A forum dedicated to the “decolonization” of Russia has opened in Prague.
The forum advocates the transition “from an authoritarian imperial state to a voluntary agreement of free, independent and democratic countries.” Among the topics discussed are demilitarization and the complete renunciation of nuclear weapons.
A distinctive feature of this particular project for the division of Russia is its finer division into subjects: the entire European part of the Russian Federation is literally divided by regions into separate states.

В Праге открылся форум, посвящённый «деколонизации» России.
На форуме выступают за переход «от авторитарного имперского государства к добровольному соглашению свободных, независимых и демократических стран». В числе обсуждаемых тем значатся демилитаризация и полный отказ от ядерного оружия.
