Iran: Chechen Military Units to Join Islamic Republic if Trump Invades! (31.3.2026)

If this is true – Press TV is not always accurate (like the BBC, CNN, or Sky, etc) – then this would bring Russia in direct conflict with the US. I am not sure it is true as I have read the leader of Chechnya has made anti-Iran statements – but some say that this is not true. Swings and roundabouts. What I do know is that in the first months of the Russian “liberation” of Donbass the Chechen soldiers led the way against the Western-backed Neo-Nazi forces of Ukraine. I watched hours of footage of Chechen soldiers fighting hand-to-hand with the AFU, the Hitlerite Azov and all the Westerners wearing AFU uniforms. The Chechens were very effective and brave fighters and I will never forget their collective contribution to the anti-fascist cause. The Soviet Red Army, of course, possessed Muslim regiments, as it did Buddhist regiments.

The Emus Launched a Highly Disciplined Attack1

1932: The Great Emu War – Australia’s Islandlwana? (31.3.2026)

On November 2nd 1932, Major GPW Meredith of the Royal Australian Artillery, together with two soldiers (in a truck), was dispatched with two (Lewis) machine guns and 10,000 rounds of ammunition to address the Emu problem (the battle would last until December 10th 1932). The Emu Army suffered around 986 killed in action – (with numbers of wounded unknown) over a time-period of one month, one week, and one day. Considering the Emus were unarmed and lacked the intellectual ability to foresee their impending doom – these losses are considered “minimal” and something of a strageic defeat for the Australian Army. Yes – the Emu Army, by employing only the advantageous bestowed upon them by evolution through natural selection – it is often believed that the Emu Army inflicted a strategic defeat on the Australians! As the bullets came pouring-in – the massed Emus “scattered” in all directions and ran into the outback where their human pursuers could not venture.

Email: Material [Military] Science & Religious Belief! (30.3.2026)

The Americans learned in the 1770s that there is a material reality to warfare and that this has nothing to do with religion. The Americans developed better cannons to kill as many English Red Coats “at a distance” – so that their inexperienced “volunteer” force could better handle these tough working-class Englishmen hand-to-hand. The evidence suggests that the brutal discipline practiced by the Red Coats still made this process very difficult and very different to the films. The Red Coats carried-on marching in formation despite significant losses – each soldier doggedly “locking forward” and never to the left and right (which often involved huge holes in the lines). Interestingly, both the Union and Confederacy sought to replicate these levels of bravery in their own respective armies – one of the reasons I find this era of history to be quite fascinating. What the Confederacy lacked in material support – it more than make-up for this deficiency in the personal bravery of its soldiers. Of course, soldiers can hold a religious view that assists them in bearing the hardships associated with war (the Imperial Japanese Forces of WWII is often cited as an example – the “Kamikaze” for instance) – but the Soviet Red Amy possessed NO official religion during WWII – and yet its soldiers prevailed over the ruthless material science fielded by Nazi Germany – and the religiosity of the Japanese. America can be defeated but this is usually on the political level – as resistance to war amongst the voters becomes greater than the will to pursue the war.

Ancient Seafaring Scaffolding from the Time of Henry VIII!

Brixham: “What’s this Scaffolding? It’s a Feature”! (29.3.2029)

Of course, as The Beatles once reminded us “Nothing is Real!” – in the hyper-extension of capitalism that is “the holiday”. It is a time of no work (unless you are on a working holiday – we’ve all been there – labour in exchange for ten-minutes on a beach), no struggle, and comfortable living – but this week or two takes around 50-weeks of hard graft just to raise the deposit. When I was in Spain, I once witnessed an Englishman arrive with his case at our holiday resort – returning after just two or three weeks after his last visit. His previous sojourn had been “magical” in his own words and he had gone home, re-mortgaged the house, and rebooked in exactly the same Benidorm hotel! The problem was that no one else he had stayed with had rebooked – and none of the staff could remember who he was!

True Promise 4, Wave 84: IRGC missiles target US refueling planes at Al-Kharj Base The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced in a statement that it has successfully destroyed a number of refueling vehicles and the logistical support fleet belonging to the “terrorist” US military at the Al-Kharj base.

Iran: IRGC Confirms Scores of US soldiers Dead & Wounded as Tactical Vessels Targeted in Persian Gulf! (28.3.2026)

“In continuation of the 84th wave of Operation True Promise 4, the IRGC naval units conducted a hybrid operation against US and Israeli terrorists deployed in al-Shoyoukh port as well as Dubai’s coasts and port, hitting downhearted American troops and their tactical hardware precisely,” the public relations department of the IRGC said in a statement on Friday.

The statement noted that six US landing craft utility (LCU) were struck in the operation, which was carried out using homegrown ballistic missiles, such as Qadr 380 cruise missiles.

“Given field reports, three of the combat vessels sank after the (retaliatory) strikes, whilst the rest are aflame,” the IRGC further noted.

In the meantime, kamikaze drones were employed to launch operations against the gathering centers of the US drone unit personnel on the coasts and one of the hotels in Dubai.

The defendant, surnamed Lin, targeted high-end hotels in cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Jinan ahead of last year's Mid-Autumn Festival, according to prosecutors in Shanghai's Jing'an district.

China: Moon-Cake Crime Boss “Seals” the Deal – Before Hinges Fly-Off His Front-Door at 6am! (28.3.2026)

After purchasing mooncakes, Lin falsely claimed he had found plastic film inside and demanded compensation at ten times the original price under China’s food safety law, threatening to file complaints or expose the incident if his demands were not met.

Prosecutor Wang Jia said Lin deliberately paid full price for the products, even when discounts were offered, so he could calculate compensation based on the higher amount.

Investigators found Lin used identical scripts, photos and videos across cases. He claimed that a child had choked on the plastic film and required emergency treatment, Wang said. Lin later admitted that he had planted the plastic film himself.

Judge Yang Liu said some businesses chose to settle quickly to avoid reputational risks and higher costs. “For hotels, paying several thousand yuan can resolve the issue more easily,” Yang said.

In March, a court sentenced Lin to three years in prison, suspended for five years, and fined him 30,000 yuan for extortion.
