하였다.
이스라엘이 국제법에 따라 평화시기는 물론 전시에도 최우선적으로 보호하게 되여있는 보건시설을 폭격한것은 상상조차 할수 없는 극악한 전범죄,반인륜범죄이다.
간과할수 없는것은 이스라엘의 이러한 범죄행위가 미국의 로골적인 비호밑에 뻐젓이 감행된것이다.
미국은 이스라엘에 막대한 군수품을 납입하고 2개의 항공모함타격집단을 중동수역에 급파하여 이스라엘로 하여금 마음놓고 팔레스티나인들을 도륙할수 있도록 푸른등을 켜주었다.
병원폭격사건이 발생한 직후 미국이 이번 사건은 이스라엘이 아닌 다른 세력의 소행으로 보아진다는 얼토당토않은 궤변을 늘어놓으면서 이스라엘의 범죄행위를 감싸준 사실은 미국이야말로 이스라엘의 살륙만행을 묵인조장한 공범자라는것을 보여주고있다.
미국이 가자지대에로의 인도주의적접근을 허용할데 대한 유엔안전보장리사회 결의안에 이스라엘의 《자위권》이 언급되지 않았다는 리유아닌《리유》로 오만하게 거부권을 행사한것은 수천명의 팔레스티나사람들이 죽든말든 이스라엘이 저들의 대중동정책을 충실하게 집행하면 그만이라는 속내를 스스로 드러낸것으로 된다.
세계평화의 파괴자,정의의 교살자 미국은 팔레스티나인민을 무참히 살륙한 이스라엘의 특대형전범죄를 묵인조장한 책임에서 절대로 벗어날수 없다.(끝)
