CHILDREN IN BAGS FOUND FOR SALE IN CONGO!
This video from the Congo – records local women carrying children in sacks – who were stopped and searched by Local Authorities. The women claimed that the children were in bags because they were being punished for their bad behavioural – but those who opened the sacks believe the woman were on their way to the market-place – with the intention of selling the children to the highest bidder! This is how the Western ideology of predatory capitalism manifests in areas that have already been extensively impoverished through the being historically ‘raped’ and ‘pillaged’ by marauding Europeans!
Due to the poverty in the Congo – coupled with high birth-rates – the buying and selling of children is common-place and seldom attracts any serious punished. As a consequence, the country is a paradise for child traffickers and paedophilia (usually through a lucrative ‘foreign’ sex-tourist business). The children in the Congo are broughtup to accept that the best outcome for them is to be ‘sold’ – possibly into a better life! This only happens if the family can afford to purchase the bag their chiildren are to be sold in! The trade in children is treated in the Congo as a legitimate ‘small business’ that invites ‘loans’ and even ‘training seminars’!
The children are ‘brainwashed’ to co-operate in their own enslaving and abuse. Many of these adult women may well have been victims of sex-trafficking themselves and are repeating the cycle of abuse they experienced as a child. If the Colonial treatment of the Congo population (by the Belgians) is studied (which involved the routine hacking-off of hands and feet) – then placing children in bags ‘unhurt’ is considered comparatively ‘harmless’ to the local Congo people – regardless of how shocking such practices may seem to the contemporary Western observer.
