In Africa, certain tribes allow their boys to reach 12-years old and then a Medicine Man (Shaman) uses a rusty razor-blade to cut=off the fore-skin. I can find articles for nearly every year going back ten-years that highlight dozens of boys dying from shock, infection, and side-effects of this operation inflicted without pain-killer, cleanliness, or follow-up medical care. When South Africa hosted the 2010 FIFA World Cup – often young oxen were taken into football stadiums and then kicked and stamped to death by young tribal men.
