Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, arrived in Khasan, the border city of the Russian Federation, in the early morning of September 12th, 2023.
Khasan Station was engulfed in a warm welcoming atmosphere as the Russians welcomed our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation to advance the already glowing friendly and cooperative relations between North Korea and Russia.
At Khasan Station, where the flags of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation were flying side by side, with the Russian Federation Armed Forces Land, Navy and Air Force Honour Guard respectfully standing to ‘Attention’ – accompanied by a military band.
At 6 o’clock local time – the special train carry our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un -entered the Hasan Station area.
Central and local officials, including Comrade Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Ecology of the Russian Palm Nature Department, Comrade Oleg Komyakko, Minister of Coastal River Administration, came to Khasan to guide our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un and greeted him politely.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un got off the train and exchanged warm greetings with the executives who greeted him.
The officials conveyed greetings from Comrade Putin, President of the Russian Federation, to our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is visiting Russia again, and warmly welcomed him as the closest friend of the Russian people.
There was a ceremony to welcome the visit to the Russian Federation by Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
The Commander of the Russian Federation Armed Forces Land, Navy and Air Force Honour Guard gave a welcome report to our beloved Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The anthems of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation were solemnly played – one after the other.

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un had a warm conversation with his friends from Russia in the reception room of a building.
Central and local officials of Russia said that President Putin had dispatched them directly to the border station to welcome Comrade Kim Jong Un, and that the Russian government and people are putting forth their utmost sincerity in the hope that Comrade Kim Jong Un’s visit will be meaningful.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said he was pleased to visit Russia again after 4 years since 2019, and that the reason he was on the road to the Russia-U.S. alliance on his first overseas visit since the global public health crisis – was because of the our understanding of the strategic importance of the DPRK-ROK relationship. He said that it would be a clear expression of the serious stance of the Party and government.
At the same time, he expressed his deep gratitude for the passionate and warm friendly welcome from the central and local leading officials at the border station, and on behalf of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea extended his best wishes to the President of the Russian Federation, the government, the Russian Army and people.
Comrade Alexandr Kozlov presented the Russian Palm Nature Reserve Ecology Prize to our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un as a commemorative gift.

조선로동당 총비서이시며 조선민주주의인민공화국 국무위원장이신 경애하는 김정은동지께서 9월 12일 새벽 로씨야련방의 국경도시 하싼에 도착하시였다.
조로친선협조관계를 새로운 높이에로 승화발전시키시기 위하여 로씨야련방을 공식방문하시는 경애하는 김정은동지를 맞이하게 된 하싼역은 뜨거운 환영분위기에 휩싸여있었다.
조선민주주의인민공화국 국기와 로씨야련방 국기가 나붓기는 하싼역에는 로씨야련방무력 륙해공군명예위병대와 군악대가 정렬해있었다.
현지시간으로 6시,경애하는 김정은동지께서 타신 전용렬차가 하싼역구내에 들어섰다.
경애하는 김정은동지를 안내해드리기 위하여 하싼에 온 로씨야자연부원생태학상 알렉싼드르 꼬즐로브동지,연해변강행정장관 올레그 꼬줴먀꼬동지를 비롯한 중앙과 지방의 간부들이 정중히 맞이하였다.
경애하는 김정은동지께서는 렬차에서 내리시여 영접나온 간부들과 반갑게 인사를 나누시였다.
영접간부들은 로씨야를 또다시 방문하시는 경애하는 김정은동지께 로씨야련방 대통령 뿌찐동지가 보내는 인사를 전하면서 김정은동지를 로씨야인민의 가장 친근한 벗으로 열렬히 환영하였다.
조선로동당 총비서이시며 조선민주주의인민공화국 국무위원장이신 경애하는 김정은동지의 로씨야련방방문을 환영하는 의식이 있었다.
경애하는 김정은동지께 로씨야련방무력 륙해공군명예위병대 대장이 영접보고를 드리였다.

로씨야의 중앙과 지방의 간부들은 김정은동지를 영접하기 위하여 뿌찐대통령이 자기들을 국경역에 직접 파견하였다고 하면서 로씨야정부와 인민이 김정은동지의 이번 방문이 의의있게 진행되기를 바라며 최대의 성심을 다하고있는데 대하여 말하였다.
경애하는 김정은동지께서는 2019년에 이어 4년만에 또다시 로씨야를 방문하게 된것을 기쁘게 생각한다고,세계적인 공공보건사태이후 첫 해외방문으로 로씨야련방에로의 길에 오른것은 조로관계의 전략적중요성에 대한 우리 당과 정부의 중시립장을 보여주는 뚜렷한 표현으로 된다고 하시였다.
그러시면서 중앙과 지방의 지도간부들이 국경역에서부터 열정적이며 따뜻한 친선의 정을 안고 맞이해준데 대하여 깊은 사의를 표하시면서 조선민주주의인민공화국을 대표하여 로씨야련방 대통령과 정부 그리고 로씨야군대와 인민에게 축원의 인사를 보내시였다.
경애하는 김정은동지께 로씨야자연부원생태학상 알렉싼드르 꼬즐로브동지가 기념으로 선물을 올리였다.
